Always wanted to go to this place. The wifey likes the home section, of course I go there for the other stuff we need for the projects were working on. The people here are very helpful and professional. Once we came here for the first time we cant stop coming back. Love it!

Ive been coming to Pensacola Hardware since we moved into town 3 years ago. Their pricing is as good or better than the big box stores. Their staff greets you when you enter and will help you find what you need or let you browse. I love that I can buy exactly as many screws as I need and they even have stock that matches some 100 year old hardware in my 100 year old house. I custom built a few closets out of galvanized pipe and they cut pieces to my specifications in just a few hours. The prices on the flanges and joints were 30% less than the Big guys. Came in today for hardware and tools for my EBike. Bryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had most of what I needed and had some things on the way. They took my name and number and said they will call when the metric Allen and Torque sets show up. I highly recommend this local hardware store.

Most everyone is friendly and knowledgeable except for the middle-aged blonde lady at the front that you encounter when you first walk in the door.She gives you the impression that she cant be bothered. Im pretty sure that customer service is part of her job title, but she doesnt comprehend that part. Must be a relative or significant other of someone in charge.That would be the only reason that she is still employed there.Beware the mean, rude lady at the front.

Its not just a hardware store folks...they also have some of the bes; most unique selection of household/kitchen/decor/everyday items that you could imagine. So much so, that I go there to purchase gifts for friends, family, co-workers and of course myself. They can also curate gift baskets too. They have everything from kitchen gadgets & decor you most likely wouldnt see anywhere else to the best smelling candles which the line also has wax melts, lotions, and hand soap of the same candle scents and then you turn around and there is a dog section that has leashes, toys and even pre-packaged kits to make your own gourmet dog treats and then you can turn around again and find a section of wedding/bride/groom gift options. You must check this place out, but I am warning you now...you better allow yourself enough time to browse for at least an hour, because you will not want to leave until you have looked at everything and then having to choose what to get will surely be a time factor in itself and the only reason you would possibly feel disappointed about when you leave is because you couldnt buy everything that you liked!!! And if that isnt good enough, the staff there are so friendly & helpful that it just goes to show that there is still excellent customer service in a world where we so rarely see that anymore.

This is a great local hardware store. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The dont have lumber or sheetrock you will have to go to the bigger stores for that but I shop there because they give the sevice you expect and should receive from every store. Other places should follow their lead on customer service!!

One of the best shops in Pensacola! We love going here for teacher gifts, cooking gifts, and sports stuff. They wrap everything so cute too.

Great selection for all types of hardware and tools. They go old school with a salesman helping you from when you walk through the door. And they have a stuffed bear in there.

Unfortunately writing negative reviews is not in my interest, however I feel like this company deserves it. First off they used a recruitment firm to recruit employees from other jobs only to fire them based on petty false accusations from other employees without verifying the facts, or giving the accused employee an opportunity to defend themselves. Second they allow their puppy to poop all over the place. Lastly, they also can be very judgmental often.

I have loved this place for years!! Unique gifts, unusual kitchenware and they sharpen your good knives. Its the best.

Not minority friendly. Im a Buddhist and gay. They treated me quickly and tried rushing me out of their store. Wouldnt give me what I needed at the right length wire and when I stayed to see if it is the right length asked for me to work on it and sit down at the front of the store. How friendly can I look while taking your money seems to be the question rather than genuine kindness and understanding.

This store is the best of Lowes or Home Depot without the overload of an overbearing lumberyard or giant appliance showroom. They have everything you could need for home or commercial work. The store seems huge for what it has yet is also small enough to navigate easily and very well organized. The staff is friendly, quick, knowledgeable and very helpful. Was also the only place in Pensacola that I could find a vinyl apron for my chemistry class next week with th campus store being out of stock.

I went to Pensacola hardware looking hard to find materials for home repair. This isnt always easy, the house is 70 years old. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and a wealth of helpful information. I had what I was looking for in hand in less than 1 minute. This store has great gift items as well as the hard to find things that the other hardware stores just dont carry.You really should check them out! Youll be happy you did.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I felt so welcomed in this store. Everyone was so kind and professional and knew exactly what I needed. I felt a connection instantly with the people there and that doesnt happen often. A total joy to shop with Pensacola Hardware Company. Cant wait to come back.

I was able to find a 7/16 screw with 20 threads in this place. The people here are great. I was able to get the lawn mower that I had been working on for 1 solid year finally finished thanks to this place. I will be back for sure. These people deserve the business. They really do care and went out of the way to get me a screw that was too long ground down to the right length. This was the neatest place that I have ever been too and the prices were excellent. Much higher quality hardware screws than any place I have ever been to.

I love this place. They have everything from heavy industrial tool to gourmet cookware. When you walk in the door someone is there to greet you and help you find whatever you may need.

This store has an amazing aassortment of goods, everything from bolts to first-class barbecues, pots and many other things. But they also treat everyone like royalty -- I bought some bolts today. The bill was $1.29. People could not have been more helpful or gracious.

Support local! If you love Klein brand, this is your outlet. Pensacola hardware is in a great location downtown. They have a wide selection, just know you are not headed to a giant merchandiser. From kitchen dodads to rigging equipment. They have it. Just remember if you buy in bulk here you may clean out their current inventory. They have safety in mind and are willing to treat each individual with happy personality. If you find a way to upset these workers you are doing something wrong in your fast paced lifestyle that requires your own introspection. Heh.
