Awesome tire store and Shane the manager is a great guy. He allowed us the Gambler 500 group to drop off 35 tires we removed from the Columbia basin public lands in Eastern Washington. Awesome and kind act that saved us a ton of money in dump fees. Id definitely do all my tire business there from now on. 🙂

Just had my tires rotated in the flat repaired they do good work I dont have a problem with him getting ready to buy some more tires from them I recommend them

They couldnt figure out what was wrong with the car but they did suggest to get brand new this and replace that, well the problem was still there. I took the car to another mechanic shop and right away the problem was recognized and then fixed no problem. A month or so later theres a weird noise with the car so I take back into the reliable shop and come to find out one the new replacement perfection tire did had a defect and took some time before it got really bad. Thanks a lot for taking my money and giving me awful service. I would not suggest this place to anyone and I have no clue how they have 4.4 stars. Maybe they are only good at changing tires and ordering cool rims.

Fast and affordable

I moved to Pasco from out of state almost a year ago. I was having an issue with my car within living here 3 months and had gone to a couple places to get estimates. The pricing was outrageous with the places and they said I needed a lot of work done. After I had googled I few places I found perfection tire. The Pasco location isnt to far from me and easy to get to. When entering I enjoyed the fact that they had Christian music playing and it immediately put m e at ease. Shane immediately greeted me and added of Id wait while he finished up with the customer he was helping. I saw that they had a whiteboard with scripture passages on it. So I knew they were a Christian oriented business.I loved that. They found out what was going on with my car and explained what really needed to be fixed and what could wait. The pricing was really reasonable. I was able to get my car fixed that weekend. Ive gone to them since and no one else. I told my husband about the place and now thats the only place we both go to. I love how Shane remembers me and acknowledges by name every time I go there. Its a great company.

Perfection Tire in Pasco is my preferred auto repair and tire shop in the Tri-Cities. Shane and the guys are always going that extra step to take care of their customers.
