I have always bought my appliances from this place, and never had a bad experience.The staff is always very friendly, answers any questions that I have, is always knowledgeable and will deliver same day AND take your old appliance away.Its a family owned and operated business, which I always prefer to support over a big box store.Plus, everytime Ive ever been there is always a puppy (dog - I call all dogs puppies).I have NEVER had a bad experience.Would strongly recommend them for your appliance needs.

Needed a part for our washing machine. Got the part had trouble installing it ( doing it myself). Jaun stayed the course and helped me through it. Friendly and likable people made a bad day for me go alot better.

Ive never had this many problems when buying an appliance second hand from a store such as this. Ive had problems with the washer at least once a week. Normally easy enough to fix so I do it myself instead of waiting days for a tech.Our dryer has gone out 3x, that weve had to have a tech come out. This time we were told that since our 3m warranty Exp they can only come look to see what is wrong and well have to pay for the part. Stated if it is the same issue the part is about $60. I just ordered that same part off Amazon for $7. Paying for something after warranty is gone is understandable but the price inflation is not.We were told that this part is going out because it is too close to the wall. We havent moved it back for where the tech left it (1 from the wall) and it is still breaking. Only to find out today that the tech is putting the same excuse each time. How frustrating.

I bought a washer and dryer from them on 3/28/2020. Mr. Miguel was very kind by helping me accommodate my budget as well as the extra warranty. I did have a problem with the washer. I called them on Monday morning. Although he couldnt make it on time to the appointment. He did call me later that evening to reschedule for tomorrow morning. He end up bringing me a newer washer and say that my warranty transfer over to that new machine. Although he does take his sweet time, but just be patient because he will get you taken care ok. Scammers and price Gougers I will never spend my money there again went to buy a heat element kit and they had the parts in store but they split the kit up and sold the items individually what would cost $24.00 on Amazon for the whole kit they jacked their price to a $149.00

Bought a refrigerator and the compressor went out a few months later.The technician came to my house and fixed it right away. Truly professional and I had absolutely no problems with them,and Mary in the store was courteous and professional.I highly recommend the place to anyone and I will be back there in the future for my appliances.

I highly recommend this company. I bought a washer there 3 1/2 months ago and was given three month warranty. The washer broke after the warranty expired and the owner still came and sent his technicians to fix my washer. I was not paid or told to do this. The technicians literally left about 10 minutes ago. If you need a washer dryer or any appliance call these people very nice family owned company very professional people.

Bought a Samsung fridge in November of 2017 broke down in may of 2018 he came out said he was gonna order the part and never came back and never returns my calls or text. Never shopping here again.

Our washer stopped working the 2nd day we had it. The man that dropped it off, Chase, claimed there was a warranty and to call him if we had any issues. He never answered our calls.
