For a month I have been attempting to get a part to replace a bad thermocouple for my pellet grill. Never a call back, never a email reply nothing.Probably ... DEFINITELY... the worst customer service I have ever had.If you read your reviews please reach out to me and I will gladly change my review. All I want is a call back or some resolution to the problem
I have been trying for more than a month to reach them for a replacement part for a grill to no avail. The number provided places you on hold only to ring through to a full voicemail. What SHOULD have been a quick and easy contact to order a part has turned into what is, by far, the worst customer service I have experienced.
Terrible customer service. For three weeks I have been trying to get replacement parts for my grill. I have called, emailed, and Facebook message. It took a week for them to respond back and say they will get back to me. They asked for a part number and then they disappear again for a week. They never even responded to the Facebook message. All I want is a basic part. Never seen anything like this. Still havent received an answer from them if they even have replacement parts. This should have been a 5 minute phone call or a quick email exchange and its turned into three week ongoing ordeal.9/19/19 - An actual Big Horn employee called me today and apologized for their customer service and took care of the replacement part problem. She was very kind and apologetic. For their sake, I hope they switch customer service companies or do it in-house.
