Be honest with you some people say that hes expensive on here but saying that he does everything at this one shop he tells you right then and there you could always go to someone else. Im very happy for the things hes done to my truck and Ill still keep going to him. Hes very honest and very good at what he does on what you want done.

The owner of the shop was very professional and polite. He listened to my concerns and gave me his honest opinion on what the issue was. However, I was being asked to pay $300 to install one amp in my car along with a week and a half of wait time. I was able to drive down to Cardinal Stereo and got my installation done within 2 hours and $300 less in cost. Hopefully they adjust their prices because $300 for an AMP install is highway robbery.

Called Randy for some Bronze wheels for my New Ram Truck ..lifted to so he knew the offsets I needed for my max performance, Went with Toyo At mII 35 x12.50. Waiting for my bar for one and half year, the guy Eddy I was dealing with left without informing me. I only came to know when I went to check if my order arrives. Even my shocks were not replaced. Only came to know from the owner that half the work on suspension was done before by Eddy.

I just have to say thank you to Randy and his team for saving the day. I had paid someone A LOT of money to rebuild my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 and after 6mo of waiting for it to be finished, I found out the person basically stole my money and did nothing to the vehicle. This truck is very special to me as it was the first vehicle I bought and paid off by myself, so I didnt just want to chalk it up to a loss and sell it.I contacted AZ Motor Trendz to see if they could help in completing the project..well I should say start and finish the project as it was now in worse condition that when I gave it to the first person. Had some subs and an amp put in. Good clean install. I have OCD when it comes to cable management and loved seeing just the terminations on the amp.

Called in wanting some pricing on wheels and tires for my 19 Suburban and was able to have them installed the next day. Randy is awesome and gave me a good deal. I liked my truck before but now I love it. Thanks again.

Randy is a very picky guy when it comes to quality control, got me new rubber, alignment, and performance brakes on our Tahoe. Made sure all was clean when returned and test drove it himself! Thanks AZ Motortrendz for the great experience. By the way this work was done for us to drive to Florida for a few weeks!

Randy and his guys are fantastic! The stereo I’d gone into the shop for was a new product that hadn’t even gone on sale yet. Randy was already familiar with it from a trade show and preordered it for me that day. He also took the time to learn which speaker set up I wanted, rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t want or need. He called me as soon as the stereo was in, and had my Jeep in the shop the very next day. When it was installed, they took the time to walk me through all the features I was unsure about. I’ve never done business here I have never been here period and this place took an Id and signature from one of my old roommates and now I’ve been trying to get the account closed because I never opened it

Had a 3 inch lift done on my jeep ..great price and also fast service ...paid them ...and then when the time came to recheck the lift ..on a follow up which was included ..not the same sense of urgency ...had a scheduled appointment at 9am ...it was 10 ..and they had yet taken my jeep to the shop ...there was minimum or no payment involved...so ...in a sense I get the lack of sense of urgency ...but ..the one guy that was suppose to do the job ..was upfront ...translating for 20 to 30 min...and I was left to wait ...jus left with no work done...Once again great place if ur buying..not so much for follow up work..

If you want an honest shop that will not try and nickel and dime you, then go see Randy and crew. If you are looking to haggle on pricing, do it on ebay. If you want high quality work go see Randy, he will treat your right.

Charged me 90 bucks for an alignment and didnt do it... the front desk lady (Ashley) tells you one thing and then the techs tell you another. Definitely STAY AWAY from this business! They just do the work whenever they want in no rush and dont care when you need your vehicles back, then get frustrated when you call and ask for a time frame on completion.

I will admit that while Randy and his staff are friendly, I wouldnt recommend this place for doing aftermarket suspension with wheels and tires. They messed up what i wanted the car to look like on several occasions, slammed it too low, forgot to balance my front wheels, and charged me extra to get an alignment at another shop that did a terrible job twice. Plus its an inconvenience that they need your car for the whole day to install wheels/tires and coilovers. Needless to say, i went to another shop and got everything fixed the way it shouldve been handled the first time. Oh btw, they dont roll fenders or have an alignment rack at this shop.
