No one wants to fix their vehicle. When that time comes having a place that takes care of you and the vehicle the right way is important. Josh at Larry Miller Dodge’s service department has always done right by me. When it comes to following up and getting things done, he has done a great job! Dealerships can be expensive compared to mechanic shops but the piece of mind that things are being taken care of is more important to me. Great job guys!
John Klapp was very knowledgeable and eager to helpThe part that was needed to fix the electric running boards were not the correct part but he found one at a different dealership and had it picked up and brought over. Overall,its a solid place for routine maintenance. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. I had a routine oil change and diagnostic testing for an ac issue (compressor would not engage). My car was in the massive rain and flooding back in mid August. We changed the AC condenser and added 24oz of refrigerant however, we couldnt get the additional few ounces it need to go in so we decided to have the dealership run diagnostics on it. Heres where we disagree. Dealership says there was NO refrigerant in it however nothing wrong no leaks ( then whered the refrigerant go we put in?) Diagnostics confirmed the ac compressor was not engaging. Dealership says they put just enough in to verify the ac is working and blowing at 47 degrees. I know if the refrigerant is off by about 2 to 4 oz low then the compressor will not engage. I believe they added their refrigerant to what i added in addition to clearing codes is what made my ac work again (I have yet to verify). I declined their offer of paying $600 to add refrigerant to my ac. Upon them evacuating their Refrigerant I believe they evacuated the entire refrigerant which includes the 24oz we put in. Bottom line its our word against theirs. If my car truly had no refrigerant, to me it means theres a leak somewhere. When I can afford the $600, Ill take it back most likely.
I would recommend Larry Miller Dodge ram in Peoria to all my family, friends and neighbors. They are very easy to work with great prices very professional. In the service department I have some maintenance done the other day with John and he was absolutely amazing.
I didn’t schedule an appointment ahead of time. Their website indicated that an appointment was not necessary for an oil change. I arrived early, to ensure I was one of the first in line for their quick lane service. I was greeted very promptly, by John. He asked a few questions, and said he would take it from there, which he did. I waited in the dealership, which was very nicely appointed for customers. Much nicer than a different RAM dealership that is closer to my house. I waited comfortably, and was then on my way again in a very reasonable amount of time. I thought the experience was easy and quick. Even though this dealership is not the closest RAM dealer to my house, I will continue to go back to LHM Ram in Peoria for their great service, easy service, and nicely appointed waiting area.

Scheduling my oil change was quick and easy and when I arrived Jason got me signed in and took my truck back right away. Within 30 minutes it was done and ready to go. Jadon went over the work and at that time nothing else was needed on my truck. Very professional and got the job done right the first time.
Very good customer service from the service department! Josh is exceptional in what he does and gave me all the details I needed and answered all my questions! The only thing that I’m not happy with is that nobody washed the truck I thought usually when you bring it for service they’ll wash the vehicle.

Service consultant John was great and was able to save me money. I used to take my truck to non dealer service shops to save a buck.I regret those experience. The place was swamped. It was going to take four days to get my car in which was having electric issues and at times wouldn’t even start. When I brought the truck in early because I finally got it to start and didn’t want to shut it off I was told it would take two days maybe three to do diagnostics. I have the extended warranty (bumper to bumper) but was told until the diagnosis is complete I couldn’t get a rental car. Three days with out a vehicle. On the fourth day the car was fixed. The rental car portion of my extended warranty was useless.I never had this issue a Bill Luke dodge only here. If warranty is transferable I may be going to Bill Luke in the future!

Almost 3 hour oil change turned into a large scratch to the metal of my door frame. No call back but text messages……. Un-excusable customer service from the start.Photo shopped photos in return saying scratch was there… everyone I have talked to says it looks like the lift switch pedal. Take your car their with caution, and take a complete video of your car before doing so.
On Tuesday the service was an oil change. On the following day the drivers door window regulator gave out and the widow wound up fuji open. Had to cover with tarp to keep the afternoon rain from entering interior. Was not able to get to dealership that day and called to see if I could get it in next day. Aaron said to come in at 7AM and would try to work it in on a full day of service calls. They did mange to get it done in late afternoon. Pre purchased five oil changes. Have to schedule a week or two in advance for service. At the time of scheduling requested extended warranty repair of rear passenger door lock as key fob would not lock door. Extended warranty cost north of 3k at time of purchase. At my appointment I was informed they would not be able to make the repair or provide a rental vehicle, also included in extended warranty. I am now scheduled out another two weeks for repair of the door lock. Service advisor was as helpful as he could be under the circumstances. Disappointed in time frame on repairs having paid additional money for an extended warranty. I went into the service department feeling scared because I had what seemed like an electrical problem with my dodge challenger the car is super new (I bought it froma 3rd party dealer not larry h miller) and I thought I was going to come out with empty pockets because I knew it was going to be an arm and a leg to get it fixed. I actually called around to so many other places to see if they can fix it but no one could or wanted to honestly it was just a disaster to deal with other places other then larry h miller. Im helped at larry h miller buy a cool guy by the name of Pete. Pete is awesome. He followed up with me just how he said and really took his time to actually help me. He answered my questions and was super friendly doing it. Im a manager in pharmacy customer service and he handle my situation as I do my patients. Thanks so much Pete your the best. My vehicle began to not recognize my keyfob even after I replaced the battery. Jason at dodge got an appointment made for me. I was in a pickle and leaving for a family vacation in 3 days and needed to depend on my vehicle working. I was worried about my sons and I ending up stranded somewhere. Jason assured me dodge will take care of it. Thats exactly what happened. My vehicle was fixed and ready to go just in time to leave for vacation. Jason upheld his word, was very easy to work with, understood my concerns, and represented Dodge in the utmost high and professionally.
The appointment was easy to schedule, the service was friendly, it took less than 1/2 hour and was done well. And they didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. Nice job.
I made an appointment one week and a half in advance to have my AWD (All Wheel Drive) serviced. I took my vehicle in approximately 8:30 a.m. I was informed that it would take approximately 3-4 hours to service the vehicle. At approximately 5:30 p.m. I received a message on my phone that they didnt get to fixing my vehicle today, but it will be done tomorrow. This incident shows me that they over book their service department, although the appointment was made well in advance. I received a call at approximately 3:30 p.m. that my vehicle was ready. They did send Uber/Lyft to bring me back to the dealership to get my vehicle. I have a friend that has a GM vehicle. When they had to keep her vehicle overnight, they gave her a rental vehicle free of charge. Now that is what I call great customer service.
My service advisor, John was very thorough and had all of my information already when I arrived for my appointment, which was completed very quickly.
Issue with parts department saying they have parts and they dont. Took 2 months and 3 appointments to get recall services done. Other than that I received professional service.
Polite people but didnt solve my trucks issue. Said they ran a few tests but found no issue, my battery dies consistently even after the battery was replaced. So it will die on me again and I will be stuck with a dead truck slowly but surely.

Came in and for oil change and tire rotation. Specifically told John Klapp tire pressure needed to be checked as dash light indicator was saying low pressure. Charged 19.99. Invoice said tire pressure was set to factory levels. Dash indicator shows tire pressure still low. I understand John doesn’t do the work but disappointed in service. Both of my key fobs are bad. My 2010 truck has 60k miles and looks like new. My 2006 Honda has 160k miles and both fobs still work. Very poor quality. Dodge will not replace and I have a lifetime warranty on the vehicle.
Overall not impressed with this service department. Motor stopped working on a 2020 Cummins with less than 16,000 miles on it. I use the truck for work and when they said it’s be covered under warranty which it was. They also said I could get into a like vehicle as a rental. The rental company gave me a Jeep Cherokee and I had to pay out of pocket to rent a truck so I could continue you work. With the warranty I bought I was told it fixes dents and scratches. But apparently that’s only the size of a dime and won’t fix paint marks. So that’s pretty much worthless.

Service was good Arron was great, there are little things that could take it a step beyond and allow them to make some extra cash - the outside seam on driver side window lifts and just doesn’t look good and the power lighting Cable sticks out below lift gate - estatics but if they called out and recommended an easy fix to make my truck look better and hence I feel better driving it - I’d pay a fee for that! I’ve had the vehicle 5 years suggest someone add-one to get me excited about my truck again… I’d probably spend the money to keep it cool and they are not the cheapest guy in town - make prices competitive and there a lot of margin there fo them on non-essientiel sales - lot of profits and dollars there for them

On July 5, 2021, I took my 2006 Dodge 1500 SLT to get the fuel pump replaced. I had already check with other local mechanic shops in Sun City, AZ to get an estimate as to the cost of replacing the fuel pump.On July 5, 2021, I met with Pete Pabst, Assistant Service Manager, and obatined an estimate as to the cost of the fuel pump replacement. Pete provided me with an estimate that was lower then the estimants that I had obtained from the local mechanic. GREAT JOB!

I had my car sent out to have a new interior installed. Im going to start with, it came out BEAUTIFUL. Which was lucky for them. When I initially picked out colors, I picked based on incorrect information given to me by the service advisor (he said I couldnt get purple inserts if I wanted them perforated....not true), he had absolutely no suggestion, no input, and didnt seem interested in spending much time on the issue. I was unsure of my choice after the fact so I went directly to the installer and filled out a completely new order form after getting some great advice, and dropped the order form off at the dealership. I informed them this one superceded the original. I dont know what happened to that order form but they proceeded with the original order and thats what was installed. Again, its beautiful, but what if I hated it? And what did the service advisor say when I picked up the car? I want you to know I had serious reservations about this, but it came out great! Wel...me too sir....me too. Which is why I ordered something different. And where was that help when I was ordering? Overall, extremely happy with the result, but I feel like communication was very lacking.

MY LAST 5 OIL CHANGES HERD HAVE BEEN SYNTHETIC OIL. THIS LAST TIME I GOT CONVENTIONAL OIL. I DIDNT NOTICE IT UNTIL I GOT HOME AND LOOKED AT MY INVOICE. I PAID FOR 3 OIL CHANGES IN ADVANCE. I WILL ONKY BE GOING BACK TO GET MY LAST OIL CHANGE DONE AND IM DONE DOING BUSINESS HERE !!
They kept my vehicle from Monday morning to Saturday evening and it took them until Thursday after noon to even look at it and diagnose any issues. They did not offer any sort of a loaner car. I was having a slight oil leak (drip) checked out. After repair, check engine light continued to come on and then hours later shut off while I was in Mexico. Taking it back to have that resolved.
Had a problem with the DEF gauge registering the correct fluid level. Dealership uploaded system updates. Skeptical that the updates solved the issue. DEF gauge remains at 3/4 filled and hasn’t moved in over 100 miles
Had an issue with my engine, the team at Dodge Ram Peoria took care of it with extreme prejudiceI thank the dealership for their integrity and for the out of the charts customer service level; looking forward to do business with them again in the future.Still not taking the free car wash 😂
