I just received the BEST customer service ever! Devodrick was incredibly patient, helpful and cheerful when dealing with my account difficulties. He never got discouraged or said he couldn’t help me. He found a solution to the problem and had a very positive attitude the entire time. You don’t encounter customer service like this too often nowadays- and it needs to be recognized and appreciated!
The level of customer service and availability was absolutely abysmal. I would have had more luck getting answers about my upgrade and device options at a restaurant. Astoundingly bad! Walked in was asked what I was looking for. Was very direct and told them rep EXACTLY what I was there for. Was told there were 4 customers ahead of me. 30 minutes or so later another rep asked how they could help. I stated the exact same thing and was told that what I was looking for no longer was available and hadnt been for quite a while....but it is....was given no other options or any assistance of any kind. Waste if time. Would have gotten more service if I had run into a brick wall.
Not enough workers in the store. My average wait at various Verizon stores have been 20-30 min
Have to say hands down the best service my family has received. Trumaine went above and beyond to make sure that my grandmother was well taken care of. This is the reason I have been a Verizon customer for so long. It is exceptional service that he displayed that keeps Verizon customers happy. He is an asset to the company and I cannot thank you enough for making sure that we can communicate with our loved ones especially in these times.
Brandon in the store ordered me a hot spot from orange beach to come and pick up. Nice guy! I guess he forgot to communicate it to the guy working tomorrow as he sold it while we were sitting in the store for 30 minutes. Super great of the guy to lie to our face about it going to another store after I already had the message to pick it up the night before (and confirmed it would be there for me in the morning). I will be cancelling when the contracts over.

Finally ended up with good customer service. The female manager needs to learn how to speak to customers. If you dont wear a mask Youre not getting into our store I have the exchange on video Id she denies it. The male manager wouldnt allow me in but did help me. Verizon however is about to get a letter from legal counsel on the Americans with Disabilities Act. They refuse to make reasonable accommodations for disabled people with lung and breathing problems. The female manager didnt need to be so rude

Today has been the best day of 2020 for me. Went to this store on yesterday in search of a iPhone watch. Was told by Camille (store manager) that the young man I was looking for was off. I went today and my man Raphael got me plugged into my new iPhone SE watch. He took his time helping me and making sure I was at peace before I left the store. This isn’t my first time working with Raphael, he helped me last year upgrade from a iPhone 7s plus to a iPhone 11 (which btw I love)! I definitely will be doing a little more business with him in the near future. If you are looking for great quality service, with someone who’s honest and trust worthy hit up Raphael and tell him Jae sent you.

Customer service, particularly online, is no longer a priority. I will be changing to Google Fi for both business and personal.EDIT after Verizons reply:You will notice that the reply says all the right things about; how disappointed they are..., and how customer service is important to them..., and please give us another chance...However they do not present an opportunity to rectify the situation in this reply. As was the case when I spoke to customer service on the phone, the customer service reps manager by phone, and the in-store service rep (who was actually not involved in the issue). All were very pleasant and told me how disappointed they were with the situation. But in all cases it was evident that they had no power to resolve the situation. They only had well-developed CS training on what to say and how to say it, with no ability to resolve, escalate, or even acknowledge the issue stemming from Verizons fulfillment failure. All of this occurred during a pandemic, in preparation for a hurricane, for a medical professional. Im done with Verizon.

RAPHAEL helped me out twice in two days. I first asked for a replacement phone because I thought I could fix my old phone. He told me the limitations of the phone, but I said if it could make calls I was fine. Next day I come back and said he was right, I just needed a new iPhone right away. He switched out and refunded the old phone and got me hooked up. He stayed past closing time to make sure my phone was all the way set up. When there are retail employees as enthusiastic and nice as RAPHAEL, it really improves the shopping experience.
Brandon and the other staff at the store are the ultimate in sales people. They gave me every discount they were allowed, and even looked for more discounts to help me. He answered all my questions and explained my bill, and helped me in every way possible. I really appreciate the courteous and caring help!
If you call the number provided in link it takes you to the 1800#. Wasted 25 min only for them to tell me call back and select a different option. So I did, and just as the time before waited another 20 min for them to tell me the last person told me wrong option and I should choose another... Worst,
Wanted to upgrade my phone But after finally getting into the store youre not even allowed to touch anything or compare the different types of phones to see which one you would like to go with. Im totally disappointed with how Verizon is handling their customers. I left without purchasing anything and will most likely purchase from a store other than verizon. Im certainly not going to spend a thousand dollars on something i cant even hold in my hands and see which phone i like best!

Honestly, one of the best Verizon stores Ive ever dealt with. Went in to get a new phone with my upgrade and had great service. Super fast and knowledgeable staff. Was basically in and out, but still never felt rushed or uninformed. Thanks for making my visit so easy and helpful!

Avoid at all cost. Go to a different location this one is poorly ran and not helpful at all. Verizon overall is good but this location is just bad.

I visited your store to have a very difficult screen protector replaced.Raphael Odom & Jess gave me excellent customer service. Have been in for same service in the past and employes always seemed irrated and complained the whole time about how hard it was to do.He did an amazing job, first time ever that I have no bubbles 😊.Whatever your paying him he needs a raise. Customer service is almost nonexistent and he represents your company with excellent skills.
The only one Ill ever use in pensacola. The others I believe are franchised and dont give good business. This one always gives great business.

After several unsuccessful attempts at the Pace store near where we live to get someone to listen to our cell phone needs.....we finally found qualified, and very customer service friendly folks at the Airport Blvd store. Gabriel welcomed us by opening the front door for us, took his time with us, not only got us on the exact plan for us but saved us money and upgraded my husbands phone with no issues. This is the store and people for us, 20 year veterans of Verizon. We will go back to Gabe for any issues or future needs.

As soon as I walked in, Mark was very professional and attentive to my needs. He was very friendly, and went above and beyond with his exceptional customer service to ensure that I left his store completely satisfied and with the right phone for me. Its hit and miss with this location. Its not horrible, but i feel like they dont explain things sometimes very thoroughly and tend to drop bombshells on you at the last minute. Could be better, not a complete travesty by any stretch.
A great group of people at this location. Kirk (employee) was very knowledgeable & helped me find a solution to a slow charging issue with my water resistant phone (LG G7 ThinQ).My phone had fallen into a dogs water bowl & began the slow charging issue shortly afterwards. Thankfully the timing was just coincidental & the issue was only the charging cord.
Customer service from Gabriel was phenomenal! I have never enjoyed my time spent in a cell phone carrier store, but he made it quick & easy. He seems to love his job and has made me love Verizon!
The saying trust but verify. Black Friday $400 off Pixel 3XL. Brought me to the store. Made the purchase and got home to look at receipt and no where does it show $400 off. Bill shows retail price $1029 divided by 24 months. I called the store and they claim it doesnt show for 60 days on the monthly bill. I ask wheres the proof of $400 off and he stated its all in the advertising as proof. Would that make anyone excited. Sales associate was real kind and the $89 bundle up on accessories was good. All I have is a receipt showing Im paying full price. 25 years with Verizon and I get this, proof is in the advertising.
The worst possible assistance,respect,help the whole nine yards. My mother has been a Verizon customer for over 7 yrs.never a late payment never missed a payment and has three accounts for that seven yrs. She got the first Motorola razor flip phone that the virizon store at 5600 north ninth ave sold and they will not help her set up the phone she has made 4 trips from crestview fl. To sit out in the parking lot for 4 to 5 hrs every trip trying to get help with her 82 yrs old mother in the car also because she cant be left alone. They are rude and have refused to help her get a brand new 1300 dollar phone to where she can use it. This store manager is lavone ambercrombie is what we were told by other store employees. He should be fired

Well I was not able to get my issue addressed because I was not allowed to get my ID from the car as the doors were already locked. I understand it is policy but it is very frustrating to wait 30 mins and then not even be accommodated.
I came in yesterday to see if my phone I ordered was ready for pickup. Someone came up and greeted me and then Darrell rudely interrupted and was calling out the other rep in front of everybody for no reason. Darrell proceeded to take me from the other rep and greeted me and then left to call the rep out again across the store. After he came back he was not helpful to me. Very unsatisfied with how service was done. DO NOT COME SEE DARRELL.

Nothing worse than walking into the store and being lied to, directly to your face, by sales people. That’s what happens here. Gabriel was my guy. I confirmed through executive services office at Verizon that what he told me was completely false about the towers, my current plan, and service in pcola. Lies lies lies just to make a buck!!

Darrell helped me with a technical issue of my android phone...He displayed a high level of patience and customer service skills. Thank-you.

Check out other providers that use the Verizon towers. Its pathetic that they charge a single person $90 for service for 1 phone but charge $55 for the same service when you have a family of 4.
My Husband & I use to consider this establishment our main Verizon store. Most of the employees here are very helpful! Every place has those few who are just completely unhelpful and not trained in whats sold here.I went here yesterday afternoon to get help with my S8 phone... the built-in Google assistant just stopped working completely. It wont accept voice input anymore :( ... and the guy there couldnt figure out why.But, he was sure quick to tell me that for just a mere amount of $390 I could upgrade to get a new phone with protector case, etc. - Of course thats not gonna happen. Guess Im stuck with this broke down phone (the second one... they sent me a refurbished phone last time this S8 model had issues.) Not very happy with this place right now. :(
No problem here! Arrived 20 minutes after opening on Saturday. Patrick had my phone all ready, with $200 redemption on old phone, in 30 minutes. Got a cool Qi charging station and water less case basically free. Shaun did the transfers effortlessly. Great shopping experience. *****

Excellent. I picked up a phone for my Mother and was done in what I consider record time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and that was including a couple questions I asked.

If I could give this store no stars I would. Paul has the social skills of a toilet and an attitude to match. Took a brand new Verizon phone to ask if they could activate it and basically I was given the cold shoulder. I can only assume it was because I never bought the phone from them. Please be aware that this is like a franchise store NOT an actual Verizon store. If you want fantastic customer service and a great atmosphere go to the Verizon store just outside the mall opposite Best Buy.

My husband and I came here to buy him a new phone. Hecham was wonderful and patient with all the questions we asked. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable on everything in the store and we really appreciated his professionalism and expertise. I will be doing all future business at this store solely based on how he treated us.
Horrible customer service and most definitely rude as hell. I’ll never recommend no one here. After I spent 700 dollars and asking about the product I basically get rushed out the store. Came back the next day and still get the same treatment.
This being a corporate store makes it great! Never had issues with them! The authorized dealers are a different story!
We spent a lot of money on a new phone. We felt the salesperson rushed, he didnt offer to set up the new phone just indicated that it would do it automatically. It just required more steps than automatically. We felt like the service could have been better.
They staff were prompt and friendly; however, they couldnt help with my problem. I needed to transfer a line from one account to another. They gave me an 800 number to call that was even less helpful.
My Verizon service is not awesome but Devodric is the most patient man on earth and I really appreciate his help!!!!

My Journey with Verizon began when T-MOBILE stopped coming out with the COOL Phones. I left them in 2008, and a couple years later, my REP from there had switched to Verizon as an Employee, talk about JOY. Michael Ronca is the best REP ever. He supported 35 phone lines thru TMO, so I absolutely trust him with ALL MY CELLULAR needs. Verizon Pensacola FL, thank you for hiring the best REP EVER. Customer Service doesnt get any better than seeing Michael standing at the door, ready to assist folks. ☺️
Just switched to Verizon 55+ plan. Saved over 20%. Verizon should tell people about this when they are eligible. Its just the right thing to do.P.S. You gotta live in FL for this plan.

I have always had fast and friendly service from the 9th Ave. location. They are always willing to help, and whenever I have tried to do something at any other location, they have always quoted me double than what it ended up costing me at this location. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

It wouldve been 1 star because of this guy named Chase who was so rude, obnoxious, condescending, and was treating me like a child when I tried to activate my phone. He told me I had no business buying my phone on Amazon for cheap because people like me will take their jobs away. He told me I make his job harder by trying to activate a phone that wasnt bought at their store. I told him it was cheap and he says its cheap because people that make it get paid cheap! I dont need you to lecture me about where I get my phone. He doesnt even know the back story of why I got the phone on amazon and he doesnt need to. I called the manager and told him what happened. He apologized for him so thats why I gave 3 stars. Im hoping he took care of it because I felt embarrassed. I have never been treated like that ever in my life!
Been going here for years since it’s the (corporate) main store, you get more accomplished here than anywhere else.

They screwed up and added an additional phone line to my new plan, charged me for it, and it screwed up the bogo deal I was supposed to be getting. It’s taken them over 4 months to fix it needing constant calling and reminding and they weren’t understanding when I couldn’t pay my phone bill (because they literally already had my money from overcharging me) & gave me an unhelpful 800 number. Displeased with their customer service to say the least.
Not very good salesman.. They are only looking for the BIG sales for commission.. If youre not buying a $700.00 phone, there very blount. The only reason I give then one star is the fact that they do greet you walking in the door.. After that no one is smiling, or friendly,,managers included!!. Ive had this experience twice in this store..

It wasnt the phone that sounded like garbage, it was the waterproof life box it was in that was making me hate, and want to return what I thought was a crappy phone, the Google Pixel XL2! Freed it from its torturous-to-my-ears cage, and it sounds beautiful!!!
When we came in, we had an issue with a Droid Incredible 1. We told the guy, directly to him The battery is overheating. A few days later, we received a whole new phone. The guy didnt even look at us the entire time. I felt like I was taking his valuable time while I was there. Seemed all he was interested in was a sale, not helping an existing customer. The phone still was overheating. We bought a new battery and popped it in. No overheating issue anymore. That guy was not helpful AT ALL!
