Friendly, helpful service. Good parking. Nice change from big box stores to neighborhood store
Great local hardware+ for decades!
Said you’re open until 6? Drove all the way over, not open. May want to stick to your hours posted on google. Waisted my time, that’s why I gave you the one star.
Bill is definitely knows customer service. He is helpful, explains things in detail so that you are educated about the project that you are going do. He is patient with you as a customer. He is so customer focused that he takes the time to explain that there other options that may not include purchasing anything from his business. Who does that these days? Most people are concerned with making a buck. Bill is concerned with helping a customer. I will always go the East Hill Hardware!!
Great little shop. Helpful. Limited supplies. Will be back. Thanks!
Excellent place to shop. The owner is a very friendly person, nice to talk too you cant beat the prices. A good Hardware store in the neighbor
One of the nicest hardware stores Ive been in the gentleman in there loaned me something that I needed desperately one of the nicest guys Ive met in my 50 years
The owner is very pleasant. The store needs organizing but Mr. Scott seemed to know where items are located. Whenever I need an extra key I go there bc he makes duplicate keys that are flawless
Just bought an ax to split wood from here. Owner was amazing. Super friendly n welcoming. He went to college in Vermont. I love Vermont :)
Fast service with a smile. Good price for quality goods. Fast service.
Never open till this 6
Great place, great owner, hands on and very knowledgeable....and to make it even better, very friendly as well. I accidentally broke the key off in my Baldwin lockset. Even though my key was in two pieces, the owner made me a replacement key in about 2 minutes time. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them. The next time youre driving down 12th Avenue in Pensacola and have hardware question or need, pull in to see these guys.
Small pop store, has pretty much of what you need
Three generations of my family have come here, and for good reason. The proprietor is extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. Recently I bought a single 7/64” allen wrench from him for only 25¢. Forget about buying a single one at a big box hardware store, and the prices everywhere else (e.g. Amazon) for the same item are comical. Suffice it to say, in Pensacola, check here first for your hardware.
Really nice guy who helps you with anything you need. Only problem is that its hard to call them, so you have to make the trip to find out if they have what you need. Other than that, great!!
From the outside, everything looks normal...Once you go inside, its a whole different story...Its like going on a scavenger hunt for random things....This space has so much potential as a neighborhood hardware store...inside the building needs some love.
Extremely friendly and helpful when we stopped in for some drywall patch and a few tools while visiting. A great asset to the neighborhood Im sure.
Nicest guy youll ever meet. And helpful to an extreme. I love having this place in the neighborhood.
A very eclectic business, with both your general hardware supplies, and a nice selection of kitchen gadgets and accessories, including canning supplies. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Incorrect hours on google and door
Amazing customer service and a comfortable environment.
The people that work in here are truly an amazing team, they will help you with whatever you need and will give advice for the project that you have.
Its difficult to support local businesses when they are closed every single time you stop by. Ive stopped by at least a dozen times during the business hours that are posted on the door.
Close at 2 pm on Saturday on the website says open until 5pm
Bill is always helpful!
Never found it open.
Very please with the service
2021 and no website?????
