Weve taken our RV here a few times and have always had great experiences. This last time we paid way less than we thought we would for everything we had done! They also have great customer service, everyone Ive talked with is very friendly and helpful! We will continue taking our RV there in the future!

Lots of gear for trailers. Almost any fasteners you need they have. I find them helpful when you need something for your camper.

We were having problems with our refrigerator in our trailer. We were going to take it back to where we purchased the trailer repair shop, but we got the run around. We contacted State Trailer repair service center, got an appt in a few weeks. We took it in and they were able to fix the problem in just a few days. We are happy with the service, promptness and over all customer service. Will definitely go back again, and refer friends and family.

We have been full timers for 5 yrs. This by far was the best experience we have had with having repairs done on our RV. The people were Awesome. The repairs were done on a timely manner. I would recommend them for anything RV related.

Contacted them through texting and they responded rather quickly. Needed a front panel for the new refrigerator. I didnt have to go and pay a deposit. The person texting me contacted me at the end of the day and said it would be ready in the morning. Was just that easy! And yes, the next morning I received a call that it was ready. They will get my business again!!

Nice clean place, and its huge inside. They had everything I needed and the guys at the parts counter were super helpful. Its so clean it looks brand new inside I asked the guy helping me if they just opened he told me they have been open for almost 5 years. I will continue to buy my parts from here.

Bought a 1169.00 cummins Onan 4500 inverter generator from state trailer supply on August 30th 2021.After putting oil and in the generator I could not get it to start. Finally got it to start after blowing in the gas tank. On September 20 I took the generator to state to see if they would repair or replace it. Was told I would have to take it to Cummins sales a service deal in avondale Arizona. I ask if they could take care of that but they said they had no one to deliver it. Imagine, they brag about their customer care but there is none.I will be very cautious making a large purchase from State trailer sales. They are just another dont bother me after the sale place of business. Businesses have forgotten the consumer is their life bloodAfter all, who are we to expect fare or goodwill treatment.

Great work and finishedt on time as promised.. George the Tech helped us pick out and install the reclining chairs in place of a couch. Highly recommend this company over over the large chains. Kellie the service manager was great to work with also. Their pricing was comparable to the other sources.

I wish I could give MORE stars! I went in for routine stuff like checking seals, wheel bearings, and making sure all systems we’re working. They found a few minor things and fixed everything quickly (and at reasonable cost) AND installed a backup camera on my trailer. The repairman showed me the basics to get the camera working. It was simple and easy! I had the trailer back in less than 2 days! LOVE this place!

They fixed and replaced everything I asked them to do. Kelly is Rock Star as she was able to find and bring in a replacement toilet that was impossible to find.They did really, really good work. It is rare that you find a store that has a service department where everyone is industry best. State trailer in peoria AZ is an extremely RARE find. We are very thankful for State trailer coming to Az. Everyone is very helpful and happy to do so. We have always had a great experience there. We recommend them to all our friends out on the road or at home. One of our friends, including us, had a bad experience at the local dealership and will only be using the state trailer to do all our service and parts needs.

Their propane services are some of the slowest and worse set ups Ive ever seen and you cant trust there time as they will advertise wrong times and close whenever. The propane prices there are higher anyways... wouldnt even use them as a last resort

Friendly and knowledgeable. They had what I was searching for, or told me where I could find it at another business. Service was slow, but only because the place was busy with customers before me. A good sign if you ask me. Oh, you did ask me!

I’m very disappointed I did not know of State Trailer RV & Outdoor supplier sooner!I needed a couple of small things that I couldn’t find anywhere, not even camping world, but I found it here based off of a recommendation!When I went in, I spent about an hour cruising the isles, amazed that such a store exist, especially for the prices they offer!I literally would’ve saved 10-20% if I bought things here than at camping world!The parts desk was super helpful, the checkout ladies were sweet and amazing too!

Once again we had an incredibly positive experience at State trailer. Kelli and the crew are phenomenal. Not only is the the service department fantastic but so is their body shop. The gentleman who did the bodywork on my rig it’s an absolute artist.

Lot of things for your rv here. Easy to get to. Huge parking lot. They prices are a little high on some items.

They have their game on. Was very eased with the work performed. I was expecting a long wait time but they scheduled me within a few days. Friendly service. The tech that was assigned to me (Gavin? So sorry I forgot his name! Young guy with a lot of hair) was so helpful, knowledgeable and acted like he really cared. Kelly at the service desk is so nice too. Even though its a bit of a trip for me to get there Ill still go everytime . The store has a large variety of items and is organised very well.

The bottom line is that I am very happy with the final result of my experience. I took off points for the length of time that it took to get a result and the fact that I was not able to be involved in the process as it proceeded. I realize now that when I brought in my trailer, I should have interacted with a manager to develop the details of the work that I needed done. When an item needed to be replaced due to its placement, the manager worked with me to obtain the solution, which was done in a very timely manner.

Great place to get propane for my grill and fire pit. If you are ever in need of propane or have a lot of tanks to fill up. Go here!!! They are very customer friendly. They are always nice and friendly. The store is awesome inside as well and give you free popcorn!!!lol

The staff at State Trailer has always been very helpful to me as I endeavor to fix a problem with our fifth wheel trailer. Not only finding the part I need, but also walking me through the process I’ll see as I dive in!Recently our landing gear totally broke while our camping, and thankfully a local guy helped us jack it up to get it back on the truck.I was able to get it to State Trailer in Peoria AZ and a couple guys there lifted it the truck so I could drop it off for repair.I couldn’t be happier with the new and improved landing gear that they installed.Service like that is why I continue to be a patron there!Thank you all at State Trailer!Fred P

State trailer went out of their way to fix some electrical issues on our coach that were created by the manufacturer and even our dealer failed to fix properly. Outstanding service and quality. We highly recommend them.

We had issues with our hitch, we called Anthem where we purchased and were told they could make an appointment for July. We called State and we were told to come by and they would look at it and if we needed an appointment it would be May. An hour later we were repaired plus we had them add an electric Jack. Happy Campers.

Scotty the service manager is the best. I took my 22 year old Monaco La Palma for slide topper replacement. I highly recommend this business for all your RV or trailer needs!

I’ve never met a more competent group in the RV service and supply industry. My RV’s have been to MANY dealerships and repair facilities throughout the years. State Trailer and their team of parts technicians and repair technicians have consistently provided unmatched service and accuracy during work projects. I fly private business jets for a living and maintenance, especially preventive maintenance is always on my radar. I make sure my RV’s are maintained to the same level as the jets I fly so a breakdown or problem on a trip is not a factor. All repair facilities might pooch a particular repair here and there but I haven’t had to bring my coaches back in because a repair wasn’t done right by the technicians at State Trailer. Could it happen in the future, maybe, but based on what I’ve seen for quality and pride of work, I’m not worried in the slightest about this team. I take A LOT of pride in my gear, my equipment, and my adventures and I don’t skimp on price when the quality of work is present. I’ve never had a good outcome when I try to get work done by second tier companies and most of the RV dealerships here in the Phoenix area are marginal at best. I know, almost all of them have gotten my business at some point in the past. State Trailer is Top Tier. Thanks guy for all you’ve done for us and we really appreciate all the hard work you’ve accomplished to keep this family going and traveling safe.

Huge. Loved walking through and seeing what we “needed”. Had very friendly and helpful interactions—selecting a part, paying and having our propane tank refilled. Also they have a very well thought out dump out back that is free for RVers. Will make a point to stop here for any needs whenever we come through Phoenix or the other 2 states they are in.

I brought my trailer here because my ac stopped working. when I initiallycame in I was told ot could be a couple of things but more than likely my compressor went out and would need to replace the unit. I set up ah appointment to have the it repaired. The repair was completed quickly and the employees were very friendly. The reason I only gave three stars vs 5 was when I came to pick up my trailer I asked what the problem was and I was told that no diagnostic was completed and the mechanic was told to just swap out the unit. In the end this did fix the problem but I feel a diagnosis should have been done in case this was not the issue. and time was spend completing the wrong repair. Again my trailer was repaired and the staff were friendly I just wish the mechanics would have confirmed the problem first.

Did a great job. Service was good and efficient. They offered great suggestions also on other issues. Very helpful.

This review is long overdue. I did some damage to the top of my trailer (too low clearance) assured me it wouldnt leak but because it was a new trailer wanted to fix it. I did not see the damage as I would not climb on the roof but they took picture for me. Review is late as again I would not climb roof. Was camping and great nephew wanted to climb up ladder so I got him to take a picture so I could see the job. We are happy with the repair and think they did a good job. I chose this place because of the reviews compared to everyone elses in the vicinity. Once my warranty is over I will bring my trailer here instead of the dealer.

My first time bringing the rv trailer here for repair they took their time 2 months to finish and very pricey labor and parts no other choice for me after waiting that long

The State Trailer team did an outstanding job installing my blue ox base plate onto my 2018 Mini Cooper 4 door, and then ensuring the connection to my Motorhome, making sure the electrical connection worked perfectly. Their customer service was great and overall experience was superb.

Stopped by to look at hitches. The parts dept helped us out, and even told us we didnt need to pay more for something else like we had been reading online.

High quality service work and customer service. They dealt with warranty company. All pricing was in line with expectations. Would recommend.

I had taken my Jayco 27DSRL to a repair shop in Payson. But decided to call State Trailer to compare pricing.I’m really glad I did. State Trailer not only saved me a ton of money but also found short comings that the other guy didn’t. They had IN STOCK all the parts needed AND did the repairs all in one day. Work Done: R&R my 15’ Canopy, replace the light strip, replace a propane hose, clean and adjust stove burners and installed a hardwired surge protector. They will have my business going forward EVEN if I have to drive the 3 hours one way to have it done.

Lady at the cashier stand more helpful than the counter sales staff. Almost feel like youre being rude interrupting them staring at their computers. More of a self-service center.

The service was very quick. Ill put the furnace back in my trailer and see what happens. Stay tuned and dont touch that dial.

We were passing through on a road trip and were only going to be here maybe a week at most but they squeezed us in because our fridge wasnt working on 12V. Most all other RV services were out a couple weeks or some a month or more. They diagnosed our problem and found it was a wiring issue that may have been a user error. They also answered a few questions since were newbie RVers. They were very helpful and they have a free RV dump in the back. They also have the largest RV store we have seen.

I had a Fastway e2 Hitch Round Bar installed on my F-150 and 22 travel trailer for weight distribution and sway control. This was the hitch they recommended, and they were right-on-the-money.State Trailers service people were very friendly and professional. They took my truck and RV back to their service bay right away and set up the hitch in a very short time. The difference the hitch made was noticeable immediately even before I made it out of the parking lot.I will continue to use State Trailer for my RV needs because of their knowledge and experience, courteous employees, and competitive pricing.

The great thing is that State Trailer took care of working with our Extended Warrenty Company and worked diligently to get the new fan to work. The big disappointment was that even though we scheduled this appointment months in advance and called the day before to confirm not just the time, but the job, they did not have the part!! We wasted 7 hours before they went to get the part from a warehouse. The coach is our home so this incompetence was a huge inconvenience and really, inexcusable.

I’ve gone to State Trailer in Peoria for a few years now to pick up supplies or get repairs done on my trailer. Recently brought my trailer in for a laundry list of repairs and their service continues to be top notch. They listen to what I’m requesting to have done and got me a quote before starting any repairs. When I picked up my trailer, there was one item I forgot to have taken care of. They let me keep the trailer there and was able to get it done the next day. Great people, great service, I know what I’m paying for up front. I definitely recommend State Trailer to anyone who has trailer repair needs.

I have never been disappointed with this place. They go out of their way to make sure you’re helped. There’s been a few times in the past I’ve rolled in there last minute before a trip because something in my trailer wasn’t working right and they just helped me out immediately. I was greeted rudely by the two cashiers at the front of the store. “Where’s your mask?” I am unable to wear one...here’s one...no I don’t wear a mask. You’ll have to leave. Is there a manager? Yes, hold on. I am called a situation to the manager. He says yeah you can’t be in here. No respect for persons with mask exemptions. Horrible customer service.

Every time I bring my camper to State Trailer they go above and beyond what any other Service department has ever done for me. I dropped my greyhawk off last weekend thinking I had a bunch wrong with the RV. They went through everything and it was just a few simple fixes. They didn’t over charge me and they were more than fair with their price. I highly recommend you bring your camper here. This company is wonderful, we have had repairs done and it’s always a fair price and done quickly, and we’ve purchased many items in the Peoria store but recently I had a problem with my acct on line, I called the customer service # to ask for help! I figured I would get a recording that would keep me on hold for hrs. The phone was answered right away by Mark, who was super in assisting me thru my problems, he had an IT guy contact me to correct the problem!and then he called again to make sure it was Ok!When does that happen⁉️I later learned that this company is a family run business, and Mark is an Owner! We came for the free dump station and water and a plus because it is on the way to our storage facility. The store has everything! I wish we had checked it out first before we ordered items thru Amazon we had to wait for( they were there on your shelves.

State Trailer sales installed a brake system in my Jeep Cherokee for towing behind my motorhome.Mike did an excellent job and explained all the hook up info as we married up all connections to my motorhome. But my main man was Scotty the service manager. I visited many times before final service day and he was awesome to get all things needed and listened to what I wanted to do. I informed him of an adaptor kit and he followed thru to get it. Then he adjusted final bill to accommodate another estimate I got.Scotty was a rock star and made the whole experience rewarding. This place is huge!!!!! If you own an RV especially in AZ with the sun and heat... Plastics dont fair well over time ... These guys have the parts to replace and keep your RV looking and working like new again .. upgrading electrical tail lights ...or repairing holding tanks all the way to totes to vacate your gray water they have door parts paints .. even small sink parts and BBQs just loaded with what you might need.. check them out ... Easy access to freeway too ..

Great place if you need supplies or service work. I just took my older Toy Hauler in to get some service work done and the bill was half what I thought it would be. Will definitely be back when I need something.

Great place and people. Work was done excellent and great communication. Only problem I had was they shut down the gas and unplugged the trailer. I had items in the refrigerator and freezer. Things melted and warm in both areas. Took 3 days to get it back to temperature needed. I even called to remind them about it
