Mixed Review: sales is wonderful! Mikhaela was fantastic to work with, being very knowledgeable about the inventory and at no point being pushy! We thoroughly enjoyed our buying experience! Fast forward a few weeks- I had an appointment with the service department for window tinting. When I arrived for my appointment, I was helped by Jane, the service manager. She let me know right away that they had been busy and that she couldn’t keep loaner cars long enough to clean them. I was then provided with a very dirty loaner car- and I’m not just talking about the outside which included a bug plastered windshield that was difficult to see through. The inside was also extremely dirty and not vacuumed, to the point where my kids made comments about the car being so dirty inside (and they are 6 and 8, so by no means are they used to a super clean car 🤣). I can appreciate a busy service department and am grateful that I was offered a loaner for my service. However, I would expect it to be cleaned between customers, especially during a pandemic where the dealership itself claims they have extra cleaning and sanitation safeguards in place.I also find it disheartening that a service MANAGER would give a car in this condition to a customer- I would have waited for them to at least do a quick vacuum and sanitation of the inside, but it wasn’t offered. I will also add that I have provided this feedback on a survey sent via text message by Jane herself asking for feedback on my service visit, but didn’t receive any follow up whatsoever from the service department or dealership.

Just bought my second vehicle from them and the purchasing experience went smoothly, with a great deal for the new vehicle and a fantastic trade-in value for my old vehicle.

Very easy to get an appointment. The service rep on the phone was very courteous and seemed anxious to help. I was met promptly at my appointment time and my wait for service was actually shorter than expected. When I retrieved my car it was washed sparkling clean and all the water had been dried off so there were no water marks left on the car. I was very impressed. I will return here for future service.
I was looking into purchasing a new Subaru from many dealerships hundreds of miles from us but they all fell short of inventory and customer service. Don’t waste your time and head to McCurley Integrity Subaru who has both! We had a great experience with our salesman Yuzeth. Yuzeth helped answer all of our questions and communicated with us promptly to make it a smooth four hour trip down and worth our while. Edgar helped us finance and took care of our needs. Next time we are in the market, we know McCurley will be the first (and probably the only) place we will now go to!

So, this rating is only for my recent visit on Sunday 8/1 and I have no idea what this place look like other days or other sales people treat buyers.A bald Salesman with tattoos on his hands came to help me. Asked me if Im buying today. I said no he proceeds to tell me its very busy right now and for me to look around and if I found something I like to come back tomorrow!!!! First time I have heard such thing from A SALES person. His there to sell, that is it and if youre not buying today your on your own. I bet he was desperate for sales and I have a very good guess why. I would difinitly not look for him if I go back and would actually refuse his help.
Made an appointment to look over a specific Subaru Forster. It was ready to drive when I arrived as well as another color of the same model. They really made the experience a great one. It seemed like they bent over backwards to be helpful with no pressure. I got a great price for my 7 year old Forster and a very nice deal overall. Oh, it was the other color that struck my fancy, now that’s not going to happen with an internet purchase. If I ever want another, they’ll be my first call.

The service department got me car in a head of my scheduled appointment. The service took approximately an hour. Both of the associates that I talked to were super helpful. Upon check out the employee explained the details of the service thoroughly and answered all my questions. 100 percent better than any experience Ive ever had with Walmart!!

Ive never had better service from a dealership service department. Jane, Chris and the rest team are outstanding! I love my Subie more and more every time I drive it. And I felt completely comfortable with them taking good care of it while it needed some maintenance. I thoroughly enjoyed the loaner! But I really love MY Subie. Jane put me in touch with a no pressure sales person and he really just didnt push at all. It was a pleasant experience. He even let my 10yr old son check out a BRZ. If youre looking for a Subaru or great service on your Subaru please give this place a try.

McCurley Subaru has a great waiting room and amenities while waiting for your car to be serviced. The chairs are comfy, plenty of beverages (coffee, hot/cold tea, water), a few snacks, free Wifi, childrens area and a nice fenced area for pets.I am always able to catch up on my reading or correspondences while I wait for our Subaru. Staff has always been very friendly.I havent had the opportunity to borrow one yet but they do have loaner bicycles to use while you wait.
As always the Subaru dealer did a great job on my car. They checked in with me periodically to let me know the status and when they expected the car to be ready. And they even honored my expired coupons during the pandemic since I haven’t been able to use them because of the pandemic.
As an Oregon resident I was concerned about buying a car long distance. Working with Marcos in sales and Javier in finance proved that McCurley Subaru is efficient and honest. After a long drive to the dealership the deal was as expected with no surprises and the best service I have ever had to complement it. I was in and out of the dealer quickly so I could get back on the road. McCurley will be my first call in the future if I am looking to purchase another Subaru. I recently purchased a used Subaru Outback through McCurley Integrity. Rafael Torres was wonderful to work with! As a female buyer I find car buying to generally be a pressured and uncomfortable experience. Rafael made the experience so easy and enjoyable. He made sure I test drove as many cars I needed to to be sure about my decision, inlcuding non-Subaru branded vehicles. He knew the ins and outs of every vehicle so he could point out different features I may like/dislike. He made for a very relaxed and comfortable buying experience. There was a small issue with my windshield which appeared after purchase. Rafael and the McCurley service staff were sure that it was fixed at no cost and made for a very easy and relaxed repair experience. I have referred many friends to McCurley since and will definitely be back for future service and purchases. Thank you McCurley and Rafael!

Went to complete recall work on my Subaru impreza. The work was completed in about 2 hours as per the estimate. The service personnel are friendly and helpful. They have a lounge for waiting with free coffee and oats bars. Since everyone may not enjoy coffee and bars, it would be great to have vending machines with soft drinks and snacks.
I made a service appointment online, and got a confirmation email and everything. Drove 30 minutes to my appointment and was told I wasnt in the system and that if I wanted to wait it would be a minimum 2 hours wait.Drove in a circle for an hour for nothing and now have to come back the next morning to try to be fit in.What is the point of a scheduling system if you dont use it?

Dealership has always been very professional and has completed work requested in a timely manner. Granted we have a newer vehicle that shouldnt need much but McCurdy done a great job for us. We travel two hours to visit this dealership and have service preformed. We wouldnt do this if we didnt feel we were treated fairly and required service was done as required.
So I came here because I hit a rock and the bumper was coming off and fog light was damaged. When they finished they said they fixed both the fog light and put the bumper back in place. The bumper was coming back off on the way home. I called and they said they only fixed the fog light that they can’t fix the bumper. They should of been upfront while I was there instead of them telling me the fixed both issues. Edit: They called me and helped sort everything out. I appreciate them reaching out to me and working things out.

Throw out bearing went out in wifes 2014 subaru impreza with 5 speed manual. Showed up at 7:30 am 1/6/21 without an appointment and chris in the service department worked us into the schedule and gave us a loaner car. By 5pm 1/6/21 the car was finished and ready to go we have never had service/repair done so fast and I truly appreciate what they did for us it helped out a lot.

When I bought my car, I was talked into buying $2999 more worth of warranty product and the sales people would not stop talking. Thankfully, the warranty product was cancellable.The car was a Prius C, which is a much lower value vehicle than a regular large Prius.I did not know this until I was home, and notified the salesman that it probably wasn’t going to work for us.The dealership offered me a “deal” on an actual Prius, which would have resulted in over $2400 of negative equity.Unfortunately, after talking to friends, it sounds like most car dealerships are this way.I do think our car is in good shape, and it will get us around!The general sales manager was kind and most of the people tried to understand.
I just purchased a 2018 Honda Accord sport from Yuzeth at Mccurley and it was the best customer service I have received at any car dealership. Yuzeth took his time explaining everything to me and answered all my questions, he made sure I got into the car I wanted at a good deal and a good price for my trade in. I went in to trade in my car and had a great experience everyone at Mc Curley was very helpful and friendly they were great at explaining details about each car and went over everything with me with full details on my trade in and my new car. Marcos was very patient as we looked at a couple cars and helped us select the picture car. Jake was very helpful at explaining the trade in process and asking any questions we had. He also has counting helped me out after the buying process by asking questions reguarding my new car. Raul was very helpful at helping us come up with a reasonable payment option and going in detail about everything which I found very helpful he was funny and made our trade in a great experience. I’ve had a couple calls rom Rachel on my approval and also answering questions. I’ve had calls from other staff there following up with my purchase. Overall they are a great company with a grade staff they are willing to help and ready to make your experience easy and fast. I am glad I chose to buy my car at Mc Curley and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Anyone that’s interested in purchasing a car should contact Joel. When I showed up to the car event at the Columbia Park, Joel was the one who assisted me and he made me feel comfortable and he asked me lots of questions in what I was looking for in a car. He respected my decision and did not pry to make a quick sale. He showed me the cars that I was interested and answered all my questions honestly. Also, he was professional and has good sense a humor. In the future I would definitely will go to him again.
Started getting recall notices in December and January. I called to schedule those repairs and was told the soonest they could get me in was in March. I told them I lived an hour away. They told me to expect to wait three hours. I told my husband what my plans were, and he called to see about getting a loaner car. He was told that I should have asked for that when I scheduled the service. They didnt have any available. 🤦🏻♀️😡 So because Subaru manufactured faulty vehicles, I get to waste half a day. Thanks McCurley for being*so* helpful.

We asked for the extended warranty for our vehicle, but we didnt want to go over our budget too much. So once we saw the final sales price, including taxes and any fees, we asked if that price was including the extended warrantys 5 year total. The Financial Rep said yes, so we bought the car, only to find out today that he lied and we are $3,000 over what we agreed on. I know Salesmen are deceiving, but this is disgusting.
I ordered a part twice and was quite upset the dealer used it inadvertently. The Service Manager called and worked out an arrangement for a third hitch and made everything right. I appreciate them admitting their mistake and then making it right. I will be returning for future service there.

Just came in for a routine oil change. Check in with advisor was super fast. Had time for a coffee(Free) and check out this months car and driver mag in the waiting room. Oil change finished in no time and I was on my way

Marcos was great to work with. Once he knew what I was looking for, we found it. He pulled it out and went over the whole car with us. Never being a subaru owner before, he wanted me to know what I was getting. I wasnt rushed to make a decision and he answered a lot of questions. After having to leave early, Mikhaela took over. She didnt miss a beat. Mikhaela did a great job going over all the buttons and controls, making sure I was comfortable before leaving. Had a small recall for replacement of a relay. The service staff were very helpful and got the job done quickly. The new facility is very bright, open and airy. There is lots more room and very nice customer lounge areas. I have used McCurley dealerships for years and have been very happy with them.
Very unsatisfied with this dealership. When they say we value our customers it is a lie. We purchased a car here and they ran my credit four times when they told me it was only going to be once. I told them before they ran it that I have very good credit and have my own bank that I can finance with. They insisted that it wouldnt be necessary they would get me a good rate with the financing they have. Well it didnt happen I ended up having to go to my bank and get this process finished and of course my bank had to run my credit and this was the fifth time it getting pulled in a week, when it could have been just once (So many pulls brought down my credit score). We left the dealership with the car it had an empty tank, not washed or vacuumed and no one explained to us about the features that it has. We had to figure them out on our own. We were also told when we needed our first oil change it was going to be free. Ended up scheduling one and to get there saying we do not do that. It is about an hour drive to that dealership from where I live if I knew my first oil change was not going to be free I would have gone to a local place.
They used a bait and switch tactic to lure me in to getting to the dealership.I had called about availability of a car I saw on their website and the salesman said he would have it ready to show me on the weekend but the 2 days later when I got there to see it, I was told it had already sold. No call to let me know, and they marked it sold on the internet 5 days prior and acted like it was still on their lot. Toyota of Tri-cities pulled the same thing but at least I didnt wast my time driving out to their dealership.
Very friendly and helpful employees. The place is always clean. The childrens area, which is a sperate area from the adult area, has toys, books and a TV; is clean and neat when Ive been there. Theres a small dog area if you dont want to leave your fur child at home. Sales department are not pushy, Marcos is fantastic.
This is a great dealership. I did some test driving when I was looking for a new car and the salesman were great. I ended up buying a used vehicle from somewhere else, but McCurley had great deals for newer cars. I truly believe they care about their customers, and are not trying to screw anyone with a bad deal like some places. I use McCurley Subaru now for servicing my Outback, and they always do a thorough and timely job.
My friend and I stop by to look at cars, we were interested at buying a car at first but everything changed once they switch sale lady to the person in the white shirt who takes over, forcing you to buy a car, with high interest and no negotiation, on a preowned car which was the same price as a new car, management didn’t even want to talk and we left knowing not to buy from them. All they do is force you to buy that day, getting frustrated and mad if you think it over or not buy at all that same day.
As always, the service I get from McCurley Subaru is top notch from the time I arrive until I drive off the lot.
My wife and I have been using McCurley Subaru for 4 years now. We live in Walla Walla, WA and drive the hour (one way) it takes to get here. It is worth it. We service both of our vehicles (Legacy and Outback) with them. We have never had our chains yanked by the service department, and the customer support is outstanding. We have used loaner vehicles and their bike share program. Highly recommended dealer!
Dealership is impressive, well managed, you could tell the employees loved their jobs and they did them with pride. Outstanding customer service Catering to your every need, whether it be the convenient snack bar, childrens playroom, nice outdoor fenced-in Dougie area, or large screen TV. They not only repaired the car, they vacuumed and washed it also. When its time for me to get a new car I definitely would go to McCurley again.
