Be careful where you park .. they don’t have signs . Then when you tell one of the person that works there . They give you a bad attitude. Like if you know cause they don’t have signs at all ..when I parked nothing was around my car ..

Tried the Order Online, pick up in store today. It was great! As soon as I walked in an associate showed me the pick up boxes, I scanned my phone, door popped open with my order! Great!

Usually service is pretty good. Young lady “K” on her name tag. at self check out refused to let Kevin help me out with some issues while paying. No need for her rude attitude. Seems like some people forget why they have a job!

They need to hire more people want to work the floor but other than that this place is great.

This is one of my favorite stores. You can get most any products for your home or apartment. I enjoy fixing up my house and this is the place where I mostly go to. Everyone goes to Home Depot, its a must.

Had to replace an old charcoal starter and pick up a turnbuckle & eyebolts to true-up a gate. Everything was easy enough to find, had 3 offers asking if I needed help. Went thru the self checkout. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

The paint department at this home depot is the worst out of every home depot Ive been to. They dont pay attention to what youre telling them and they have messed up almost every order Ive placed and had to remake. Especially when it comes to the sheen you ask for. And them they take forever!

Friendly and helpful staff... everything well stocked. Social distancing and masks were in place. No line to enter. Long line to checkout. All in all a good shopping experience.

5 stars because you aren’t Lowe’s, and mainly because you brought my curbside order out within 2 minutes instead of making me waste half an hour waiting.. and then have to walk in the store to find out it’s not even ready like the email said. Lowe’s, you suck. Home Depot, I love you.

Everyone,I have been a contractor for years . The honest contractors are being effected the most at this store.Home depot us excellant but this store is horrible with regards to service.Rental division has poor service. If a manager wants to call me wonderful. I am a preferred customer ....I will never rent or purchase anything at this store.

I had to go to customer service on Fairmont because my card was charged twice for 670.00. Tracy in customer service was amazing! She was so patient and fixed the problem at hand. Couldnt have asked for a better service

They provided me the complete process for researching, selecting, delivering, and installing a water heater. Before I committed they provided a free detailed estimate. Their nearby competitor would not come close to providing that service.

Check out lady in garden area was great. Helped answer our questions. Was looking for axe. Was able to find cute succulents plants. They also had nice veggie plants. I also purchased a lavender plant. Happy with the selection. Definitely going to visit again.

What can I say, the people that woke there are no help at all. I asked for help. I was waiting around for a good 12 minutes. I just walked out of there. And went somewhere else.

Went in for specialty LED replacement bulbs and needed help with the conversion from halogen to LED. Tried to figure it out myself, but, needed to ask since supply was low. Had 1 associate call for assistance over intercom...10 mins...no one came. Had associate at front call over intercom again...10 mins...no one came. I left. Called and asked to speak with manager... explained what happened...his response...Im looking at the lighting guy right now. Well why the hell didnt he go to aisle 1 the 2 times they called for him?! Every single time I go in the place the customer service sucks!!

This Home Depot is one of the best Ive ever been. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always organized.

Went in to buy a switch and electric meter to detect power plugs and switches. I able to find everything real quick and used the register in the garden area, no customers, I was over all satisfied.

I had a great experience at Home Depot. My sales person, Angel was great.! She gave me great customer service. She was the reason I bought the washing machine. I was going to Lowes to check there prices. But Angel change my mind.

Had what we needed in the garden dept. At half the price of the other garden store we looked at.

Cant find anyone to help and when you do find someone they roll there eyes and huff about it

Horrible service for garden center and lawnmower section! They keep saying let me call someone they never come to help. Young lady with the glasses at the register for garden center really is just there to check out. Thanks for nothing but I guess Ill go to lowes next time.

Full of people, mostly in the garden area, buying alot of shrubs and flower plants, of which there is a good amount to choose from...everybody that I saw was wearing masks...there was a plastic pot that was way under the metal shelf. I had no trouble finding someone to assist. There is a very good variety of garden flowers and shrubs [since we lost alot during the freeze], to pick from, prices vary. I would have gone for 5 stars, but alot of the flowers had no visible sign price..you had to ask and /or look on the pot itself, and some did not have a price.

Clean store and nice staff but the parking lot was a disaster area with carts everywhere.

Called and confirmed they had the item before making the trip. Got what I needed self checked out and left.

This Home Depot could have alot going for it if they could get some better management. The store is well stocked but the majority of the employees need to go. As soon as I walk in im the only one in line at customer service and there are 3 employees working there. One is with a customer and notices me while the other 2 chit chat with their backs to me standing at the register. Unless constant giggling is appropriate work related talk, I think its safe to say it wasnt Home Depot related. Then as Im leaving with the 9 kitchen cabinets I just purchased, in looking around for someone to help me load the heavy base cabinets and theres Noone in view other then the 2 groups of Home Depot employees standing around laughing and joking even after they noticed rhe 3 carts of materials I was loading from. Home Depot used to mean something to their employees!! And to us customers. It seems that time is slowly coming to pass, sad to say....

This place got some rude staff. This is the first time I visit a home depot. It is very hard to find staff to ask for help. I asked one of the staff about where I can find buntane, the elder staff imply that I cant read. When he took me to find buntane, he was at the edge of arguing with me and same the person who needs it need to come himself. I am here to find a can of buntane for my kitchen torch to make creme brulee, and there is no him. I didnt expect this grandpa to be so against female trying to look for item in this store. It will be the last time I will come here, at least this branch.

One week they have what I need, next time its gone. Really basic plant selection at this location, while webster and clear lake has way cooler plants. I think this store caters more to contractors than home owners and weekend warriors.

The staff there is excellent. Everybody is nice and helpful. From the greeter at the door handing out hand sanitizer to the person who checked me out to the people who loaded up the grill I bought and everybody in between was wonderful. Special thanks to the manager Leroy, Geo my salesperson, and Raphael, and Hector who carefully and successfully loaded this into my car. Thank you all.

The employees there at this location that I dealt with were unskilled in their dept. Also lazy and unwilling to help me with my needs. Just were standing around talking amongst themselves. And when they did send someone to assist me. They said they didnt know how to do what I needed done. So I got frustrated from waiting on assistance I left. However didnt ask to speak to supervisor because they also would have been unhelpful!!!waiting

Rented stump grinder, staff made the process of checking in and out very fast.

20 minutes.to get someone to help us get a mini refrigerator down then both employees had mask around their outh but not nose. As well as other employees wearing the the same way!!! Your employees need to learn how to wear mask properly.

Very courteous answered all my questions very knowledge of all about paint products and knew a lot about wood. That was my favorite part, their knowledge on wood.

The only reason I come to this one is when Lowe’s didn’t have what I needed. That’s very rare. This HomeDepot needs better management all the way around. I think it should be a company policy to leave parking spaces towards the front of the store for customers only. The cars in my picture I guarantee are not customers. I gave this HomeDepot 3 stars because most of the checkout personnel are helpful.Oh by the way. Good luck finding someone if you need help with something away from the cash registers.

I really like their current curbside pickup setup, its great. Just order online, drive to store, park in the designated area, text them or use the link on your email and let them know you are there and what you drive and the spot you are parked in and a min later they come to you and drop off your purchase. This is a fantastic service right now with covid and its super convenient. Other than that, they usually have everything I need for home improvement in stock and have good pricing online. This year lowes had better christmas trees in stock and better pricing but just compare the two and go to either since they are right across from each other depending on who is cheaper that day for your home improvement needs. You cant go wrong with either.
