I arrived this morning to get my Toyota corolla a oil change. I was greater by Tony ( I hope that is his name, he was wearing a name tag that said Tony).He kindly informed me there would be a wait which, was no problem. I was more than happy to wait. My car was finished much faster than he had quoted me. Which I appreciate. He has excellent customer service and communication skills. I truly appreciate his hard work and the care that he puts into doing his job. Thank you for making my day, I hope you had an amazing one as well. -Tara

Didnt go there

I dropped my car off for a tire mount and balance. The techs were very professional and did great work on the directional tires and wheels on my car. The work was done quickly because I was there early in the morning. Afternoon can become very busy with long wait times but they will give you a call when finished.

Oil change only:Arrived 6:40am for 7:00am opening. I was leaving the building at 7:48am. Tech was friendly and knew about different grades and weights of oil! Manager friendly and helpful. In my area there are 3 WM Lube Centers -- this oneseems to get the best reviews. Now I see why.

The staff are somewhat terse. Not outright rude but its obvious that they dont wanna be there and often forget to be professional with their customers. I got my oil changed and they left huge oily bootprints on my carpet and my shifter, steering wheels, and key were all grimy and they left oily fingerprints all over my door. The work itself is fine, Ive never had a mechanical complaint but my gosh, is it so hard to wash your hands before getting in someone elses car?

Came in at 3:30pm to have a flat repaired. I was told it would take a little longer than usual because they were busy. I could see 4 cars in the bays being worked on by at least 3 people. My flat was finally repaired and finished 2 hours later. This seemed more than a little longer. Employees were friendly. Just wish they had been honest about the time. I would still have had the work done and possibly be less frustrated.

I bought windshield wipers and they were very easy to locate because of the book they have that directs you to the right size and model.

Its sucks here. They tell you 30 minutes for an oil change and it takes 2 hours. Its not the technicians fault, its the store/corporate policy for how many people can be working in the dept. Looks like people are just standing around in the dept, but they cant work due to policy. Dept manager apologized sincerely for the delay, but this is the 3rd time it has been more than 90 minutes when they are telling you 30 minutes. If you are buying tires you will get a better level of service than with just oil changes.

If you ever need service for your car, go to this Wallmart on Road 68 in Pasco and ask for Ben Andrew, nick-name Karo Wow they are Amazing at taking care of your needs and know how to treat customers well. I went there because my car was making a terrible noise, they not only took great care of my car, but went about and beyond to make sure I left there feeling safe And made sure I would drive and test the car before they let me go. They even oiled my doors and fixed the remote control to the car, they were super nice. I am definitely coming back to this Wallmart and will recommend anyone to them. Wallmart, you are Lucky to have such amazing employees.

The service was good and the prices were fair. I had need tires put on my Chrysler Pacifica. I also asked to have the air filter replaced, but the technician said It did not need to be replaced. Saving a few bucks.

This place is the Gratest i will have ALL my work done their from NOW ON and i live in Benton city Washington... ((( Its worth the Drive )))

Terrible. I called yesterday and asked about polishing the plastic headlights on my E350 Ford. I was told to bring it in First thing in the morning. 7:00am. Im there. I was even a little early. After going to the storage lot at 6:00am. After arranging a ride with a friend. After missing a Car Club meeting. Im told that no one can do the job. Seems the two Techs that do the job, dont work today. I spent time, gas and money to be on time ready to get the job completed. I also Had a friend there to pick me up. I then asked them to check the other two stores to see if they could be help me. Nobody was answering their phones. Im so disappointed. My rating is a Fat ZERO!

Best place to buy tires they are the cheapest amongst all the retailers in town the tires I bough still have lots of thread life in them and this is from 2 years ago good ol Dunlop tires yea they also do oil services and tire rotation air checks and rebalanced

Just bought 2 new boat batteries. Walked out for $150.00. Elsewhere for the same cracking amps and reserve capacity I was looking at over $300.00.

Not going to make a decision on one employees bad attitude.

Took our car there they stripped out an oil plug said it wasnt their fault put in a bigger one cracked are aluminum oil pan claimed no responsibility cost me nine hundred bucks if I could give zero Stars I would

If you go for an oil change, be prepared to wait at least 3 hours!

All I am going to say is thank you very much you got me out of a jam stayed over a little and fixed my flat tire when u didnt have too I showed up 5 mins before closing and they helped me unlike the Kennewick location that was rude and didnt help because it was too late and I showed up @ 625 almost 40mins before closing and they were very rude

Never called me when they were done, so I waited much longer than I needed to.

Poor customer service. sales person did not speak English and just walked away,so I left store .
