My husband and I came into the establishment yesterday for a new phone. The salesman by the name of Abraham was phenomenal!! Worst customer service Ive ever gotten at a phone store. Not professional at all. More worried about schedule and getting lunch than helping the customer. Went in to replace my phone. Employee didnt even discuss the changes to my account and made me backup and activate the phone by myself cuz he didnt want to deal with it.

Had a great experience at T-Mobile on Bayou Boulevard. I purchased two phones and the colors I wanted had to be ordered. Joe helped us and was very knowledgeable and helpful about the plans as well as the phones. When we received the phones it was Joeβs day off, and we went in and were helped by everybody that worked there. The manager Ahmed, and a young lady both were great and they worked together as a team and answered questions as we went. Great folks, highly recommend.

We went into T-Mobile today to switch from another provider, and Sharif helped us. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we got the best deals. We will definitely be going back for our next upgrades.
These guys greeted me early in the morning and were very helpful. I spent a couple hours with them and they also greeted every single customer that walked through the door as I was sitting there. This was the worst customer service experience I ever had. They toldMe one fee at first then they said you actually have to pay $100 for your phone after they originally was told me it would be free.

On the afternoon of October 15th, 2020, I very pleasantly had the opportunity to meet Mr. Tim Hauck, located at the Bayou Blvd. location in Pensacola, Fla. From the evening prior a dear friend and neighbor of mine called Tim to request and inquire if he could supply me with an anti-theft appliance for my car due to recent car break ins on our apt. property where she and I reside. Being the good-natured and proactive personality in a way that only Tim displays he not only called me at home prior to our mtng. this morning but assured me he could indeed assist with my issue! Being a senior citizen who lives alone, this in itself left me with a strong sense of security following his phone call. I then went to the store, and met Tim personally. In sufficing me with much needed info. on not only things I have need of now but will also have need of in the future as well I was taken aback in feeling one does not find quality service these days as Tim clearly provided me with!. He was professional, kind, courteous, extremely personable, honest, and TOTALLY IMPRESSIVE ON SO MANY COUNTS!. For his effort and caring he posseses and as a long time customer of Sprint/T-Mobile I now formally request that Tim Hauck be substantially acknowledged in writing to follow him forward because he truly EARNS IT! ITS so obvious He truly enjoys his job in dealing with the public as he does because he does it soooo well! In my opinion, Tim is a keeper in SOOO MAKES SPRINT/T-MOBILE SHIIINE!. The worst T-Mobile store Iβve ever been to in the five years of being with them. I came here back in February and upgraded my phones and in the process I was given accessories that I wasnβt told I would be paying monthly for. My bill went from around $150 to around $350. After calling the manager I was ensured that I was only paying for my phones and service not the accessories they gave us that we didnβt even ask for when in reality I am. MAKE SURE YOU ASK EVERY QUESTION POSSIBLE BECAUSE IF YOU DONβT THEY WONT TELL YOU.This store makes T-Mobile look bad Iβll be cancelling my service after this billing cycle.

The other day I visited this T-mobile because my son was having problems with his phone. We were welcomed and helped in every way by Shariff. Shariff was great with me and my son he made sure we didnβt leave without everything being done, I highly recommend everyone who visits this location to see Shariff, heβs also very honest he wonβt lie to you just to make a sale.

My best friend and I were looking to make a switch to T-Mobile because they had the best deal for 55+ customers, even better than those Consumer Cellular ads you see. We called and made an appointment at the 5010 Bayou Blvd location and I feel we were lucky to have the appointment with Sharif. If you go to a location, make an appointment and ask for him (Sharif). Our experience was one of the best, as he was very knowledgeable, friendly and took all the time we needed to make sure we walked out with everything set up. He made sure everything was not only set up with T-Mobile but also that we were clear of the previous company, walked us through, step by step on setting up not only the phone but accessory apps, such as the free Netflix, T-Mobile Tuesday, and others and confirmed that all worked as they should before we left. We also added the vehicle SyncUP Drive diagnosis module w/WiFi accessory and he installed it in the vehicle and also made sure that worked with the app correctly and offered if we needed any additional assistance after we left to give him a call. He even advised us of the possible vehicle insurance discount for having it, which we were able to call and add to our current policies. Sharif provided us with one of the best customer service experiences weve had in a long time, which you just dont find much these days. He easily earned my five plus star rating.
As a growing business I found that I needed a more reliable service for my employees & soon as I came into t-mobile Martez was very helpful with getting me what I needed. Since then Iβve been back several times itβs a pleasure working with him & t-mobile has a long term loyal customer in me; wouldnβt trade you guys for anybody else!

I recently switched over from AT&T to tmobile and the representative that helped me was Sharif. The young man was extremely helpful and I cant stress enough how prompt he was with respect to returning our calls and resolving any issues we had. Great store with an awesome staff. Very, very, happy!
We called and chose to change from Verizon to T-Mobile, asking 100 questions about service in our area, phones, and a host of other questions we went for it, after being assured that coverage would be 5G everywhere around us. We received the phones their was an issue with porting our numbers from Verizon to T Mobile we spent 7 hours on hold waiting for help, finally got that issue done, our daughter and granddaughter on our plan they has issues, granddaughter spent 5 hours waiting for help and daughter spent 6 hours waiting for someone to help. We finally got the number issue straight and I went about 10 miles up the road. No service, my daughter said she went 15 miles away from her house no service, after waiting on hold for a service another 6 hours. We were told by a rep that we should have service she hung up, another 3 hours on hold we got a lady in the Philippine islands who spoke very broken English. We ask her to have a supervisor contact us we have left messages online. With the company etc, a few hours later a supervisor contacted us and said we should have never been sold ant service because they had very little and what they did have bounced off someone elseβs tower more than 20 miles away. She did cancel The Who mess said send the phones back she shut off our phones leaving us with zero phone service. So now we are trying to get back with Verizon. Never go with T Mobile the service is horrible wait time to fix issues is stupid ridiculous. And when you do get someone they canβt speak English. Long review but had to express my total disgust with this whole evolution. ABSOLUTELY Horrible. Did I say horrible ?????? OMG Horrible. Ok please read this if you choose to go to T Mobile good freaking luck I donβt recommend this at all.
We recently switched over from another major carrier. I spoke with the folks in this store first, then did my research. When we switched, everything they said is true. The employees in this store are excellent and have helped us tremendously through a couple of issues as we brought our own phones. They have gone above and beyond everything I asked for,. Some of those things are what the other providers would never do for us unless we bought their overpriced stuff. I have a very strong customer service background and hold others to extremely high standards. These people have exceeded my expectations in getting me the best value and taking time to help us with so many questions.
I recently switched over from Verizon to T-Mobile. Sharif Mubarak Was the representative who helped me through the process. He was very helpful and allowed for a smooth transfer from Verizon. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood everything that was going on. I cut my wireless build in half, and was able to get unlimited Talk, Text and Data. The process was easy and simple, and Iβm glad that Sharif made it so easy.
Shariff and Fady helped my wife and I switch from our current providers to T-mobile. Shariff was very helpful the day before explaining plan and trade-in options and provided us his personal contact info should we have any further questions. We came in the following day and made the switch with the help of Fady. Fady was patient with us while we tried several times to get the correct AT&T account info to keep our phone number. Compared to the AT&T and Verizon stores in the Cordova mall area, the T Mobile store also was much cleaner.
I loved my experience at this store! I would recommend to anyone looking for a great product and confidence in your purchase.
John was great! He did the best he could to meet our cell phone needs. He worked with our existing phones and even adjusted our phones to a better plan that saved us $20 a month.Johns service was top notch, but unfortunately, the cell phone service on T-Mobiles no contract plan along with our non-T-Mobile phones meant we didnt get great coverage anywhere - work or home. We have had to return to AT&T for our service and we are only paying $7 more dollars each month (Still $40 cheaper than being on contract w any one carrier). We were only with T-Mobile for 1 week and I called customer service to see if there was an option to pro-rate our account and they refunded us $50! That was really awesome!

In April 2019, when I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile, the service to make the transition that I received from Sharif Mubarak was second-to-none. He went the extra-mile on all aspects of the switch, and there were a *number* of aspects!: 5 people in our family, new phones, old phones, new service, etc., etc. As a result of all the βmoving partsβ to our familyβs plan, weβve had a number of follow-up issues. Sharif and **ALL** of his colleagues have been nothing but helpful and cordial with all of issues that have arisen; and, most importantly, have gotten ALL of the issues resolved. Sharif and his team represent one of the most customer-focused service industry teams Iβve ever had the pleasure to know.
Extremely dishonest. They will straight up lie about the prices you will be paying on your bill. They said that they would throw things in for free and we would not have to pay any monthly fees, but it was not true and it was an extra $20 a month. We spent about $1500 there buying phones for the family and they literally complained for 30 minutes and refused to finish checking us out until we bought more. I am shocked that a legitimate business is able to do things like this without getting shut down.

Martez was so helpful during my last visit. He really explained the pros and cons of the new phone I got and explained the benefits of a T-Mobile One plan. 10/10 would recommend working with Martez. Will be back to upgrade when the time comes.
I went into the store just looking to upgrade my phone. The guy who helped me said my overall bill would just be the cost for the phone and tax. He kept adding all these extra items saying it was part of a special promotional package bundle that came with the phone and that I wouldnt be charged any extra. I look at the invoice he hands me and my bill is over $1600. The cost of the phone was 700. This place is shady and I wouldnt trust the people working there. I would not recommend trying to buy a phone or anything there at all.
I was told that I could buy one phone and get the other for free, That turned out to be a lie. I guess I should have know how they were going to treat me due to the fact they pulled the old bait and switch. The so called free phone was not free at all, you had to apply to get a rebate, and the rebate was only a third of the price of the phone. Then they flat lied to me and my wife about how much the bill was going to be. I was given paperwork showing that my phone bill was to be $101.00 and some few cents each month. They neglected to tell me that each phone was an additional $20.00 per month. So when I got my first bill it was almost $200.00 per month. Then the manager told me that she would give me a discount and that the bill would never be over $158.00 per month. Once again when I got my bill it was much higher than I was told. Each month I have to go to the office and argue with them because each month the bill is higher than it is supposed to be. SO STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS!

I went in April to Pensacola Bayou Blvd store to upgrade my 2 phones. David was my salesperson and informed me that the upgrade came with a βfreeβ tablet. 8 months later and after calling every month to get this tablet payment off my bill it is still not resolved. Bottom line is David flat out lied when he said line charge would be $10.00 a month but turned out to be $25. His explanation βOh, that price isnβt for the tablet you have but a different brandβ. What?? Really? Iβm still getting charged every month for a tablet payment. Called T-Mobile and they told me to go back to store. Go to store and get told to call T-Mobile. I canβt believe they get away with stuff like this. Donβt deal with David, he will straight up lie to your face. Iβm switching companies ASAP. Just ridiculous. Iβm sure at some point there will be a Group lawsuit against these people. Iβm all in when it happens. Just plain thieves.
I feel I was treated poorly because I went to the store seeking assistance setting up my new iPhone that I bought online through TMobile. Had I gone in there looking to buy a phone, I think the guy that helped me would have treated me differently. Iβve been with TMobile many years, and this was the worse customer service experience.
The salesperson who tended to my needs was congenial and patient as he explained the mechanics.of my phone.
Tammy answered all my questions honestly and intelligently. Iβm a new T-Mobile client and the customer service has been excellentβ¦wish the 4G coverage were as good. According to the T-Mobile signal strength map I should be getting a βgoodβ signal strength here in Gulf Breezeβ¦.but only getting poor 2G (still no dropped calls or probs with texts). But with $30/month for unlimited data & text and 100 free call minutes (all free over wifi anyways from what Iβm told) I canβt complain.
They never answer their phone and they are located 35 minutes away. Wish they would answer so I didnβt have to waste a trip just to get an answer.

Our sales rep. miss led us from the get go, he told us that we were getting $208 per phone trade. We only received $104 per trade. He told us he was putting us in a package that gave us a device to monitor our vehicle a long with a tablet at no cost. We are getting billed for them both and they are taking up lines that we dont want or need. Also our first payment was made in advance and we were told that our next bill will be in 60 days. Its been 14 days and we didnt receive an email (paperless) billing and we were charged for our first payment. The reason I have given this location 1 star is because the phones that we purchased failed witgen 48hrs and the manager on duty (Joe) helped us out and got new phones on the spot. This has been a bad experience to this point and we are hoping that our experience only gets better.

If you like pompous, rude Tmobile representatives then by all means, visit this store. My husband and I went to the Tmobile store on Bayou to pay off the remaining balance on my husbands phone. In case youre wondering what this means, let me explain.Tmobile will never offer you a free phone. Instead they push the LIE, that youre getting a cheaper rate plan and paying retail price for a phone....thus saving money? Hmmm...I dont buy that. Think about it.If I pay a supposed cheaper rate plan and then the full retail price of a phone, where exactly am I saving money? Especially if other cellular providers offer FREE phones and their rate plans are basically the same price.Tmobile may tell you that other rate plans are much more expensive, so its like youre paying full price for the phone anyways, but again thats another false statement. If a cellular service offers my husband and I free phones and we pay...say 10.00 more on a rate plan....where exactly would we be LOSING money? The company would be out about $1200. Considering the service they provide, they wouldnt really make the money back right away. Tmobile would make me pay another $30-40 on top of my plan for 2 1/2 years if I wanted a phone for myself AND my husband. Why? Because were paying FULL PRICE FOR THE PHONE. Tmobile says they dont have contracts anymore, like its some major improvement. But contracts arent that bad. Especially if the company treats you right.Anyways, I digress, the point of this horrible rating was not about Tmobiles disregard for a 10+ year customer, but to tell you the representative in this store was incredibly rude and condescending. My husband explained we were considering changing providers as we were interested in a free phone and the reps laughed in his face. They told him a free phone was impossible and then trashed the other companies and their service. After insulting my husband and I, we quickly left.What happened to Tmobile? I stayed with them for so long because they USED to treat their customers so much better.Be careful in going to that store.

Very unfriendly people. The person that I was talking with seems like he hated my guts and wasnt really willing to help. He also seemed like he lack the necessary communication skills to help a confused individual like me. Disappointed, because I was planning to switched over from ATT but Im now thinking twice about that.
