The person that lived here prior to us is associated with rent a center, and they won’t stop knocking my kids are home while I work they don’t answer for strangers, And today the person came knocking banging and even covering our security camera with a paper twice, they even lifted the privacy netting on our windows I reaches Out to the police and my lawyer to file harassment; we told them weeks ago they moved out when they came by. The man even knocked on my kids windows scaring them.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I will never again waste my money not only at this location but with Rent-A-Center in general. I got a television from them that was almost $800 that I had to exchange after only two months of having it. The TV that I received As a “replacement” Was not worth the same value. Also this TV is Now having issues as well. No damage has ever been done to this TV but yet it cuts on and off whenever it wants. Unfortunately there’s nothing I can do because my monthly warranty expired but I just wanted to let Rent-A-Center know you all have horrible equipment and service. Do not waste your time with this company you will be better off going with conns!!!!

Just moved to texas from souther. Illinois and needed furniture to fill up my 2 bedroom apartment and they got me everything i needed quickly and reasonbly price the nice sales rep krystal was very professional and amazing to me my wife and 2 year.old as he was throwing a fit during our paper work process will definitely be doing more buisness with them in the future

Lisa one of the supposed managers from the Pasadena, TX location was a complete and utter pain from start to finish. She ran interference in service toe as I made my monthly payments in full amd on time. She turnes a short 6 month purchase plan a living hell whenever I called with a question or concern. What was the absolute worst was after making my final payment, I called a few months later to follow up on the companys failure to forward a final receipt and the certificate of ownerahip which flowed into the pandemic. LISA who answered had the nerve to decline my request while yelling after I advised her that my request should be simple and that this was the last thing people needed to deal with considering the state of nation. LISA then hung up the phone in my face. A few days later I received the documents I was seeking but it stained me permanently. I WILL NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE, MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM ANY RENT-A-CENTER THANKS TO THAT LADY AND MY EXPERIENCE. The best part is I was looking to puchase multiple rooms of furniture after she provided me this wonderful service. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, THIS PLACE ISNT WORTH IT. P.S. THERE WAS ONE SMALL SILVER LINING AND HIS NAME WAS PATRICK. THANK YOU PATRICK FOR ALL OF YOUR QUALITY SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM, YOH ARE WHO SHOULD BE RUNNING THAT HELL HOLE

Great place to get furniture

I was told the bedroom furniture was brand new but I now have a bed bug rash on my right arm. So disappointed I havent had this long at all. Like not long and Im upset that want this price for bed bugs 🐛 on them. New furniture should be wrapped but my delivery guys were over an hour late but they were nice also, it look like they pulled a mattress and called it new

Awful! Dont expect to use the extra warranty, because they wont let you. The women who work there are beyond rude! Took my money to Aarons and got a way better deal without the rudeness and stress!

I’ve never met such RUDE people in my entire life. everyone who works here ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. the way they run the business & treat their customers is DISGUSTING & i wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. if i could do i stars i would.

I would not give them a star but I had to qualify even one to be able to publishDefinitely I do not recommend this furniture the furniture is used and is not in good condition ... You are 2 weeks late and for a minimal amount and they create the zuat type house and they confiscate the furniture you almost knock down the door OMG I could not believe it Until I lived it and I was told by a friend, the same thing happened to them but it did not create them hahaha, what a bad staff it has but good to take it to take it and well they convince you and then they will not wait a week that is the hook them sell used furniture and then before you finish paying they take it away they do not wait a week to pay ... Because they sell it again that bad furniture would never recommend it to anyone ...
