Customer service was very friendly, helped us load what we bought into our car. For a small store they have packed it full of just about everything you need for your projects. They even have an outside section with all your garden needs. The place was clean and presented for customers convenience. I recommend to shop here.

1st time at this location. Found what I needed in a combo of online order and in store.Parking was difficult for me. Hard to get out of the parking lot safely. Wheelchair accessibility not readily available.

Friendly staff but the aisles are super small. I dont think anyone wheelchair bound could go here. I dont remember their aisles being labeled either. I requested help pretty quick when I walked in.

They are not your typical big box store. They have a little bit of everything. I usually visit for the hard to find hardware items that would need to be ordered online from a big box store.

Well the store doesn’t compare in size to some of the well-known big box retailers, they keep a solid selection of items on hand. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always try Ace first for my needs.

Vary small store every thing is just so crammed in so there is not much room they dont have room for most things people need at the time when shopping for there needs and they close to early in the day so when most people get out of work and need to go to the hardware store they need to drive to home depot

Small neighborhood ACE, not a lot to choose from. The cashier wasnt as warn to a new customer as he was to his regulars, but other staff was very helpful.

Ace is there for convenience not to be competitive with their pricing in comparison to Lowes and Home Depot. I was shocked at some the over the top prices I had paid when at Lowes comparing items purchased at Aces.

We usually love to go here and it is less than a mile from our house but my husband asked if he could get some paint mixed in machine and lady said No because people dont have lids on properly and it gets everywhereHe had to drive to Home Depot because of this and my husband is so annoyed he has not returned .Imean insuring lid is closed with hammer seems like general rule anyway .

Was a long time patron of this store as Paradise hdwr and disturbed to see it close. BUT, what a great facility it is now. Im forever amazed at the incredible selection this relatively small building offers! Being a professional handyman in the area I can be in and out here in minutes, almost always with what I need. Saves an hour round trip to one or both of the big box stores. Time is money no matter what.

If youre so worried about covid 19 close your doors. Im a long time customer and I will never return. You have plexi glass protecting the cashier so im pretty sure the buckets in front of the register isnt helping anything and no employees wearing masks or glove? If your are that worried they should be.

They are off line but still open selling chainsaws and other things! Love ace!

Wonderful visit! My husband was looking for a piece for his car to fix a leak, the gentleman brought out tools and helped my husband make sure it would work before it was purchased! I wish more places had such helpful folks.

I love this place! Super friendly employees that greet you when you enter and make sure you got everything you were looking for. I also admire the pride they take in keeping their store clean and dust free. Its so nice to purchase an item that isnt covered in dust.

Great neighborhood hardware store

There is no where else I would ever go than here! I recently had to make a quick stop there for something I needed but had all three of my kids in tow. While one of the employees was being amazingly helpful my middle child was getting restless so the sweet lady behind the counter came out and played with her. This may seem like something small, but after running three other errands and dealing with some very grouchy children, this was EVERYTHING to me. Not only did I get all the help I needed, but they were kind to my children when they couldve just been annoyed. Ive never made a trip there that they werent kind and helpful, but this trip they all really went above and beyond. I dont know who runs this store... but you are doing it right! Thank you!
