We applied online for credit and got approved so we went in to get new tires. We didnt have the card yet or number Jose told us we had to call customer service to get the number. He did not give us the number he I had to find out online instead he helped another customer. After being on hold for a few minutes the person on the phone said they couldnt give that info to us the rep from the store had to call. When we told him he said he knew and looked mad about it. I should have just gone to Kennewick at least they are friendly.

It seems they do good work here. I have had numerous services done here, and have always been happy with the results. Always done when promised.

This is the only place I will weve take my vehicles for repair, tires and alignments. By far the best place in the nation to do business.

I was asking about the services they offer a woman answered the phone and assumed I wanted then to loan me out a tool. All I needed was a stripped bolt extracted and they tried to tell me I had no choice but to remove and replace the oil pan. I will never come here again. Extremely bad customer service.

We won’t be going back! “Complete Auto Care” is a lie.My husband has used this location a few times for oil changes. Saturday he brought his truck in because of a grinding noise when he drives between 34-40mph and his gear shifter gets stuck in park. They did a diagnostic test for $100 dollars and “fixed” the shifter for $150. So $300 later, they found nothing on the diagnostic test. And now when he drives in cruise control he can’t hit the break to turn off cruise control - he has to hit the button to turn it off. That was a scary moment for him! Also while his truck was in the shop, 2 people called to talk about why we dropped it off and neither man was on the same page nor did they drive his truck at 35-40 mph to listen to what my husband was telling them about. Then later said it’s probably the transmission and they don’t test/treat those issues. Would have been good to know before we paid $300 to end up with more issues than we brought it in with! They didn’t even offer a refund. Shameful service. Where’s the honesty and integrity?

They were Great! I had a flat tire and they got me right in and got me a new tire at no extra cost because it was on warranty and had me out of there in 45 minutes.

The guys are gentleman’s and a very positive team. They blessed me today and so I thank God for people like them. Very very impressed 🙏

Very poor service. I needed a nail taken out and possible a patch. I was told about 2 hours. There want many cars in the lot in Sunday at 9 am, but figured okay. I came back 2 and a half hours later, they said that they have 1 car ahead of me then once a day opens Ill be in. In total from when I dropped off my car to when I got it back was 5 and half hours. I didnt get my car back until 2:30 pm. I lost an entire days work of overtime for 10 hours. Once my car finally at 1:30 it say on the lift for 30 minutes before anyone touched it. Took about 25 minutes to do the inspection and make the repair. The nail didnt puncher, so the service was free. Unfortunately, my day was lost due to an unreasonable wait.

Proceed at your own risk...but for what its worth, DO NOT TRUST FIRESTONE!!!I recently had my vehicle towed into their shop. They charged me $117 just for a code read and diagnosing an issue, no physical labor or parts were replaced.1st issue - They charge for a service at many other shops do for free.2nd issue - They quoted me $208 for a cylinder coil replacement, and then said I needed to potentially replace an O2 sensor, a battery, and then a catalytic converter...$2,300 worth of work. Seems a bit odd...and the salesrep wouldnt just answer my question straight...it was excuse after excuse.I didnt have them do any work on it and the following day I had my vehicle towed to a reliable shop. Out the door I paid $113 for a coil and spark plug. O2 sensors and a catalytic converter was never part of the conversation.At the end of the day, make your own decision however I would recommend taking business elsewhere 10/10 times.

This place is junk. Called before I left my house to get 4 wheeler tire patched. They said they could have it done in an hour and a half. Arrived at store to drop off tire, then was told they didnt repair them.. waste of time.

I took mi car for a screws that mi tire had they told me that it was not fixable and that I didnt buy insurance for the tires I bought them and they told me that I had it they lied from the beginning and that I had to buy new tires I took it to different tire shop and the screws were so small that it didnt even go in Ill never go back

They are always helpful and knowledgeable about the services that my vehicle needs and are patient enough to give me options on the best route forward. The emotional intelligence that the front-end employees possess is amazing due to the fact that theyre always willing to accommodate me and are understanding of the situation that I am in at the present moment. The technicians are amazing in the sense that they are friendly, knowledgeable, and are willing to go the extra mile in the sense of explaining what theyre are doing to the vehicle. Jesse, Daniel, and Chris usually work on my vehicles and I have to say that I am impressed with their efficiency. Great experience and look forward to dealing with this Firestone in the future.

I was not impressed. My check engine light was on and I needed my tires rotated. The light was fixed but also the handle of my dipstick was broken so they were ordering a new one that will be here in a couple days. They charged me for removing the old one and the new one but my old one is still in. They also didnt rotate my tires although it was on the invoice

Took my truck in to get brakes and rotors and 2 weeks later I discovered that they didn’t put the bottom bolt for the brake so my brakes and calipers where basically falling off.

Took vehicle in for simple oil change, air filter and fuel filter service. They did all the work as asked however they went above and beyond and rotated my tires, however my tires did not need rotated and had just been done a few thousand ago. So now they need put back, I called back and spoke to LeAnn the manager, she informed me they would be unable to fix their mix up and proceeded to tell me how I was wrong. How sad to lose a customer over a simple mistake they did not want to own up too. Never going back because of LeAnn.

I cant trust these guys to do anything on my vehicles. I took my work van twice for alignment and still not done right, also asked them to rotate tires and they could not do that right.So according to their paper van came in 60 PSI in all four tires and came out 60 PSI in all four tires, right away I knew its not true because this van requires 50 psi at front and 80 psi at rear tires. I decided to check myself, so what I find out now front tires are 80 psi and rear tires are 50 psi. Nice huh I guess its a good way to find out if they rotated tires or not. If this guys dont know Little Things how can I trust them with big things they are careless mechanics.I would not recommend them.

Was having motor issues and stopped to get it checked out. . First had to show the guy where my hood release was and then had to wait for another tech to come tell him that my car doesnt have a dip stick. Good thing about Firestone, they have excellent tires.

For as busy as they are the bays snd overall building is very clean and neat. Daniel worked on my car. Showed me srveral items and explained what he was doing and what it did. ( OUTSTANDING JOB )some prices very reasonable and others were well over the top. I would go again

I have spent lots of time and money at this store with all of my vehicles. With all the car troubles I have had this store has treated me like I am family and always does a good job. I had an issue with a clutch and after they replaced the clutch and put new tires on because that was my issue for the clutch going out, They accepted the fact that since they put in the clutch they would make sure it ran fine and worked properly. I took it in about everyday for about a week because I was worried at every little noise or anything it did and I was assured every time that I would be taken care of. The people who work here honestly love what they do and treat you right! great Job guys! Norm, Jaime and Kurt are especially awesome!

From Renton, WA and broke down about 15 miles from this Firestone store. Got our car towed there. I was amazed at the quality of their crew, very educated and trained staff. Absolutely the Best Firestone store Ive ever gone to. They explained everything and more to and showed me my damage. They also did the diagnostics in a very short time. Wish this crew was at my local Firestone. They seem totally honest, quick, up front and helpful!

After a long weekend road trip my front end suddenly started making noise that I immediately associated with brakes, rotars, and possibly bearings. Being beyond my expertise I set up an appointment online quickly and easily. When I arrived they were expecting me and quickly gave me a few choices of services provided. I decided to add an oil change. I went to work and was called about an hour after dropping off. They confirmed my suspicions and gave me a quote. Heres the kicker, they completed a full front end brake job, repacked my bearings, rotated my tires, and changed my oil in less than three hours. When they called me before noon I was shocked. Kudos to the staff for their efficiency and friendliness.

Very helpful and friendly staff, mechanic stayed after hours to finish my car when the snow hit in Pasco, my mom and I had a panic moment in the freeway, there were tons of traffic and my car wouldnt stop after hitting the breaks, we could of definitely had a really bad accident, I am very greatful for their service, much appreciated thank you

Great for routine service. Ive taken my company MPV here, and my personal Odyssey multiple times. They have been fair to me every time and have done the work properly with no mistakes. They have even been gracious enough to overlook one of my mistakes in dealing with them, so kudos to them for doing that. If you want simple service I dont know a better alternative locally. I cant comment on how good they are with more advanced service as I havent gone to them for that.My only complaint so far has purely been over the way they offered their special transmission fluid change service without offering a normal transmission fluid change at the same time. They are a business running on selling you more service, so as long as you have the right mindset in dealing with them you will likely be happy with their service.

Great for changing tires and batteries although not for diagnostics. They will charge you like no other and will not provide an answer for the problem. You then need to take your car somewhere else to get fixed.

Friendly staff and nice waiting area, good assortment of toys if you have to take kids. I had 3 different people help me while I had some different diagnostics done, and I did feel like some were more knowledgeable than others.

First was told a tire was there then was called to say they didn’t have a tire. I was told my spare was installed on my car which is ok but pressure was never check it was at 15 psi which should have been 60 psi I had to go back very unsafe! When I got to my shop I was installing my tire back on my car only to find that a stem valve was never installed just a valve stem cap which is very unsafe! My tire had a small leak due to side wall damage I decided to install it back on my vehicle. Very bad service here this visit. This was my favorite location to come to and I use to speak highly of them. Sad to say will no longer be bringing my business here.

These people are The most Disrespectful people i have ever worked with. They give you smug looks when you confront them for their bad work and blame you for bad driving when you know that they have messed up on your alignment after a tire switch, will never go here again. On top of that before i bought the tires i was told that they came with an alignment but now that i have extremely worn tires they wont do my alignment and well my tires are extremely worn because both of my tires are absolutely and horribly aligned. Worst place you can ever go to for tire changes and good customer service.

We came in last hour before they closed to help fix a flat tire. We are from utah and everywhere was closed. Steve was a great guy and when everyone was busy and was trying to close Steve went above and beyond to help us switch and put in our spare so we could continue on our road trip. We are greatful for that service, means alot that you did that for us.

Leigh Ann, Norman and the entire staff always greets me with a smile. I love that they are open on Sunday, open early in the morning on my way to work and always willing to answer my questions.

They were great. Got in the morning I stopped in. Did my rear brakes. Explained the entire procedure before I said yes to the service. Wifi was a little slow but I muddle through while I waited. Thanks for the great job.

Went inside to get a price on balancing my tires and they barely gave me the time of day let alone to be considerate.

They left my hood unlatched. Twice. Called and complained and they said it wasnt their fault. It wasnt unlatched before I parked there.

Very friendly and even have a discount for putting a used tire from the car to a wheel to use as a full size spare after getting new tires. They do it right and fast too.

I go here anytime there is something wrong with my car. Probably spent 2000 dollars or more getting a water pump, all new tires, oil changes, 2 allignments, just got new control arm on the left side, ect. Im only 17 been going there since I was 16. They always educate me and are patient in making sure I understand exactly whats happening. I even have the app now that gets me small deals. Nice place. I recommend it.

I used to go here frequently for my oil changes, tires, tire rotations, all the minor things.Even though they have tried telling my wife a few lies to get her to spend more money before, I worked that out and I dont have my wife bring the cars in any more.Well my car started shaking and my friend who is a mechanic took a quick look and let me know my sway bar bushing was bad, he lives in Spokane so none of his equipment was here.Firestone is a tire and repair shop, so I figured they would be fine to replace the sway bar.The next thing I know they are telling me my struts need replaced. A $1300 price tag was quoted to me.I am glad I went to the Hyundai dealership instead because it was just my sway bar bushing and I had it replaced there for $250.And ontop of that, my Bridgestone tires that I purchased from them only had 35,000 miles on them out of a 50,000 mile warranty and were already to the point of being illegal. I took that car in there religiously at 6k miles (the recommended time to rotate) and they somehow didnt have 3 of my rotations listed on their files in a row. Ontop of that, they had one of my rotations listed at 10k miles higher than I even had on my car. Due to these discrepancies they refused to honor their warranty.Needless to say, I am never going back to here again.

OK so I usually don’t post these kinds of things but this morning getting ready to head off to Wintercamp I realize my passenger side headlamp is out on my GMC sierra so being new to the Tri-Cities I want support local the community that I live in so I go to this establishment in Pasco to get my lightbulb replaced the part was $12 and some change The labor was over $100 no I’m not that dude that’s going to pay 100 times the cost of a part for labor so do I do I need to get this done before I head off to Wintercamp so I have to leave Pasco I go to 360 automotive in Kennewick off of Clearwater and the guy there Robert Natalie has my car done in 15 minutes and only cost me 50 bucks the part that I got replaced Was 29.95 was the cost and he only charge me $20 for labor for now on I will always go to 360 automotive and repair for any in my truck needs. Firestone you literally lost a repeat customer because I’m a creature of habit I would’ve literally brought my truck in there to get serviced for everything but you’ve given my business completely to 360 automotive guys have a great day .

This place is terrible only gone twice and both times were frustrating. Both times i was told the wrong price of what i was getting (an oil change) and they gave me the wrong price and show up ending up paying almost twice as much. They are so un helpful and already damaged my car alarm and they had the nerve to tell me to take it to my dealer as if it was there fault. Never recommend this place and never going back.

Got my alignment done on my jeep alls i can say is they shouldnt be offering to do an alignment if they cant do it correctly.

After being told that the VW dealership in the Tri-Cities could not examine our Golf for road damage for a week (we were traveling), we pulled into this facility. They immediately put the car on a lift and Mark called us into the repair bay to let us know that the cover under the oil pan was trashed. He stated that it was not necessary and removed it (per our request). This facility was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to weary travelers. They did not even charge us for their expertise and work done on our car. Would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you Mark!!!

Great deal on my tires after shown quotes from other local tire dealers Firestone beat all prices,even their own first quote, by 60$

I got a low air signal and stopped by Saturday night. Service was poor and delayed and delayed hour. Seemed odd to me as for the last half of that I was the only customer there. Then they came up with a $700 estimate. I balked. Then they came down to $500. I still complained that I had a $400 estimate from the new car dealer. They gave me all sorts dire predictions trying to scare me. What with the excessive estimates and the lack of service I choose to just go back home to Seattle and got it taken care of for $158 at my friendly local shop in 10 min. Maybe being an out of towner, not hispanic, disabled veteran, and in my 60s all played against me. Or maybe they thought I would be an easy mark to sucker. Think again about stopping here.

Kurt and the crew came to my rescue this weekend and I am very appreciative. My 1992 VW came to a stop on Road 68, in front of the business. To me, the transmission had gone south. The tow truck driver I had called spotted the problem and said Firestone could fix it. This was on a Saturday. I had 2 passengers in my car making the trip to Pasco from Western Washington, that needed to be home on Monday. Fortunately, and I do mean fortunately, they are open 7 days a week. A mechanic even made a special trip in to the shop, on his day off, to make needed tools available.A Big Thumbs up - 5 Stars - from me. Thank you again

I went in today and got my break fluid changed, and when I got home I looked at the front and it was speckled with what I thought was dirt but then when I go to wipe it off it was oily .so somehow these guys mister most of my car with break fluid and did not wipe it of. When I called to let them know the put me on hold. On shocked I got my 2016 maxima back with break fluid on it. Thanks firestone.

Just went from 5 stars to 1I live in Kennewick and will only take my car to the Pasco firestone. Never go to the Kennewick Firestone! I just dropped it to 1 star... Been having my transmission fluid checked here for years...You can only check it from underneath or Id have checked it myself! I just learned today, they dont have the equipment here to check transmissions from below...??? Now my transmissions slipping, probably gonna need a new one because Ive been lied to for 3 years? Im wondering whos fault is this... Mine for believing it was done, or theirs for lying?The guy said it was under new management now...do I believe him?

Honestly took care of the vehicle, have used this shop for six years of routine service. I trust their skill, corporate should lay off the pressure sales for high profit jobs and build loyalty with thorough work, franchises are very capable of this.

Lets just say, I CHOSE the Pasco location, because of Leighs courteousness and professionalism over the phone, when inquiring about the services I would need, and was not disappointed when I got there, and was treated with the same customer respect that I received over the phone (not only from Leigh, but from everyone working there)...I am SO happy, I have my Firestone, go to location again! TY, Leigh, and the rest of the Pasco crew, for making my first Tri Cities-Firestone experience, a great one, as I have come to know and expect, from Firestone!

I am appalled at a 400% mark up on a fuel filter for our pick up. I get there is a mark up, but omg! Had I purchased it myself, $42.99, but I just got charged $169.99. Very very disappointed! Firestone was my choice for service, but I will be changing that.
