Didnt know i needed an appointment, but was let in anyway to look. Debbie,at front desk was very helpful and I was able to purchase a sink. She also made an account for me and answered questions I had on kitchen equipment. Ill be back!

Went there this morning, excellent customer service.

I was told by their customer service that I would get a call back from them with a quote on the vanity top I was looking for within 3 days but instead I had to email them and call them several times and it has been almost 4 weeks. Very bad customer service.

As a designer and Project Manager, Ive worked with different sales reps at this location on several projects over the past few years. The best service Ive received has been while working with Deborah Godert. Im at a loss to learn shes been relocated recently. Shes a real asset to my business and I will follow her wherever she ends up. However, it would be wonderful to have her back locally, not 25 miles away! Please, bring Deb back!!

Hector Beltran customer service is exceptional! Hes very knowledgeable of the products and with his personal insight, he made our shopping a wonderful experience.

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. WORSE service ever, if i could I would give them zero stars . I think you get better service from home depot. They are great at customer service when you first arrive there and you are making the purchase, but good luck getting anything on time and dont believe the 4 day deliver or even the 7 day delivery, i am now on week 4 and i am still missing parts and had to cancel many other parts that they sold me but were not in stock or wouldnt be delivered for another 3 weeks . They dont check if things are in stock they just wait to tell you a week later when you dont get your delivery, and now they are hanging up on me and not picking up when I call back. Extremely dissapointed, never again . I dont usually take the time to write reviews but the service was just the worse and I wanted to let others know, in hope of saving you the headache while remodeling .

Nice show room and friendly staff. Most of the stuff gets delivered quickly.
