Collision repairs were expertly done. Communication was great through the entire process. Follow up was genuine in caring about our satisfaction with their service. Have used another Gerber location in the past that is closer to home, but actually appreciate the Peoria location more. They will treat you fairly & provide excellent service.

I was referred to Gerber, to fix a part on my car seat, that had been broken, while having it detailed by Super Star Car Wash in Peoria. I spoke with Todd and he immediately put together the necessary paperwork and ordered parts to make the repair. I also had them make a couple of other small repairs, while they had my car in their shop.After getting the parts in, they immediately started making the repairs on my car and got it back to mequickly. All the work was top notch and everyone I spoke to at Gerber, while my car was there, were friendly and professional. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing repairs done on their vehicle.

I loved my experience at Gerber! Everyone was very kind and I would get consistent updates from Sean on the status of my vehicle. When I let them know that I had to fly out the day my car was expected to be done, they assured me they would do their best to get it done before then. It ended up being finished a whole day earlier than expected! When I picked it up it was spotlessly clean which was a very pleasant surprise! My car looked brand new! You would never be able to tell that I was rear ended and had my bumper replaced. Thank you Gerber!

First of all, Gerber Collision & Glass did beautiful work on my car. You cant even tell it was repaired.Every step of the way, they did their best to make this unfortunate experience as easy as possible. From getting an estimate that was both quick and accurate, to working directly with the rental car company so I could drop the car off there rather than at the over busy rental store, working with Gerber was fantastic.Gerber also communicated with me regularly about the status of my car while they were working on it. I always knew what stage the repairs were in and that they were on target for their original ETA.If you must get into an accident, I cant recommend this shop highly enough.

This was a referral from my insurance company after being rear ended. They called to confirm an appointment time, but hung up on me as a repeated back the ridiculous title from the person confirming. I laughed lightly and called them back to confirm keeping somber as to get this thing under way. The process is simple, do a walk around and receive propaganda fliers with a pick up date and estimate in tow. I raised a concern and was keenly shut down as that had never happened to anyone anywhere ever from a rear end crash. I felt in my dealings that all my concerns were secondary to what my insurance expected because the boss is the one paying the bill. Repairs went on schedule and wife was able to pick up and bring home. I expect attention to detail but was sorely unsatisfied. Back window was not centered, left and right gaps were not symmetrical and the replaced bumper feels like only a few tabs are holding it in place. They would like another shot at making it right but hanging up on me, devaluing my concerns and sub standard attention to details would not a satiated customer make. My mistake was accepting a referral instead of choosing my own shop that would listen as my concerns would come first. Amendment; I sincerely appreciate the owners care and consideration in response to this review. I have fitted screws in all the missing tab slots I could see as well as a couple missing from the connecting side panel making it feel sturdy with much less of a rattle on the road. As for the rear window, I hand paint designs filtering most of the summers light with better visibility than say traditional louvers and Ii just dont want it disturbed to recenter the window although in the long run that stupid gap will be another tool in the buyers arsenal I am sure to regret. I came in with ideas for more than just the repairs because i saw this as a opportunity to add more personal value to the car because as a cripple it will most likely be my last so I would like to make it my best, The mechanical issue developed from the accident seemed improbable to have occurred from the incident and i got referred to the dealership by a comfortable individual seated at the front desk as i signed paperwork. It may be true, but wasnt it worth a note on the invoice to get a second train of thought on it while it stands on a lift? The score still stands 2 to 2; 2 parts to the job, 2 parts undermined by attention to detail leaving me ultimately behind in the count. If you need a chin up after this long review, just stand up and stretch it out with a grin knowing i cant ever do the same without cringing in sweet ever flowing pain. I had a great experience here!! Excellent communication several times during the week on the status of my vehicle, finished when they said they would and quality work. Doesnt get any better! I will definitely use them again! Hopefully I do not have to use them again. I worked with Todd and was amazing. My car was like it came off the showroom floor when they returned it to me.

I brought my wifes car here for body repair. I was given an estimate up front and some guidance as to what to expect from our insurance company.I scheduled an appointment to have the work done and the car was done before the promise date. The car looks as good as new and the repair was as easy as dropping the car off for an oil change.I will definitely be back!

Its kind of funny, but I almost didnt stop at this shop even though it is closest to me because it looked *too* nice. Thats usually a sign that youre being overcharged, but I guess its just one of the perks of being in a newer location. I went to four shops and they came in with the lowest estimate (except the shop that suspiciously put the labor at a fourth of the time all the other ones did, and even then it was pretty close).The staff was friendly and good to work with. They completed my repair in less time than they estimated and it cost a little less, too. They got a new part for a used part price and did a great job on the paint color match. They made things simple for my wife by offering an affordable rental car right on site. All in all, they treated us very well and well certainly go back there if the need arise. Lets hope it doesnt.

Top notch customer service. I have had to use them three times over the years. Not my fault lol. My truck was always finished on time as promised and they wash the outside and detail the inside. I was impressed.

Dropped my Kia off yesterday and Todd seemed rushed and dodged all my questions about estimates for a front bumper fix. I also asked for any estimate and he said he would give me something but did not. I sat in the lobby for an hour waiting for my ride and he ignored me and did not provide even a ballpark estimate. I understand they need to take it apart and look inside but even for the plausible fixes he wouldnt say. He said they would get to my car today but I did not hear anything from them and I called several times 15 minutes before they closed and no one answered the phone. My car is unfortunately at their whim right now, I gave been told nothing and now we only have one car and no word on the Kia into the weekend. We’ll see how it goes tomorrow. So far I do not recommend this place at all!

I was a walk in with a small job. I was given a high and low estimate depending on how hard it would be to access the part. I was done in 20 minutes and below the low estimate. The place was clean, and the people were friendly, helpful and obviously honest--all rarities in the industry

This center is useless, I took my car after a car accident, they charged the insurance around 4900.0, 1 week after I drove the car, it turned off in freeway . Transferred the car to this place with Triple A, their answer was they dont know what is wrong with the car, I needed to take the car to the dealerI wonder what did they repair and they charged the insurance company so high....I would not recommend them to nobody .
