Its always fun to go to Reynolds Hardware, not only for the hard to find items that you are looking for but also for the over-the-top, interesting things you can find that you are not looking for...like a giant turnbuckle. I live in a 100+ year old house, and many times Reynolds is one of the few places that I can find a solution to a century-old problem. And its always fun to see what you might discover... シ

Very helpful employees. Im so glad there is a real hardware store in town. They always have what I need to get my projects done. I have gotten cars and motorcycles back on the road, custom go karts driving again, and so much more. I love this store

Walked into the store today and was not greeted, with the employee passing by me as if I was a ghost. So. I decided to ask her if she worked there and she replied rudely what do you need. I replied, I need some screws with the employee replying.....go to number 5 and Ill get there when I get a chance!!! Rude service to an loyal customer!!! Will not be returning!

I like this store as an old fashioned hardware store where actual people come and help you find what you need. They have well-informed staff, and a surprisingly varied stock.I highly recommend this store.Note: best access is via the north pound off-ramp from Hwy 29 to 9 mile road.

Great local store!

Called this store looking for a particular piece. Person on the phone answered with no greeting and abruptly responded “No.” I asked if that meant no, they didn’t have it. He told me to call another place. I told him thank you for his time and he just closed the phone on me. Guess I’ll be taking my current and future purchases elsewhere!

If you cant find what you need for repairing older items in your home here your not likely to find it anywhere. People are so helpful and are willing to help you with any questions you may have. Great place to purchase gifts during holidays.

This hardware store is just stuffed full of merchandise. Friendly staff and very willing to lend you assistance. Unfortunately, they didnt stock what I was searching for but suggested another store that might have it. Will definitely visit this store again.

This is the kind of place to go to for that hard to find part. I love just walking around and seeing everything that they have. It really gives you some ideas and kick starts my DIY side.

I generally dont leave google reviews but I saw all the negative ones here so I thought I would leave my experience.After visiting Lowes and Home Depot trying to replace the little disc wheels on my sliding shower door with no luck. I went to my local hobby store to buy some of the roller derby cart wheels. I figured I could rig something up. The clerk at Bobes asked if checked Reynolds for the part. I said no, I have been there in 40 years. He told me to try and sure enough they had the exact part I needed. And the staff was helpful.

Usually good help. Not so much this visit. I felt much more like an interruption than a customer.

Quite a large selection for doing all of my of unique projects that I just dont find at the box stores.

This store does not restock items it carries. Ive been in here probably 20 times looking for Hardware for various projects. I dont know why I waste my time because they never have the item Im looking for. There is always an empty space where what Im looking for should be. Im never going back and this is why Mom and Pop stores are dying out. If youre going to run a business you need to stock the items youre supposed to carry. Im surprised this store still exists. Also this is a large store in only two people work there at most so dont think youre going to get any help in this free for all hope you find what youre looking for environment. And the staff is not knowledgeable nor do they know whats even in the store.

The guy we spoke to this afternoon was extremely rude. They did not have the part we needed and when my husband asked the guy if he might know where we could find it, the guy laughed and said yep but none of them are open this time of day. As we were leaving I asked the guy if they happen to sell lighters as the one in my car was not working and he replied nope. Im not supporting your bad habits. I will NEVER set foot in that place again and I will tell everyone about this ill-mannered guy and warn them to steer clear of this junk store of a business.

Good place for hard to find parts

The heavyset man with the white beard acted like I was bothering him. I had a few questions and I waited patiently for him to get off the phone. He looked at me with destain and offered only a no. No problem solving no follow up question. Basically a no and get out of my store i cant help you look. Sad Sad sad.

Didnt have the nut that I needed. But did tell of another place that had it.

Clean store and employees willing to help

It was a horrible experience. This is a crappy hardware store. The service was terrible and the prices are high. The stock was very limited. The manager said he would order a part for me. Every other day, he called to give another excuse why it did not come in. Finally an employee told me he never ordered it. When I called to ask why, he told me to go somewhere else and hung up on me.
