I took my car in because my tires needed a patch/replacement, and I was overdue for an oil change. I specifically asked for both when I brought it in. The girl at the front desk was a little bit snarky, but I brushed it off. After about two hours they called me, said everything was fine and all had been fixed, so I picked up my car the same day. I checked the paper they gave me and it verified that all my tires were in good condition.Then the next day my tire pressure light went on again. I figured it was just the weather or they hadn’t filled it up enough. Then it started going off once a day, so I made an appointment at a tire repair shop to replaced. However, it wasn’t soon enough because today woke up to a flat tire. It’s now being towed away to a different repair shop.Honestly, I’m so disappointed with this service. I’ve never had any issues with them before. But I specifically asked them to fix the tires and I guess that they only filled them up. I’m also wondering how they could miss a leak that was large enough to cause a flat? It doesn’t sound like they are doing a thorough job. My family has been purchasing from this dealership and using their service center for years. But I have no intention of going back after what I experienced.

Caught a huge bolt in my tire tread on 695 this morning, took the closest exit and stopped at the closest tire place - got an estimated 2 hour plus wait because they were fully booked. Called around and Quick Lane said they could take me ASAP so I drove over, theyre around the back of a Ford dealership so a bit hard to see from the road.They got me in and out in about an hour while they were pretty busy.29$ and it seems like a pretty good patch job - Im happy!

Terrible customer service. They never answer their phone and never call back if you leave a message. Ive been here for service on a work vehicle multiple times and i have never had a good experience.

Do not waste your time they will not answer the phone and act like you do not exist if you are black.

Been here multiple times and never had an issue. Waited longer than I’ve wanted to for just an oil change numerous times but whatever. Today I went, no cars in the parking area, and no one waiting inside and was told an oil change would take at least a couple hours. I believe I was told this because they just didn’t want to do it due to it raining outside, otherwise, why would it be called “Quicklane”. Nothing quick about a couple hour wait for a simple oil change. Unfortunate, they’ve definitely lost a customer with multiple vehicles because of this.

Ive been here twice. First time, they replaced my battery (its one a mechanic has to replace due to location) they hit a check valve on the brake line and my brakes stopped working. I brought it right back. The person behind the counter tried to charge me a diagnosis fee. After asking for a manager, they replaced the check valve for free . Okay, not a huge deal. They fixed their mistake.I came back to get my oil changed and they said it was going to be an hour. Two hours later Im leaving. They came up with about $900 worth of flushes to do on my car because lines can freeze and burst...its April. I had them change the cabin air filter. The guy apologized for the delay...there was a backup at the car wash. I waited forever, for a car wash. They should have asked me if I wanted the car wash since there was a delay. I dont care if my car is washed if its going to take another 30 or 45 minutes.I wont be coming back here.

Had me back on the road within 15 minutes. Only paid $25, good service.

Love the quick lane at this location. Fast and good service. They never offered anything that I didnt need.

It was my worst experience their this far ai Bob davidsons especially during the check out phase that cost me an additional half an hour just for paperwork
