I went in to fix multiple lights on the outside of the car. Lovee helped me figure out which bulbs, find the bulbs and she replaced all of them right there in the parking lot! Thank you so much, Lovee! You were great. And all her coworkers did a good job covering the other customers needs and giving her the time to be so helpful.Thank you all 😊

Went to get a water pump and asked them to do a price match from another local company. They called that company but since the other company had a different brand they would not price match. The warranty was the same. So when I left I called Kennewick Auto Zone and they did the price match for us. The employees at the zoo Pasco store were rood and not helpful at all

The recent snow storm ruined my windshield wipers. Realizing I needed new ones, I stopped in at AutoZone. I was very impressed at first with how clear their sidewalks were. With all the snow and ice, I was happy their walk ways were clear. Once inside, the clerks were very helpful and directed me to the isle I needed. After a few minutes looking in the book, I knew the sizes I needed and had them in hand. Once at the register, the clerk continued to be friendly and checked me out quickly. I went out to my car and in the middle of an active snow storm, attempted to change my blades. As I was struggling, a clerk came out to replace the blades on the car next to me. Afterwards, she jumped in to help me as I was having some difficulty. Thank you all so much for the help!!!

Very good place to buy auto parts

Guy at the counter very helpful. Bought a battery for my car and he installed it for me for free. Didnt have my oem battery but he was able to quickly cross match one of the AutoZone brand for cheaper yet with better performance than its oem competitor.Keep up the great work!

Poor customer service. I visit this store yesterday. First their was a line on 6-9 customer and one person though was cool to cut in line and get service before us, just cuz you know some there doesnt give you the right to cut in line. Second of all their were like 6 employees and this female walk into the back and all the cashiers went to the back to like damn we all ere waiting ????? but im not going to lie shes was a cutie ... if i worked there maybe my thirsty ass would of gone to the back room to.

Terrible service. Ordered a part had to call two days after it was suposed to be here. After 20 minutes on hold they said it was canceled. Not even a sorry.
