Car battery died, and I was able to get over to Grease Monkey and the guys there took care of it in no time at all. This was the second time in two weeks that they saved the day. Very courteous and helpful.Thanks guys.

The team was very professional and did a great job. The time before this the team recommended upcoming suggested service but the team didn’t. They still did a good job but I like the reminders. The last time they suggested a radiator flush and I did it as suggested. They should continue this service. They showed me my air filter and I went with the replacement. Good job team! Also, enforce the uniform policy, it’s important!

I absolutely love this place!! I havent used their repair shop but Ive been a car wash customer for a while. I have used other car wash businesses near me but this is way better. From the attendants that prewash your car to the quality of the wash to the towels they provide after. This place is a hidden jewel. I will pass other car wash locations just to come here! They don’t try to sell it to you if you don’t need it. They changed a brake light for my mothers car I appreciate they notice the little things. It’s a real comfort.

I went in for an oil change with no appointnent. I was greeted promptly and was treated so kindly by each person I interacted with. I left there thinking wow what a great company. The employees were respectful, kind, and informative. I have been in before but it has been awhile but yesterday was the best experience I have had there. The initials on my receipt are AD, JMR, LCH. All three were great.

Our second time here for my wifes car and service was quick and friendly. The only issue I had is that when I arrived I was asked what type of oil we wanted and we told the tech. When we went to check out, we were told they used a more expensive oil ($20 more) and then charged us for it. He even admitted that it was their fault of the wrong oil. I understand that mistakes happen, but I shouldnt be charged for the techs mistake....I want to go back here, but I am disappointed that I was charged for something I did not ask for.

Recently got an oil change, but didnt notice I had an oil leak cause I was on my way to California, once i left grease moneky, so on my way to California my engine blew out and and I had it towed to the closest machanic shop in California los angles, was told my oil bolt was loose and no oil was in the engine, so thank you grease monkey for messing up my car soon as I get back to AZ yall Will be contacted by my lawyer!

I went to get my oil changed with them today and I needed to get my windshield wiper blades replaced that I had just bought from another vendor, and I didnt know how to change them out myself, so I asked them to do it and told them I would pay them for it, but they did it for me at no charge. I regularly use the Snappy Auto Spa car wash in Phoenix. They did such a fantastic job I decided to try their lube shop located in Peoria. Now I make the drive every three months. Not only do they change my oil they check my filters, top off my fluids, and wash my car. Their pricing is very reasonable and their service is excellent. This was the weirdest oil change experience I ever had. A young kid( like 8) was sitting at the front when I arrived and after some very uncomfortable exchanges, he said he had to go get his dad to help me with an oil change. Um... I hope so kiddo. The man who came out was super annoyed I was even there, saying he didnt have time for this because he had so many emails to answer, and why didnt I pull into the bay like I was supposed to? Well, because Ive never been here and didnt know what I was supposed to do without any sign directing me outside. Anyways, he plopped down the oil prices in front of me and they were insane prices from what we normally pay, but we were hard pressed for getting an oil change before the vehicle is being driven across country. The guy never got my name, phone number, nothing. But I left it and showed up hours later and it was done. Total different story of the guy when I picked up. Like night and day. Pretty friendly then, And he even asked for my name and number (why does it matter now that Im leaving the store... Isnt that more important at drop off?). Just a super weird experience all around. Since were on the way out of town, Ill have no reason to go back, but if I lived in town, I would probably not go back based on the customer service experience.

The service is always fast and friendly, and at a competitive price. Add on services and recommendations are offered, but never pushed on you. And- you get a free car wash with your service!

They didnt tighten the oil drain plug on my daughters car. They didnt tighten the drain plug on my car either. We both had to return to have the plugs tightened after noticing oil dripping from the drain pan after they performed oil changes on our cars.Update: Received a call from Steve, the owner, apologizing for the problems and offering to make it up to me.

This place used to be called Snappy. Our entire family went there for years until now. Customer Service from the Owner was terrible. He was relentlessly trying to up sale. Watched a technician brake the hood latch on my car when he was opening the hood. When confronted the owner got angry and said that wasnt possible. After the zip tie failed he tried to bend the metal with pliers without asking if that was okay. Hope the car wash makes them money because that is the only good thing about this place.
