My husband made a purchase of some bulk screws and said its worth the trip for the price because its a better deal than he would pay for the same thing at either Lowes or Home Depot.

Been coming here for years. The best prices for sure. If the lobby is full you will have to wait. Its not a big box store with 20 people standing around doing nothing. The best way is to call in your order before hand.

The guy that helped me there was very helpful & nice! Ill definitely be going back there for more of those darn screws Im replacing on mine & my hubbys roof! Lol

Great place to shop for fasteners. Talk to Jason he is so helpful. If they do not have it, they can either get it in for you or will do their best to suggest where to find what your looking for.

Excellent staff, took my nut and bolt jokes really well.

Unfriendly counter help is putting it mildly.Customer service is nonexistent.Even when you can get someone to help you, there computer system is so slow, and outdated. It takes a real long time to get a ticket to sign.My advise, try.Training your employees to understand that customers, and their time has value.I will only go back there if absolutely necessary.

I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes they were hard working for somebody else and took forever I had to leave my boss was getting onto me I was trying to buy some two bags of screws I guess they dont need my money

The guys who work in this place are in NO hurry. They move ridiculously slow and hold up jobs every time I need material. It doesnt matter how far in advance you call ahead they still wont have the order ready and will hold you up. This place is aweful and I wish there was competition so would never have to come here ever again

This is a great place for hardware, employee owned, great service and prices. Also carry tools as well.

Customer service is Horrible! First time customer this morning to buy 1,000 pieces and before I even finished explaining myself, he informed me he couldn’t help me nor did he try to help in any way!
