Great prices & Service

I am very dissatisfied with this husband and wife business.When I first found there listing on offerup,she was very nice and on time with turning in our appliances:washer,dryer,fridge,stove,microwave,dishwasher. Washer didnt work so he had to replace both so they can match that took 2 months to replace. Upon us installing our appliances we came to find out the stove, dishwasher was making an awful noise,microwave didnt work!. We contacted them multiple times both husband and wife. phone calls and text. They took 2 weeks to finally respond and another week to come and repair the appliance. After they left yes the dishwasher,stove no longer made the awful noise but the microwave still didnt work. After again trying to contact them the wife dulce said you have to deal with my husband,you did the deal with him. So trying to contact tony he said he would find me another microwave finally he brought me another microwave only to find out it was not working!! We asked for a refund. This whole microwave situation started in april and ended today jan 20th. Almost a year! Will never do business with tonys appliances again!!

I love Tonys Appliances. They have great service. They deliver and install for an additional fee. I have purchased all my appliances here for the last ten years. They are refurbished but you cant beat the price and still have a warranty. They last at least five years or longer and if anything goes wrong after the warranty, he will come out to repair them at a decent repair price. I will probably never buy new as long as Tonys is in business.

Great prices on great used appliances with FANTASTIC customer service and delivery. We just bought a fridge and couldnt be happier with the experience. Even though it was about an hour from closing they delivered it right after we bought it. We practically had to rush to beat them to our house!
