***LONG REVIEW***Honestly, this establishment has the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere and that’s the truth.From the initial phone call to ask about pricing, to the service inside, shuttle rides, etc. I was given outstanding customer service and overall great experience.When usually going to automotive type places they are usually just money hungry and think you don’t know much about cars; HOWEVER this place is a refreshing step out of that. They are reasonably priced and have an excellent way of explaining things that need to be explained in depth.Even the shuttle rides, rather than being awkward and just weird there was excellent conversation about several topics. One of the drivers, Luke informed me that the company hold events for certain different types of families to help them out with car services. That in itself is just rad.You can just tell this company genuinely cares about its customers, employees, as well as the community. If I could I’d rate this 10 stars.Thank you guys ! 😄

My experience at Christian Brothers was outstanding. The service staff, especially Jon, were extremely helpful and courteous. They really helped me understand my best repair options based on my budget. Their prices were very fair. I love that they, did not try to arm twist me into purchasing more service than what I needed. They are real pros who really seem to care about people and whats best for their vehicles.

I was in the auto business for 20 plus years. I can say that my visit was the most professional experience I have had. A clean location, courteous and knowledgeable staff, excellent communication, completed as promised, and left paying the price I was quoted.

The service performed was replacement of the timing belt and water pump kit on my 2004 Lexus RX330. I was pleased with the work and the cost. The cost quoted was exactly what I paid. Also, their price for the timing belt was fair. I was quoted a lot more at other auto shops. I would recommend Christian Brothers for all your auto needs.

I was amazed at the customer service at this place. I was treated with respect. All staff was courteous. They were very transparent in the work that needed to be done and the work that could wait. Incredible service! My mom raved about this place when they replaced her headlight so I decided to give them a try. I had noticed a slight bit of leakage from my drain bolt, so I brought my car in for an oil change, assuming that my drain bolt just needed tightening. First of all, I like how homey the place is. It was comfortable to sit and wait for my vehicle. The place was buzzing, but in a good way. The employees knew what they were doing and seemed to enjoy each others company while doing it. They let me know my car was ready at the time they had quoted me when I brought it in. Upon check out they went through the inspection. I really appreciated the photos of my vehicle. That held tremendous value to me. When I brought my car home that night, I still noticed a little bit of leakage from my drain bolt. I contacted the Christian Brothers via text after hours and minutes later the owner called, saying I could bring it in and they would take another look at it. WOW! I called the next morning asking for an appointment and he told me I could come down whenever I was ready. When I showed up, they immediately tended to my car. They replaced my oil drain plug and gasket, free of charge! They have found a lifelong customer in me. Thanks Christian Brothers, for going above and beyond for your customers.

My experience with Christian Brothers automotive was totally exceptional.Here is my story I woke up got ready to leave for the day everything packed in the car got in the drivers seat and the door would not close wiggled around with the hinge in the door it would not move sprayed it with WD-40 still nothing in a bit of a panic as I live alone and all my neighbors that are men are at work I knew the battery would go dead without the door being able to close so I had to find somewhere I did a Google search and seeing Christian Brothers automotive just down the road from me I got in my car drove to Christian Brothers with my arm out the window holding the door closed while driving I got to Christian Brothers went in I was greeted they listened to what was wrong they came out and looked at my vehicle they offered a courtesy shuttle to take me home they kept me informed of what was going on throughout the day with text messages so I never had to wonder what was happening they gave me an estimate they ended up having to order parts which they got in the very next day I received a text the next day stating my car was done they sent a shuttle for me greeted me when I came in I paid the bill they brought my car up had it running with the air conditioning on right to the door offered me a water for the road totally phenomenal customer service this is something you do not see today I would highly recommend Christian Brothers to all my friends and family as they are not only customer service friendly they keep you informed their shop is clean theyre waiting area is clean and inviting and my car was done within 24 hours of driving it in there they totally took care of me 110% totally satisfied.

I was blown away by the high quality customer service I received here and the incredible transparency of the work done on my vehicle. Ive never had an auto shop that took pictures of everything they wanted to fix on your vehicle jus to illustrate why each repair is necessary. They finished the work within the time frame they promised, and the shuttle was an amazing service that saved me so much time. I really appreciate this place. Ive always taking my car to the dealership for the past five years or so. But my last experience at the dealership was not so well so I decided to take my Lexus here. They did an oil change and a courtesy inspection emailed and texted me a detailed report of the expectation with pictures. Dropped me off at home picked me back up when ready. What more can I say . First time customer. Went in for alignment, ended getting a few suspension parts replaced that I didnt know were bad. Very honest and up front about price and repairs needed. Took longer than anticipated but it happens when that amount of work is involved. Will definitely be bringing my other truck in for ac service. Highly recommend these guys for their professionalism and quality of work!

The customer service here is amazing! They dont push unnecessary services on you. They take pictures of everything of concern so you can actually see the problem. Youll get texts that will list all the services they recommend and at with a push of a button you can decline or accept the services. As you soon as you accept over text, they get started. Shuttle drivers will take you home while your car is being worked on. They use OEM parts as long as they are available and all parts replaced by them have a 3 year warranty. Prices are fair. I needed quite a bit of work done on my car and got quotes from a few other places as well. This was my first visit, but it wont be my last.

Love the inspection reports, complete with photos. Work was completed on schedule for the quoted price. They asked if I wanted them to go over the vehicle instead of just doing it. They quoted prices for the few things they documented that the car needed, and it was as easy as putting a checkmark in a box for any work I wanted them to do. I like the way they do business.

Awesome company! I have been several times now and am very happy with their service. I have a 2001 Honda Accord with over 200,000 miles. Jon DePue worked with me and he was also awesome!. He was very patient and kind and explained all the problems well so I could understand what was going on with my car. The first time Jon worked with me, there was a leak. It was in a very difficult place to reach and they ended up doing a timing belt fix while they were in there. It was close to needing be changed and I didnt want to have the expense again in such a short time. They always call and tell you what needs to be done before doing any work. I can say that they totally back up their warranty and they are very generous warranties of 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever benefits you the most. They had to do some warranty work for me recently. One of the motor mounts that was replaced had gone bad... They fixed it free of charge. I recently was having a problem with my car not wanting to start. They checked everything out and could not duplicate what was happening. I thought I was going to get charged for the diagnostic testing because Jon called to ask if that would be okay... but when I picked up my car, he said there was no charge because they couldnt find anything wrong. If they had found something, then I would have been charged. Another thing that is nice is that is they have a shuttle in case you need it.

Took my mother to get her car looked at here after hearing great things. Her check engine light came on and we asked them to fix the issue as well as complete an oil change. The engine light we believe is a wiring issue as the code has been fixed in a few different ways such as injectors and coils and spark plugs. Nonetheless it came on again so we took it here. They asked if there was a time limit on Monday and we said no. The called Tuesday saying they were tracing the issue and working on clearing the code. Here we are Wednesday with a returned car that is still having issues on and by the way still no oil change was done and told sorry we can’t do anything we don’t know what it is. Some great customer service s🤣. We will never recommend them to anyone

Our first time here and must say I am not disappointed. The courtesy, care and professionalism is amazing. Their lounge is comfortable and still can maintain the distance guidelines and does require the masks just in case youre curious. They maintain the sanitation aswell. They do offer coffee and bottles of water while you wait along with a various selection of books and magazines to choose from to keep you entertained.No worries they will keep checking in to make sure youre comfortable anyway 😉They dont hesitate about bringing the vehicle to the front. Theres no ifs ands or buts about it lol.This company stays true to their name.

I took my car in due to the brakes squeaking after being changed 17 months ago from another auto repair shop. Christian Brothers was professional and courteous from the moment I walked in, to when they handed me back my keys. Their shuttle dropped me home while it was being worked on, called me to explain what they found and picked me up to bring me back to the shop. They gave me an honest opinion to wait to change my brakes but the previous shop who did a brake flush did not do a good job. My fluid needs to be changed after 17 months. I choose Christian Brothers based off the reviews and Im glad I did. I asked Luke at the front if they give out $5 Dutch Bros gift cards for reviews because they had alot of good reviews. Lol. Nope, no gift card but Ill take the professionalism and kindness displayed by EVERY employee over a gift card any day.

I had a great experience using Christian Brothers Automotive in Peoria. My car broke down on the road at night. The lower control arm had broken off the sub frame and was dragging the ground. The entire rear suspension sub frame had to be replaced. Christian Brothers calmed my fears. They were able to fix my car at a cost I was able to afford! They had my car repaired within one day after getting the replacement suspension sub frame! Their technicians do amazing work! And the front office staff are extremely helpful and kept me up to date on the entire process and shuttled me to where I needed to go. They relieved all the stress and worry over my broken down car. CBA has been the familys go-to major mechanic for the last 3 years. Theyve built up trust and goodwill. -IF- I had to find a complaint, its that theyre so d*** busy that their lot gets crazy at times and it can be tough to find a spot to park for dropping off. So far, worth the price.

Very impressed that Christian Brothers Automotive stood behind their warranty! Id replaced my trucks AC compressor about 18 months ago and then this year the AC started blowing warm. I was worried about another big repair bill, but I needed my air conditioning so I went ahead and took it into their shop. Well, they found a few problems and covered the entire repair for free! As usual, they were very professional and provided me with updates along the way. I generally dont trust auto mechanics but I find that my trust keeps growing in Christian Brothers Automotive.

Usually I go over to the Subaru in Scottsdale to get my car maintenance done. However, this time I decided to try somewhere new and closer to home. This place was easily better because it had great customer service, good prices, and everyone was extremely professional. I especially liked how I got both a text alert and email with updates on my car service. It was also great that I could approve any additional services suggested on my phone as well. Out of everything, what I liked the most was how detailed they were with the inspection. They provided pictures of everything and any issues that they found. Along with their suggestions on how to handle the issue and the cost. The reason why I liked this the most was because my last maintenance was done in March 2020 at Subaru Scottsdale and I have not driven it much since then because of the fact my company is currently no long allowing people in the building because of COVID. Based on what was found it looks like Subaru Scottsdale never changed the filters on my Car after charging me. I will definitely continue going here and bringing any new vehicle I purchase future to be worked on here.

I liked that I was provided with pictures of my automotive problem, along with an explanation. Arrangements were made for me to pick up a rental car since my repairs were going to take almost a full day, therefore I did not have to miss work. I liked the ability to pay online, because once my vehicle was done, I was still at work and wasn’t going to get off until the shop was closed. I also liked being able to pick up my vehicle after hours with my keys being available in a lock box. The staff was very polite and courteous, and their waiting room was clean.
