WARNING-HOMEOWNERS STAY AWAY!!! I went to buy a capacitor. An older employee eventually asked me if I needed help and if I was a contractor. I said I was not a contractor. He immediately replied we only sell to contractors. I replied I had bought items from them previously with no problems. He restated that they dont sell to homeowners. WARNING-HOMEOWNERS STAY AWAY!!! I wasnt trying to buy a full system or items requiring a license. I guess he was happy putting me in my place in front of the waiting contractors.

Attempted to purchase some simple venting parts requested by my licensed plumber. Not only would they not sell to me, they made it a point to act like I was stupid and shouldnt have walked in. Very condescending staff, not helpful, not interested in helping. Enjoy you $10 hour counter job selling to contractors

As a licensed HVAC contractor Im glad to see the reviews on non licensed customers being turned away as it is very clearly marked on the front door wholesale only must be a licensed HVAC company. The counter guys are probably salty because they deal with people like me on a daily basis. HVAC guy talk down to counter guys and counter guys talk down to people with out a state HVAC license. Its just the pecking order and the internet is your best friend. Especially If you cant deal with the stress of a couple of contactor salesmen telling you to read the sign out front.
