I have been visiting this store for years and never have I been disrespected by any employee until today. The guy at the register is very rude and shouldnt be working with customers if he has ZERO customer service skills! Also I have been a customer for years and there are no perks with this company. So long BOOST! Your customer service said it made no difference if I dropped service with the company. Such customer appreciation. I thought u were suppose to make the customer happy at all costs.

Even though I did not make a purchase, the Boost employee answered all of my questions and even educated me on things about the network I did not know about. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I absolutely can not stand this Babu guy at this location, supposedly he’s the manager, He is beyond rude, he talk SUPER FAST, And he really don’t think of the customers needs when it comes to putting them in the correct package. I watch and observe, came into this store 10 times in 1 month just to observe. His attitude is sickening sometimes.

I switched back to Boost today and am so happy that I did!First tried to do so at the Foley store but they had no new phones in stock to do so. I ended up having to drive to a Pensacola store (about an hour way).I wish these guys were in Jax!!! So friendly, ultra helpful and made the switch of all 4 lines, easy, fast and issue free!Thanks so much to Serge for making my experience so pleasant!

If this is the boost mobile store in town in country plaza on Pace Blvd in Pensacola, FL it sucks. The chick that just had the baby who works there didnt bother to show up at work today. At least not within the first hr and a half of its opening time at 12:00 noon. I know its Mothers Day and all, but wheres the professionalism. Hell Im a mother and wanted a new phone (which I still got), but couldnt get from this location.

Love it fun place for family

I went in today and was impressed by the customer service from Sirajul (sorry if i spelled his name wrong). Unlike a few other places I have visited when Im in need of a phone he was attentive to my needs. Im a manager and I look at the basic key attitudes provided with customer service. I needed two phones just to play music in my cars and this guy sealed the deal.
