During a downpour, a gust of wind came and ripped the driver-side windshield wiper clean off my car. I was able to get over to the shoulder, but couldn’t see well enough to safely make it to the next highway exit. Julie from the Peoria, IL, NAPA Auto Parts went WAY above and beyond. She drove the new wiper out to me and helped me install it on the roadside in the rain. It continued to rain for several more hours after that. Without her help, the kids and I would have been stranded on the dangerous roadside all day. I’m endlessly grateful for her help. Choose this team, you won’t be disappointed.

Guys were very helpful. Tested and charged my battery overnight and tested it again the next day to ensure it was holding the charge. Other auto parts places in the area should take note.

I love the guys that work there. The parts are better then most, but NAPAs anti-second Amendment policies keep me looking elsewhere first. Considering the gang activity in that area, NAPA would like law abiding citizens to disarm before coming in, leaving you unarmed and your firearm in your vehicle where it could be stolen.

Ill say the store is clean and seems well organized.As for the service - I called to have a few filters waiting for me upon arrival (after checking stock) because I had to have an Uber take me and wait. Guy on phone seemed annoyed by the request.I get there and walk in within 10 of an employee walking in who looks grumpy, doesnt say a word, and doesnt hold the door. Youre not a man if you cant do a few basic things (make eye contact, say hello, hold a door, shake hands, etc). Let alone what person should be employed if they exhibit these rude mannerisms towards customers?The guy who checked me out seemed nice and polite. But I must admit a few bad apples can ruin it all.I vote with my dollar. Ive decided Id rather not come back here because of todays experience.
