This was our first visit to Family Car Care and wont be our last!! We went in for an oil change and waited. WOW, very nice people! I felt very comfortable with them working on my car AND tire rotation was included! That was a great surprise. I also had new cabin filters installed and I knew I had a slight exhaust leak which the showed me exactly were it was at and gave me an estimate. The oil change and filters were very fairly priced and they are local in my neighborhood. Supporting local businesss is so important right now and I will be returning for any future automotive needs. Thank you to everyone at Family Car Care for taking great care of my car!

I was a complete stranger off the street, ran low on oil and my check engine light came on. They really did me a good turn.I came back to get a diagnostic done and my goodness, they have one of the most comfortable waiting room/office rooms I have ever experienced. Proffesional, great people, and great service. Highly recommend. If they were closer to where I live, and if I didnt have a trusted family mechanic who happens to be related to me, this would be my go-to place.

Out of all the mechanics Ive called, only this one stayed on the phone with me while he drew up an estimate (instead of promising to call me back with an estimate and never calling back). These guys know what theyre talking about, their pricing is fair, their service is professional, Family Car Care is my go-to now.

I took my 09 Sienna into FCC for an issue with the sliding door and exhaust. Michael was great to work with and was able to get me in & out even having to order a part. 5/5 I would recommend this repair shop to anyone whos looking for honest recommendations and a fair price. Youve got a customer for life!

Needed new muffler. Called for appointment. Brought it in after calling so they could look at it. Was told needed new exhaust,pipes catalytic converter and was quoted one price, but when I picked up car price was higher! When I mentioned orig price was told new price was tax and gaskets. Wont bring cars back here again.

I can finally say that I have found a place that does awesome professional work. Although they are a shop with over head and it’s expected to pay for the going rate they still gave me a good honest price and didn’t just make up stuff that the vechicle doesn’t need. Very Honest people there. Thank you for doing a awesome job places like your are hard to find.

I started getting my services done here and I’m extremely happy with them 👍. One thing I really love is that they have a really clean, nice, and comfortable waiting room. Most mechanic shop waiting rooms smell like oil and gas, but their waiting room doesn’t bc it’s not attached to the mechanic shop so I really like that about them.

Every experience at FCC is the same; an absolute pleasure. Now its never a good day when something goes wrong with the car but it is a great day when you know the guys at FCC are going to take care of it. I am always pleasantly greeted as I get comfortable in a large, clean waiting area. Meanwhile, a mechanic is diagnosing the problem, explaining the options and repairing my vehicle in a timely and efficient manner. I was so glad they were able to diagnose and fix the problem with my car. I felt the price was much more reasonable than taking it to the dealer. Nice and honest people. i needed a whole differential replaced. They were able to locate the part in one day.

This place is great. Mike is very kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We have used them twice now and I plan on taking my car in for break service soon.Prices are great too. Was not aware that they did foreign car service. Took my BMW for a battery problem. They nailed it. Had them do a full service. Everything is awesome. They have my business both foreign and domesticTook my 2003 Celica in for its annual maintenance.#1 It costs less than Jiffy Lube for better service#2 They took it the same day and finished it the same day#3 I was late to pick up the car but they waited for meWas truly impressed by their service. Will go back again and recommend them to all my neighbors

Ladies bring some one with you if you know nothing about cars. Men seem to know whats a fair price. Friendly staff. Great oil change prices. I know now to always bring a guy/woman who has knowledge about car repairs.

Mike the owner/manager has been very responsive to my car needs. He and his staff are very methodical in solving very issues my car has had recently and his charges are reasonable and appropriate. I highly recommend Family Car Care Center.

So a friend of mind recommended this spot to me for service on my car. I went to this spot on Wednesday 4.10.19 to have my AC checked out after the Honda dealer quoted me $240.... yeah wasnt paying that 😂 I was impressed with Family Car Care lobby/waiting area straightaway 👍🏾.Nice and Clean. Mike at the front desk was pleasant and friendly. He gave some great suggestions & recommendations for my car. I was in and out in less than an hour. My AC so far is working great. I live in Harford County but work in Towson so I stopped by on my way for an oil change and brakes. Service was fast, they got me out so quickly! Im always rushing around so I truly appreciated that. The technician even noticed that my over-head lights were not working when he opened the door, so he threw in a fuse for me! How thoughtful. Spent most of my life around cars. Over the years, Ive pretty much had my fair share of racing, classic and luxury cars. Had a few clunkers too. Been to many many auto service centers, but never one like this.Had a slow leak in the right rear tire. Decided to stop in and see if Family Car Care could help me. First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the shop area. Everything was in perfect order. Like beyond clean !Met with Mike at service desk. He took my car back around and into the shop without even writing up a service ticket. Told me to have a seat and watch some T.V. The waiting room area is beyond belief. So spacious. Super nice furniture, huge flat screen t.v. And again “clean” beyond your wildest imagination.Well about 15 or 20 minutes transpired and here comes Mike with my car keys. “You’re done...... small screw stuck in tires. No big deal. just a simple repair and you’re good as new” None of this, “ Well we had to dismount the tire and wheel assembly. Then we had to break down the tire and repair the hole. Of course, we had to rebalance the assembly before reinstalling it back onto the car................”And here comes the bill: $$$$$$Mike wouldn’t take a penny for his services.End of story, I took a handful of business cards off the counter to give my friends, and now I’m sitting in front of my computer writing this review.It’s not suppose to be that simple anymore. Mike, and Family Car Care proved me wrong and now they have a new customer for life......

I dropped my car off for a MD inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. I am quite pleased with the customer service and education I received. I wasnt happy about the outcome of the inspection, but Michael fully explained everything to me, showed me, educated me, and provided advice. I enjoyed my experience with Family Car Care.

Excellent!!!!! Best service I had at any mechanic shop. I brought in my 2012 Kia Optima for routine maintenance and got a hell of a deal( compared to 2 other estimates I got). The waiting room is super chilled that I forgot I was waiting!!!! You guys really need to check this place out. Great location too.
