I took it in to her shop and 6 weeks later it was transformed into a gorgeous car . It was white and I had her make a complete color change red. She was able to negotiate a better deal with my insurance for the damage on my car which ended up saving me money out of pocket. She texted me throughout the entire time the car was in her shop, giving me updates. Communication is A+. I dropped my car off on 10/31 and it was ready on 11/10. So yes, be patient, but the quality you get is well worth the wait. Upon picking up my car, I noticed it was cleaned. I asked Rosa about it and yes she had my car detailed inside and out! How great is that?! It felt like I was driving it fresh off the lot lol! My experience here was amazing. Rosa did her job and she will definitely take good care of you. Her customers matter to her! My car was hit by a tire which someone had ran over it and went straight towards my driver side with no time to move. It broke my tabs from bumper and lip and since I have Honda sensing, it broke that too. Also prior to coming to this shop, I had went to a different shop and all they did was give me the run around for about 2 weeks. Go to ACES YOU WONT REGRET IT! Now my car looks perfect again! The worst experience I have ever hade in my lifeMy truck spend 5 months at ace Collision Center getting a paint job. really bad quality paint started to come off in a week of picking it up went back for warranty spend another 1.5 months paint still coming off i do not I repeat I do not recommend anyone to get there cars painted here
