Pinkie tow decided to use our lawn as runway for dropping off a car at our neighbors. Instead of working with the cards youre given (no room) and reparking your truck, the proprietor of the vehicle decided to put a couple nice holes in our yard. Giving a one star not for the quality of pinkie tow itself (I cant speak to that), but because the guy who was using this tow truck didnt take the proper precautions and measures to not destroy my moms property, a lawn that she works very hard on. Pinkie Tow, this is ridiculous and reckless, please give me a call so we can talk about it. I dont want to have a bad opinion about your business but you screwed up my moms yard.

Good the man with the tow truck gave my truck a jump that I bought at the auction. They are not obligated to do that. Thank you

I can’t express how horrible this place is. I asked to go on that same day to pick my car up and they said they couldn’t so they made me pay 3 more days that my car sat there. They told us to be there at a certain time and they arrived 30 minutes late.

They towed my Jaguar ftype, took pictures of it and then used it in an advertisement campaign without even asking my permission. Made worse was the fact that the picture was in front of our home. We called several times and asked them to apologize and remove the advertisements from park benches. They refused and seemed irritated that we were upset. If you have a high end car or a dealership do not use these scrubs, they will just steal your hard work without permission. Ill be spending a long time trying to convince BMW, Audi, Mercedes and Jaguar not to use them or risk having this shady company plaster their customers cars and homes on advertisements without their permission.

Very professional and kind staff. I called in because my mom was in an accident and as i told the person on the phone what had happened his first question was first of all is mom taken care of and okay? ...my heart melted and i wanted to cry right there and i thanked him for his concern about my mothers safety and health!! Not all business are kindhearted!! Thank you pinkie tow for your amazing and kind service.

I had a dead battery in my garage. I was stuck and had errands I had to get done. Pinkies arrived within 30 min, changed my battery lighting quick, and provided a very professional response. Best experience I’ve ever had with a tow company.

I have used them as a AAA member x4 . 3 blown tires, an actual tow to a tire place, locked car keys in car, and to put on a donut so I can go to the local tire place, & have a blown tire repaired.They have amazing service! Fast, and timely response .They went above, and beyond every time .👍 Really happy w/ their service.

Car wouldnt start. I called Verizon for roadside assistance. Anthony showed up 45 minutes before his scheduled time and was very friendly. He did a very fast thorough job for me. I am very satisfied with this company. I would recommend them to anybody that needs towing service.

I ordered a truck at 5 am and it didnt come until 6 am. I was really mad because i was cold and it wasnt cool to be stuck on the side of a highway for an hour. I asked the driver of the truck why he was so late and he said GET A LIFE. I will never use there company every again. I am a very sensetive person and the driver said something very offensive to me that i started to cry.

Would just like to thank Pinkie Tow and our hero Anthony, for helping my wife unlock her door when she locked her keys in the car at Fred Meyer’s. Great service will differently use them again.

The company took a very stressful and frustrating situation and made things much easier to cope with. Friendly, polite, prompt and professional.

My insurance carrier sent Pinkie Tow out to change my tire due to a nail being inbedded. They were supposed to call about 10 mins before arriving as I was at work. I got a call, and without identifying himself, in a rude tone, the guy says: So wheres the Toyota that has a flat tire?. I said, Im, at work right now, are you with the towing company?, he says Yeah, wheres the Toyota with the flat tire?, I said, Are you here right now?, He says Yeah., I said, Ok, Ill be out in a second., and he just hangs up. I go outside, my Toyota is two cars away from him, and his window is up. I go up to his window and he puts the window down. So, wheres the Toyota?. Hi,, I say, Whats your name?, he mumbles something I cant make out so I say, Excuse me, whats your name?. He says, You dont need to know my name, do you want your tire changed or not?. At that I looked down at the side of the door for the companys number and proceeded to call their dispatch. He said again, Do you want your tire changed or not?. When I didnt respond to him and proceeded making the phone call, he sped off. Such a rude, unapologetic disregard for customer service. Ive already followed up with my insurance carrier to file a complaint.

Awful experience. Ive never run into people that care less for customers. Lazy workers. The guy did not even stepped out from the truck. Awful. Call someone else and even if AAA suggest them, ask for someone else. Youll just wait for nothing.

This tow company is by far the best around. I broke down way out in the boonies between Benton City and Prosser and called onstar. Dustin our tow truck driver was super nice, very helpful, safe and good driver, and got to us twice as fast as when we had gotten a tow in town tri cities from another company a few weeks before. I highly recommend you call pinky tow first if you need a tow.

Tow call thru geico, Called for eta after 20min was told they would call back, 1hr 20min later no call. Called them again they said didnt realize was a tow and it would be a while they didnt have a tow available. Not happy sitting here waiting for almost 2 hrs and only needed a towed about 1.5mi

Be careful who you put your faith in, you may end up being used for profitability and discarded under a mountain of lies. 💔

Awful service. Lazy people. This was a AAA call, I waited more than 1 hours with 100 F. the guy did not even got out of the truck when I told the steering wheel was blocked he left. Thanks for you help!!
