I brought in an old PC to try and get back the photos of a friend who recently passed away. They did it on the spot and told me exactly what I needed to get to them. This was probably the best customer service and general helpful human exchange I’ve had all year.

The screen on my Lenovo laptop cracked and we took it to The Tech Handyman for repairs. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us updated throughout the whole repair process. The turnaround time was short and the price was very fair. I recommend The Tech Handyman for all your repairs!

I am a business owner. My work phone is forwarded to my cell phone 24/7. My phone was rebooting all the sudden without being able to turn on. I have used The Tech Handyman on at least a half of a dozen occasions for repairs tune ups and glitches with my phone, Macbook and Ipad. They were and always have been spot on! My cell phone being down meant I was losing potential customers. When I arrived at the store they were as always extremely busy but the owner stopped what he was doing and took my phone and removed my chip immediately and gave me a loaner phone for a few hours so I would not lose anymore potential customers. I had been down from the previous day 18 hours. Who does that? Wow. How could I ever use anyone else with such compassion of knowing what its like to have a small business himself. These guys are consistent, everytime. I cannot thank you guys enough. 10/10 for repairs of Apple products. They dried my MacBook Air after the dog dripped water on it. Also replaced the battery in an Apple watch. I dont mind driving an hour, from Okaloosa County, to get to The Tech Handyman. I trust their work.

This place is hands down the greatest repair shop for iphone users. I called twice and spoke to two different employees and both were very pleasant and patiently answered any questions I had. When I made it to the business Alex took care of everything and was very polite and all around a very pleasant person. I was told it would take 45 minutes and they exceeded all my expectations and had the phone ready in almost half the time. I cannot stress how EXCEPTIONAL the service here is and all at a reasonable price. Ill be recommending them to anyone I know who has an iPhone.

My husband dropped off his Iphone because the screen was cracked. After fixing the screen the phone had some other problems and they tried everything to fix it, at no additional cost to us. They were able to fix one problem but not the other and even though they couldn’t fix it ( not their fault at all), we were super pleased with how nice, caring and professional they were. He even mentioned getting a refund on the screen since they could fix the problem with his battery but we would never accept any kind of refund since they did such a great job with the screen. I’ve already recommended them to a friend who will be getting in touch soon for a screen repair as well. Thanks for all your help!

I brought in my older, water damaged macbook to see if it could be saved. I was informed of the part it needed and was shown the actual part as he looked it up on ebay. He was up front about the price of the part plus the price of the labor which were both well below what I expected. I received phone calls with updates as the part came in and as they assessed the damage and what was truly necessary once the computer was opened up. Great service! They were nice over the phone and nicer in person. They fixed my iPhone 8 Plus screen in 45 mins and was the cheapest out of 3 other stores. They have a nice selection of cases too! Also they provide a screen protected and install it for a low price as well. Ryan the owner was really great and seems like a genuinely good and honest guy.

Great store! I had my phone repaired at another store, which promptly went out of business. The owner came out from repairing a phone in back, helped me out and got me on my way. Fixed my IPhone 6+ in less then 40 minutes was pretty quick, sat in the store while I waited and watched a couple people stop by and pick up their phones or drop them off, every time the person was very pleased with the product or the dropping off process was simple and they promised your satisfaction. It was under a 100$ and my screen is working perfect, I feel like they went above and beyond for me and the service was excellent! Very friendly and nice people thank you very much!

Awesome place! I had a Surface 3 with a bad charging port. I initially called Tech Advanced, but they did not service Microsoft tablets. They referred me to the wonderful people at The Tech Handyman. The owner was very kind and patient. He explained what could be done and gave me options. In the end he suggested a dock for my Surface (which, by the way, I did not know existed). He saved me hundreds of dollars and the dock solution is working great!! Thanks so much. I will definitely come back here with my tech issues.

Dont let the storefront fool you -- this place is top-notch! It only took a couple of hours for them to replace the shattered screen on my iPad and when I purchased the tempered glass screen protector, they put it on for me and made sure it was absolutely perfect! Came in with my Mac this week, the track pad and the keyboard had stopped working. I had gone to another Mac repair store and I thought they had fixed the problem. A couple weeks later my trackpad and keyboard stopped working again. Found this place and they fixed my Mac within 2 days! Super happy!! Ryan and his staff are professional in every way, from the time they quote you up front, to the time you pick up your phone or computer. They will not charge you for unneeded repairs. My first experience was a screen replacement on a iPhone4 . That was when I found they worked on Mac products. My wife and I own First Choice Printing, and most of our computers are Mac. I walked in Saturday to ask if they could change the battery in my sons Ipad air. I was promptly told that he would have to break the screen to do this. What!? That is crazy and wrong. Great service! Fixed my iPhone 5c clock problem (I drop my phone often) and they have replaced my screen cover in the past. One too many drops and they actually replaced my whole screen last week! Love these guys! I highly recommend them!

Went in about 3 months ago with IPhone 5s...it would not hold a charge. I assumed it needed a battery, since I had never changed it over a several year period. The young lady working that day checked the battery and told me that she could sell me a battery but I would be wasting my money...the motherboard was dying. At that time, I continued operating off of little power chargers for the next 3 months, just do to lack of time to deal with a change over etc... Well, she was right! About two weeks ago, it died over about a 2hour period. I truly appreciated her kindness, honesty, helpfulness, & expertise! I will be back for any future needs! Great to find exceptional, knowledgable, customer service these days!!!! I would rank them a 10!!!!

I dropped by because my phone screen had went blank after a drop. The gentleman at the front desk said they could have it fixed in an hour at the price listed that is posted as you walk in. They have phone types and repair problems listed with prices. I was afraid that something else might be wrong as well as the Siri was not responding either. He assured me that if it could not be fixed there would be no charge. I had my phone back working in time frame allotted. It cost just what they said it would and when I asked about military discount, he gave it to me. I would highly recommend. Professional and pleasant experience. I will definitely come back if services are needed. They also had used phones for sale.

I cannot say enough good things about this business! They have helped me out several times and have always been very kind and understanding, Most recently my iPhone severely malfunctioned after an iOS update. Other places in town had no suggestions at all, but these guys had it running perfectly in about 20 minutes! (and for a very minimal fee). They even went above and beyond to show me some tips to prevent myself from future crisis. I have yet to face a problem that they couldnt fix. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My ipad needed a new home button. Instead of charging me a ton he had an easy fix that cost me nothing. Its very rare these days to find a retailer that would do this for a complete stranger. Needless to say all my future business of this nature will come here.

Not only are they extremely knowledgeable on all things Mac/Apple/iPhones (and general screen repairs), they are one of the nicest, most helpful businesses in Pensacola. I have used Apple Macs for many years (and other Mac repair centers), and wont go anywhere else.. Hes the only place in town that can fix your Mac/Iphone with a super-friendly attitude, incredible knowledge, honest opinion, competitive price and just an overall can-do attitude. He truly deserves more than 5 stars, and I am a stickler on great service!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid $100 for a new screen and $20 for a new glass screen protector...both cracked/shattered the next day just gently putting my phone in a case. The warranty described does not cover cracking of the obviously CHEAP new screen so Im out of $100+ for nothing. Beware of cheap screens you will be overcharged for!

As a returning customer, I brought my iPad that was not charging to them. It turns out it was just a user error issue. I was using my Hubby’s smaller iPhone charger for convenience since it was more accessible. They told me that I just needed to use the charger that came with my iPad and did not charge me a thing nor asked me to buy something I didn’t need.Honesty and integrity are rare finds now a days. For this not so techy gal, am grateful the folks at Tech Handyman are an answer to prayer for an honest person to diagnose my iPad. However, every once in a while, a business goes above and beyond to make a customers’ experience so perfect and pleasant that we feel the need to tell others about it; That’s what this is.I live in a small town an hour away with no computer/phone repair shops, so I called Tech Handyman when my Mac started acting crazy (it was my first Mac computer and I didn’t know what to do because I HAD been a PC guy my whole life lol). Anyways, I told them what my computer was doing, and they basically diagnosed it over the phone. Even better, the technician told me that he had the parts to fix it in stock, and asked me to bring it in the next day. When I got there, they made sure the SSD was the problem (it was), replaced it, and quickly had my computer back together and running tests to make sure it was fixed. They ended up saving me money by not only fixing my problem, but UPGRADING my computer with spare parts (genuine Apple parts) that they had on hand that were newer and better than what my Mac came with from the factory, and the total bill for PARTS AND LABOR was less than half of what I could buy just the parts for online! Since the SSD is inside the computer and not visible without disassembly, they easily could have told me that they put brand new parts in instead of good used parts, and charged me hundreds of dollars more, and I never would have known...but they didn’t! They were very knowledgeable, caring, and showed integrity and honesty you rarely find in a PERSON these days, much less an entire business!Total diagnostic AND repair time? Less than half an hour! That’s right!!! In less than 30mins, they tested it, took it apart, replaced the SSD, reassembled it, formatted the new drive, stress-tested the new SSD to make sure the issue was solved, and had my computer CLEANED and ready for me to take home. I was astounded. If I could give 10 stars, I would! That was last November, and my computer hasn’t had a single problem since they gave it back to me. Since then, I’ve probably sent a dozen friends and family to Tech Handyman for various phone/computer repairs and purchases, and they have yet to disappoint a single one! Tech Handyman’s knowledgable staff, excellent prices on repairs/used computers/devices, and their honest business practices and integrity have made them a customer for life here, and I recommend them REGULARLY to friends and family. This place is absolutely the best in the biz! The techs are extremely knowledgeable AND ACCURATE on Apple devices and their upgrade/repair-ability (which seems to change with the direction of the wind these days on every new Apple model smh). Like...you can upgrade RAM & SSD on certain model-year MacBooks, but not MacBook Pro, or only if it doesn’t have the Retina display (or whatever Apple felt like doing at the time), but these guys know what CAN and what CAN’T be done, they are good AND fast at doing it, and they’re priced extremely reasonable. If a certain repair isn’t feasible, or economical, or if Apple will repair it cheaper or whatever, they will be honest and tell you that instead of taking advantage of you. They also sell high quality used Apple products at very good prices, and they stand behind what they sell, as I found out when the SSD went out on a used MacBook Pro I had recently purchased from them; when I brought it back, they repeatedly apologized for my trouble, offered to repair it, trade it for a different one, or refund my money. They were so polite and honest that I decided to let them repair it. They replaced the SSD with a newer model and upgraded my RAM for free just for my troubles. That was over a year ago, and my MacBook Pro has performed FLAWLESSLY ever since. I will NEVER go anywhere else!! Thank you guys for your honesty and integrity!
