Was a successful visit. The service was great. Very helpful staff. And the fellow at the counter knew his inventory very well.

They take good care of us every time we come as if were family. We dont get up saled on things we dont need like other places.

This store takes more than 20 minutes to get an air check. When you compare this store to other ones, this one takes the most to get help from costumers. Others stores like in Richland will help you in a instant. Costumer service is not the best here.

I had a horrible experience with les schwabb in pendleton! Turns out when they had my truck they over tourged the tires down! I drove all the way to pasco and my studs broke off! Luckily I noticed right before the tire fell off and nobody was hurt! Long story short John came to the rescue and got my truck off the intersection! He reassured me i was in good hands! And they made us feel at home while they fixed the truck. Thanks again!

I went to have my tire filled because it got really flat!! I have to say these guys saved me!! I didn’t realize just how flat my tire was!! Apparently I drove on a flat tire to far abs the inside was eaten! I was unable to pay for new tire due to COVID and not working. So these guys were so kind to give me a used (which looks pretty new) tire!! I can’t thank them enough! From the lady’s inside who were so kind to the guys who took care of my tire, amazing service!!

Everytime I need something done to my tires, Les Schwab staff delivers! Just recently a nail in my tire (so cliche), but they fixed it for free as always! I have had a nail that they couldnt fix, but it was too close to the sidewall to be legally and safely fixed. Its just as important for them to turn the repair away if it means my safety. A+

Its was ok just that on 10/2020. They fix a flat tire but didnt put back the lock nut tool in the car. So when i went in today they had to broke off the lock nuts. Still they did a good jod. I still have to pay for the lock nuts. Wow

My mom had an appointment at 9 am. And they didnt get her car up and done til 12!! She was there at 8:40! And wasnt done til 12!?! And they found out the dipstick is broke and didnt say ANYTHING to her until she seen it on the paperwork when we got home! This place is so unprofessional

Got a nasty flat in downtown Pasco. They came down with a truck to help me and even though it was closing time they made sure I would get back on the road. I work at one of the schools just down the street and I wouldn’t choose anyone else.

Less Schwab saved me a bundle. Another national tire chain store told me I needed new brakes all around and new front rotors for over $500.I came to Les Schwab Tire for a second opinion, and I am glad I did.It turned out that all my brakes were good, as were my rotors. All I needed was to have the back brakes adjusted.This only came to $26.05!I will never step foot in F...stone again.Les Schwab is now my tire and brake place!

After messing up my alignment on my 2020 Silverado some Bob guy calls and states he doesn’t know how to fix it. Next I call to have some tires mounted the lady asks all the questions and then states $108.27 then take them down there Bob comes out and says $250 I tell him she said 108 she says it was a quote until the manager looks at it. Total bait and switch then I tell bob he has to do it for what his employee quoted he said get lost. Then I tell him I’m going to corporate and he replies do you really think I care about corporate I can get a job anywhere.

Had a flat tire because it had a nail in it went in around 8:15ish was done by 8:45am it was super fast and the staff was very friendly didn’t have too pay either! Glad I chose too come too les Schwab the service was great! Thanks

Took advantage of my son. They charge 6.00 for a valve stem and 14.00 to balance the tire which literally takes 30 seconds. Les Schwab is a rip off.

Went in a few month ago they chipped my new rims saod it wasnt them said tires i had were bad switched tires an rims went in today the said its the same thing tires are bad that they told me on the last visit that its in the report. I had a bumping from my rear tire. They changed 2 wheel bearings and rotated the tires. $670 later the problem moved to the front wheel. Worst part is I thought it was just a tire. Got a new set of tires online.

I have always had good experience at the two Pasco Wa.

Had to have my battery checked. A handful of people in there but they got me out quicker than I expected.

Was told 45 minutes. An hour and a half later still waiting.

Waited my turn, great service. left my tires, was called about 30 min later that they where done. showed up, lady helped me, she called out for my tires, some guy put them in my trunk, she told me the total.i thought that was a really cheap price.about to hand her the money when the phone ringed,she answered and started helping the customer on the phone, customer wanted to make a payment, now i had to wait for the guy on the phone. 4 min later, i payed and left. i got home to install my wheels,turns out they only charged me to fix one flat.they never bothered telling me the other cannot be fixed, now i have to get on the road again. small complaints, but still they can add up. ive never bothered to write reviews on les schwab because they were alway small thing, but every time i would go to the pasco (court)or kennewick(clear water) i always get treated like i am an idiot. dont know why, only reason i went this time is because my father in law requested it. i do all my bussines with firestone. great service all the time.

I was up a creek & Rodney handled my problem: tire warning light on the way to the airport. While I was in Vegas, they went to the airport and fixed 2 flat tires. It wasnt cheap but the fix was priceless!
