Nikki and Tim are masqueraded as Angels in disguise. While at a baseball tournament they went above and beyond the call of duty to fix our car that needed repair after a 3 hour drive.Efficient and filled with integrity as Nikki called around for my part and Tim actually fixed prior issues that I wasn’t even aware of.Now we can make it to the game on time and get home safely.These two are God Sent.Please make sure the right people see this review.Thank you!!

The service at this location is ALWAYS GREAT! If you want it done right and done right the first time, they have a mechanic named Donnie and he is your man! He has been working on both of my cars for 10 years and never found a problem he couldnt fix. And, the price is always right; dealer quality at half the price! The management team is also on the ball.

Their free tire repair is a scam. They will cut a hole in the sidewall. I took 2 different vehicles to this location. The tires only needed to be plugged but both times a hole magically appeared. A mechanic has also bragged on social media that they will throw screws and nails on route 6 to gain business. Ill never take another tire to this location, I will stap that tire to my back and walk it over to East Peoria before giving this place my business.

Great crew, absolutely amazing assistance with an emergency situation on our road trip home to AZ. Close to closing, what we needed wasnt what they normally do BUT! because we were in a pickle, Nicki?? and another employee were able to rig us up so we were not a danger to ourselves or anyone else on the road. Good place to buy tires had a flat no problem getting take care of. Was on a Saturday not to many tires places opened on Saturday Especially after 12:00 noon. And got Reasonable price for a tire.

I had been going to a different service center for a few years, but suddenly was being told I needed things that raised alarms. Needing new tires and being told I needed nearly 1k in work was the last straw. I went to Goodyear the same day as I called and planned to leave for a trip immediately after. They said I only need two new back tires and got me in and out within an hour. I didnt feel like I paid the woman tax there and will happily return in the future.

I experienced terrible service and I wish I could give this review zero stars. I had them order a tire on Wednesday and told them I needed the car for the weekend due to a trip I was taking. They then called me Friday afternoon hours before I was leaving and said they ordered the wrong tire and that they wouldnt have it until Monday! The amount of ignorance and lack of due diligence was unbelievable. Then to top it off, I arrived there to come pick up my car to take it somewhere else and no one apologized or made any effort to call out the fact that they messed up. Overall, this Good Year was truly a horrible experience and I highly recommend if you are considering getting your car serviced here to immediately look elsewhere!

Called to set an appointment for two new tires. Arrived at appointment time and was told the truck had not arrived with the tires. I informed them that the driver rear tire needed to be replaced.When I asked about a discount, i was told that by the time the tires were removed from my car, the truck would ...be here.1.5 hours after my appointment time...my car was in the bay and the truck wasnt here yet. And still no discount. Im looking through the glass at my tire on the lift with no one working it.Update: Before I left the store, I asked the manager if there was a possibility of a discount, seeing as how it was a very, very long time to get the new tires. He verbally sparred with me for a few minutes, before finally telling me he could knock, ...three bucks off, because you bought the cheapest tires we have.I also requested that they return the good rear, passenger tire, which they did not do.I told him that wasnt necessary, and I would not be returning to the store again. He then replied, Well, youre entitled to your opinion. Try to have a better day.

It is hard to even give this place one star. They said that my alignment would take one hour. I came back exactly 1 hour later to realize they forgot about my car and they said they will start it now. I have an 18 hour drive ahead of me which is now being delayed another hour. Thank you goodyear for the wonderful service! I would not recommend you to my worst enemy. If I was not in a time crunch because of my trip I would have gladly pick up my car and taken the business elsewhere.

I had a tire that had a small hole in it. They fixed it. No charge! There was another time my car overheated and I needed to borrow a screwdriver. Not only did they loan me the screwdriver, but the tech that came with it. He put my hose back on and again...no charge. Great honest people.

5 star experience! These guys helped me out big time. I had front end noises coming from my car and I originally took it to Pro Automotive (thumbs down) where they quoted me $1600 to replace all shock/struts and tires, which had absolutely nothing to do with the issue so I took it to Goodyear on Knoxville.These guys were VERY fair and honest and were persistent on finding out what the issue was. They found the issue, which was the wheel bearing and hud so I am glad that I took my car to these guys for a second opinion because I did not, I would have been out of $1600 PLUS extra because Pro Automotive did not know what they were doing.Thanks guys.

After running into a good ol Illinois 3 bed 1 bath size of a pothole, my brand spanking new of a front right tire bursted and I needed a tire ASAP! Id like to add that my brand new tire that bursted was from some other shop and not this one. Anyway, I was a little bit skeptical of this place because of the reviews, but this was the only place that had my tire size in stock 235/40R19, so I decided to give it a shot. The lady at the front desk and the staff were very nice and accommodated my last minute appointment even when they were busy, so overall I was highly satisfied by my visit. It was quick, easy and professional.

If I could give a negative star I would. I have been a repeat customer with Good year for years. Never NEVER has there ever been an issue until last Wednesday April 4th. I went for an oil change as always. I now have a Nissian Sentra, which like before; scheduled the appointment online via chat. Last time I had my oil change, I was scheduled for High Mileage which I schedule the same this time. Long story short, this person (I so want to call him so many other things); out the gate his tone was a bit much. Tells me my care needs synthetic oil instead of the high mileage. I said, thats what I got the last time I was here. He said, no actually, they put the synthetic and just charged for the high mileage. Actually did you a favor. I said, excuse me?? No not when I paid for a service. He goes on to say, well I cant let that happen again. I said, Why wasnt I told that when I was here the last time? Because youre talking to me like I knew this information, which was never communicated to me. He goes on to say, thats why Im telling you know. I initially said, go ahead. Then I thought about it, what price am I being charged today? So I go to the front to ask Brandy, the customer friendly rep, to ask her about the fee. She said, youll pay for the synthetic pricing. I told her, I think thats a little unfair that I was never advised about the transaction from last time and Im expected to pay for something different than the $50 and change that I anticipated paying today. That person (loosely used term) interjects our conversation and begins to get a more indigent tone with me. Never did I raise my voice, get nasty, mean, etc. Which by this time told me he believed he could speak to me any kind of way. By this time, Im really pissed. But do my best to keep it together. I told Brandy, I just want my keys, Im done. Of all the years Ive come here never have I had issues with a manager or employee. He continues to attempt to argue with me and continue to try to get loud with me. Then he wants me to sign something saying I refused service. I try really hard not to hate people but in some cases; I get it. I will NEVER spend another dollar at Goodyear. It took me a week to write a response because I was so upset and didnt want to post a review on emotions but on fact. If he is the new manager of that center, I can see Goodyear losing a lot of faithful customers. I hope karma makes a special appearance to him very soon. You cant think you can treat people bad and its acceptable.

Horrible experience. Went there for a relatively simple tire air valve replacement and these guys kept trying to convince me that there were many other problems with the car, from needing 4 new tires to fixing the alignment. Never going there again!!!!

I will never go back to this store again. I had an 8:00 AM appointment for new tires. Well, the price I was quoted was not the price when I got to the store. Something in the back of my mind told me to ask the guy at the counter how much would I be charged. Well, its a good thing I did! I was quoted a price that was almost $100 dollars more. When the guy told me this, I said well this is not what I was quoted at all. Do you think the guy even tried to look into the issue? Ummmmm, no!!!! He just told me, maybe they were on sale. I told him no they were not, it was the regular price. Now if I wouldve been stupid and just went along with the price, I would have been out of an extra $100 bucks. Soooo, I left and said I will reschedule. And the more I thought about it, the more mad I got! So, I called the Goodyear Tire in East Peoria. Well, for the same tires I was gonna get at the Goodyear Tire in Pioneer Park, the store in East Peoria had the same exact tires for the price I was originally quoted by the store in Pioneer Park. Hmmmmmm, now how in the world could this happen? The moral of this story is, DO NOT GO TO GOODYEAR TIRE IN PIONEER PARK IN PEORIA, IL. You will get cheated out of money big time!!!!

Went there for an A/C recharge. Was there an hour before they told us there was a problem with my compressor....which I told them their might be. When I brought the car in. They then advised us that it would be 850.00 dollars to replace with a new one.... I told them I couldnt afford to do it that day. The asst. Manager there a fellow by the name of Brian advised that I could apply for financing for the new part and the work. I filled out the application, but was not immediately approved. At this point we had been there for an hour and a half. They advised us that they were still going to finish charge the system, but we not sure how long the A/C would last. 30 min later they said it was finally done and we could check out. I paid my bill for the recharge $150.00, and walked out to my car wherr my Fiance and 8 Month were waiting for me. Before we left the parking lot I turned on the air too see what my 150.00 dollars and 2 hours of my life had gotten me. Hot air came out of vents with the system on max A/C. I let it run for like 5 min or so before I went back into the shop to speak to the Manager....no cool air whatsoever. I walked and was like ummm yea what were you guys doin to my car for like 2 hours because I have no cool air. Long story short sort of.... They refunded my money back to card. When I got on the road I had my fiance google the compresser part needed our car 2008 kia optima. It retails from 150.00 to 200 depending on who purchase it from online.....So why they Hell would they want charge me 850.00 dollars to change it out. Well because there ass Monkeys.... Thats why.

So my run flats gradually kept losing pressure so took it too Goodyear, 1st time they said my valve was broke and needed to be replaced but saw the same issue 1 week later. 2nd time when I went back they just swapped wheels and said it was fixed. Please stay away from this place.
