My husband Dave and I just bought our new Chevy High Country Traverse on Friday!!! Dave has been searching for this vehicle for a few months now, wanting it with all the right options. New ones are hard to find. Dave had searched in our area finding nothing but expensive used ones, but decided to call McCurley Chevrolet. He worked there back in the 1980’s. Dave was told on Thursday evening that one was being delivered the next day (built to his exact liking)!!! Our new friend and Salesman, STEVEN PHILLIPS, called us at 8:30 the next morning!!! We were done with over-the-phone paperwork and headed from Shelton to Pasco by 11:30 to pick up our new SUV!!!! It gets better...holiday weekend drive on Friday and we were only slowed twice, yay!!!! Better yet...we kept Steven posted on our arrival time and from the time we signed our paperwork and were driving home, it was only a few minutes over an hour!!!!! No traffic driving home, and we are absolutely THRILLED with our EXPERIENCE and our new Traverse, of course!!!!! (This review is a big deal, coming from me!!!! I HATE buying new vehicles because of the usually long, drawn out paperwork, negotiations, test drives, etc. that usually happen. Not this time!!!! We’ll take a nice road trip to McCurley Chevrolet again when we need our next vehicle!!!! Had to share!!!!)

The first trip out, we asked to drive a specific car and the sales guy took us right to it and sent us on our test drive. We didnt even catch his name. When we came back, we had a different gentleman, Bradley, who was very helpful and asked lots of questions to assist us in finding the right vehicle. The second time we came, Bradley was there, all smiles, and still so helpful. After some back and forth, we decided on the trailblazer that day. Bradley helped us get the best deal, payment, and everything. It took a while but he was so nice and friendly.

We started at the Subaru dealership with Jesse. We were shown an Equinox, and had a surprising interest in it, but disliked the color and trim level. We left because of it. Until Jesse, we didnt give our number to any other dealer, and we had been to a dozen or so in the Tri-Cities -- there was some extra level of genuine feeling trust that was provided there. About an hour after we left, and were with another dealership, Jesse gave a call saying he had Equinox available at the Chevy dealer, ones that fit our expectations, and that he could meet us there. He caught us drooling over a Traverse as he arrived, which we ended up purchasing. After testing it, while we were walking back in to make the purchase, we saw Brandon, another salesperson at Chevy that we had previously talked to, and relatively quickly realized that we were not doing the kindest thing. We called it out, and while Jesse got us set up with Jordan, Brandon ensured the car was prepped. Jesse left while we were working with Jordan (it was a long night!). However, Brandon stuck around and set us up with an on-star rep prior to our departure. If it werent for Jesse, we would have been driving a vehicle from the dealership that we were in.

Bought my truck yesterday and have to say that the salesman I got, Jorge Cooper was so helpful, and kind! And very knowledgeable about my truck! We were looking for something to haul a new fifth wheel and ended up trading in two vehicles for a 2020 Silverado here. We worked with Jorge and he was great! Talk to Steve Phillips right out the gate! Ive been in a bind for a few weeks since my vehicle was totalled, and I just had a horrifying experience at another dealership and Steve totally made up for it all, treated me well and gave me a great deal. I should have known better and just gone to Mccurley to start with. I went from nearly over paying for an 2008 jalopy with leaks from places vehicles dont even carry fluids to a glorious 2016 cherry and Ill be paying less!! Stupid easy, massive selection of quality vehicles, great prices and financing!

What can I say about Steven Phillips? It all started when he called me about the 2021 Mazda CX5 I was interested in, he explained to me the features and communicated with me through the entire process. He answered all my questions with fast respond and no hesitation. That s*@t is professionalism people. I didnt have time to go, being that it was a late hour, so he helped me through the phone took all my information and within minutes he through me an offer. With 30 minutes to close we headed to the dealership to sign and picked up our new car. I trusted his word being that he was honest with me through the entire process we signed and left couldnt ask for a better experience.Thank you for everything Steven PhillipsI Highly recommend him.

They are reputable. When you get in they are friendly. I just wont be able to do business with them. They are 4 weeks out on scheduling even an oil change. I dont know about any one else, but I dont plan a full month in advance for my oil changes. Another issue is that they will only answer the phone one out of every 20 times that you call. Its great to be busy, but the problem is that at some point it affects service. If my truck needed service immediately I would be out a vehicle for a month thats not acceptable to me. Im going to have to find another service company. Unfortunately this also affects my decision on whether or not to buy a vehicle there knowing that I cant get it serviced in a timely manner. It will be worth a 30 or 40 min drive if necessary to have reliable service.

I came in with part time income, with average credit thinking that I wasn’t gonna get approved but Victor helped me and now I’m going home with a brand new 2021 Mazda 3 with only 4 miles on it! I definitely recommend this dealership. Great customer service!

We were looking to buy a work truck & didnt know where to start. Well here at McCurley we found the best deal & the best customer service. Thanks to Julio we had an excellent experience.

My truck was left disassembled. The cross brace above the air filter was not intact. The nut was wedge between the plastic and brace was swung over out of the way. I presume for them to check the air filter. Also the cover to the air cabin filter was left off! I had to restore the brace and cabin cover back to normal condition my self. It is very unacceptable and a potential hazard to your customer!!!! Extremely unsatisfied!!!

Well I had my truck towed in on Saturday night. Was told that it would be 2 weeks before diagnosis. Informed the gentleman that I had a stranded trailer in a campsite. Was called the very next morning and my truck was done my noon the following day. Very impressed. AND IT WAS CLEANED!

My Tahoe had broke down and repairs were over 1000 dollars. I would regularly drive through their lot and checking out there inventory before and every time I’d show up Josh Groves was always taking the time to greet myself or my wife and I called and talked to josh and told him what’s up with our credit and with in minutes he was sending pictures of inventory and all said and done my boy Josh and Ruben in financial got us a good deal…. As my 2020 Bolt failed to operate, GM vehicle rescue towed it to McCurley. subsequently, the front bumper component was lost which allows install of the tow bar to be screwed into the front of the car. making matters worse, Mccurley LEFT the tow bar installed instead of removing it and stowing it as any customer would expect. to add to disappointment, the Bolt was subject to a recall announced THE NEXT DAY, but Mccurley did not warn me of this pending disaster. Now I have a car that has SIGNIFICANT reduction in value AND the original problem with the gear shifting mechanism is NOT repaired and likely to recur. Seriously disappointed with the entire experience. this will factor into my next vehicle purchase.
