One of the best service centers I have been to. Great customer service and my vehicle always comes out in great condition without any issues. Throughout my time owning many vehicles, never had a good experience until I bought from Larry Miller Peoria. Staff are always friendly and helpful and havent ever pressured me in to service I dont need.

They are great! Always treat us well. They especially treat my wife exceptionally well. Very fair and honest. We have bought two cars there.

Bought my Rav4 here in 2016 and get my oil changes/regular maintenance done here as well.The service department has been great. I typically see Mike Moore and he has always been honest, up front, and good natured about my questions. Ive never felt pressured into buying unnecessary services and Ive never felt pressured into buying services earlier than I felt was necessary. I am always in and out quickly, even when I get more done than a quick oil change.It is such a relief to not be afraid to get my car in for service and not be afraid of what Im going to be pressured into when I get there. I no longer hesitate bringing my car to the dealership and that is such a great feeling! Thanks Mike!!

We had an appointment at 1:30 with Scott, we got here 15 minutes early, and nobody ever came to help us, until we got out and checked in in one of the electronic stations, time passed by, people came in after us and left, its already 3:22 pm and they are just barely putting my car up ... when my husband went and asked what was going on they asked if we even checked in, and who helped us? NOBODY, absolutely nobody helped and they were really rude and giving us an attitude... we are still here when all the people that came after us is long gone. Worst experience ever (by the way I still dont know who Scott is, he hasnt come to see me or talk to me at all)

I feel like the people who schedule the appointments are kinda rude but the actual service guys are really nice. I enjoy coming here because its super easy to get my oil changed and they are very affordable.

Great place to get your car service. I was told about different oil change offers they have and in - out within 45min for my oil change.

Love it
