PJ and Lori were very knowledgable and are always able to help me with whatever project I am working on. Great home town feel. Reminds me of my grandfathers hardware store back home.

This place is fantastic.I was welcomed as soon as I entered the door. I originally went there only for an A.C. vent, but they were so kind and welcoming that I ended up asking a lot of questions and to my delight & surprise they more than answered all my questions and even offered better solutions that worked out fabulously :)The icing on the cake was that I’m disabled and going to any store is very difficult & rare for me. They were very compassionate and offered me the option to wait in my vehicle while they finished gathering my order AND then they even brought my order out to my vehicle!!!!!Just when I felt & thought customer service was dead Davis Hardware showed me that there is still a business that will go above and beyond for their customers.Thank you Davis Hardware for taking time with me and for going above and beyond!

I bought six keys from Davis hardware that didnt work.When I went back and got them re-cut they charged me again.What a shame.Terrible customer service.

Nice place for your hardware need

I like that Davis Hardware is family owned and operated, by Pensacola people. When I had a problem under the sink, they had what I needed to complete the repair. They actually listen to your situation and talk you through the solution. Its like asking a friend for help. And thats why I go to Davis Hardware.
