I had a scratch on my hood that the car wash could not buff out. I was worried the clear coat had been compromised. Markham and Boling took a look, and had it buffed out and polished in 15 minutes, it looks brand new! I would definitely use them for any bodywork/paint need I have.

I had the best experience at Markham Boling Collision Center in Pasadena. I heard about them through Honda as they are a Honda Certified Shop. I called to get a quote over the phone and spoke with Dominick Bernardini who was very friendly and answered all of my questions. When I brought my car in to be fixed, Dominick greeted me right away and treated me like a valued customer. Everyone who works here is so friendly and the business is very efficient. I would recommend this trustworthy location to anyone and everyone. I know my car is in good hands when I come here. Thanks for making my car repair easy and stress-free!

If i could, I would give them -5 star rating.If you value your time, money, gas, and especially your car, I strongly advise with every ounce of my being to stay away from this shop.I had to keep constantly returning to this shop to have them redo the work that they were supposed to have done correctly the first time and the production manager will lie to your face and the manager Crystal talks a big game but does not keep her word. Nothing but empty promises and lies with this shop........And no updates given to me, I had to call and get updates....For example, the production manager lied to my face regarding the overspray on my left front and rear door jambs saying they never touched my doors but how can that be? Considering that they did work on my dented doors. And to top it off, he had his staff try to smooth out the overspray right in front of me as I was there to pick up the car....Another example, the dent on my door jamb was supposed to be fixed and yet it wasnt because Im told the insurance company will not cover it. Im told later by my insurance company that the dent is supposed to be repaired by the body shop because they were already paid by the insurance company to fix it........Another example, the adjustment on my door lock latch, its clicking when opening the door and it wasnt like that before the accident and after.....they replaced the latch but they stripped the screws for the latch severely.......These are all separate visits, each time I had to come back and leave emptyhanded......and also no accommodation for a rental after the 3rd visit and I told them that my other car is not drivable......all the while I maintained my composure and not make a scene at this shop.I felt horrible for my boss because I had to leave work early after each time I was told that my car was ready to be picked up and then leave disappointed and emptyhanded.I also feel horrible for my friend who had to take time out of his day off to take me each time.This place is a serious waste of time, money, and gas!!!Total visits = 4 and I left with a new latch but stripped screws and the door still needs to be adjusted because the latch is grabbing the door lock hook......and a bunch of overspray on various parts of my car......common sense to cover my car while painting a car next to mine.....laziness and incompetent plain and simple........All I was there for was simple repairs that could be taken care of relatively quickly and I was very polite and considerate and extremely patient...all I mentioned above was over the course of 2 months......ONCE AGAIN, BEWARE OF THIS SHIP IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, GAS, AND ESPECIALLY YOUR CAR!!!!!!!

I’m so grateful for this place! They did an amazing job fixing my car, which had damage from a front-end collision. I had delayed getting it fixed, but am so glad I finally decided to take it to their body shop. Everything that was bothering me about the car related to the collision (it looked bad, there was a hole in the front bumper, the bottom of the car scraped the ground whenever I went over a bump or into a dip, there was a loud rattling noise coming from under the car when I pressed the accelerator) has now been resolved. It’s like I have a new car again (even though I bought it used lol). The bill was expensive, but I was only responsible to pay for my insurance deductible and so it was totally worth it (thank you, State Farm!). They do high-quality work that looks really good. They are extremely thorough. Their team is very professional and honest. They made the whole experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend this body shop.

Im never moved to write reviews (especially positive ones), but this place is an exception. Over time Ive taken a couple of my cars to Markham Boling after getting into accidents. They do top shelf, above and beyond, meticulous, Grade A+ work!! Theyre also super nice, super quick and stay in constant communication with constant updates. I always tell everyone I know who needs body work done to take their vehicle to Markham Boling. I swear to god that when I come to pick up my finished repaired car that it actually looks better when I bought it new at the dealership.

If I could give Markham and Boling 10 stars I would! I walked into this body shop extremely upset and Crystal was truly an angel! I had no idea how to handle my car situation and she walked me through everything step by step and made sure I understood everything. My car ended up being totaled but Crystal continued to help me through everything and educating me on the total loss process to make sure my insurance company is fair with me. Being a female walking into a body shop after an accident is scary, however, with Crystal there I was comfortable and confident I was in the right place. I don’t wish an accident on anyone, but if you ever need an honest, reliable, & overall spectacular body shop I highly recommend Markham & Boling. I can’t thank them enough for helping me through everything! 🤍

I had a most unfortunate what I thought was minor accident with my beautiful Honda Accord V6. As it turns out I had done significant damage to the underside of the car! My experience at Markham was amazing! Ive actually never had a car accident before so this is my first experience with a collision center/body shop. Crystal was awesome and managed the whole process, keeping me informed every step of the way as I tend to be highly anxious and very OCD! She didnt miss a beat and when my car was done they even arranged to have my rental picked up from their shop! One less hassle for me, lol! And better than all of that, my sweet beautiful baby of a car looks better than the day I bought it from Honda! Well maybe not better but just as good. If you need your car repaired just get on the waiting list and get it done here because you dont want a shoddy job. Thank you Crystal! You are the best and I need you to run the rest of my life. 👍

These guys were great! Always very friendly, kept me abreast of what was going on with my car during the repair process. They were very thorough and did a great job on both the body work and suspension work. They even washed my car which was really needed and was very much appreciated! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reputable body shop!

I got in an accident and they were one of the recommended places to get my car looked at by the insurance company. They gave me lots of great advice. Theyre not looking to cheat you or anything like that, they obviously get a lot of insurance claims going through their shop, so theyre making their money. I felt safe and that they were honest with me. The car ended up getting totaled versus a repair, which made me happy because some shops would have fixed it and only made the problem worse.

You guys did a great job on my Prius. Crystal was kind and helpful and the job is done. Couldnt ask for more. Ill be back if I need.

I had a door that had been bent by a collision repaired. They did a great job. The best part was the secretary who kept me up on each stage of the repair so I did not have to call to see if the insurance agent had inspected the car, or call to see if it was done. Excellent service and timely repair.

I cannot say too many compliments about the quality of service that Markham & Boling provides its customers and clients. On two occasions they have worked on my sports car, and each time the work has been superb and the customer service attitude and communication excellent. I offer special kudos to Adrian L. for his complete competence and professionalism.

Slow.... very very slow with their repair and very very pricey. If you want to fix your car within a certain time period, do not go to this place. I had the worst possible experience in my life.

Slow, Expensive & Sloppy. Final price was $3K OVER original quote, stains all over the carpet and leather, scratched our glass (needed to be replaced), fit and finish not even close to original - even after 2 tries the parts dont line up, basically it looks like someone took a joy ride in it to Vegas and didnt give a crap. Find another body shop.
