I had to wait in the lobby for over 1 hour with both of my kids since they did not order the right tires for the appointment I scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time. I was the 2nd in line and obviously hands full with kids. Still took them probably 30+ minutes to check the shop to see if they had 4 tires in my size (common size). I had ordered Cooper tires but they could only offer Kelly and some others in stock. So I didnt end up getting what I had wanted either but I needed the job done so I had the Kelly put on. But I would have felt better with what I had originally specd but they failed to order the tires. How hard is it to be prepared to do the job and order the parts the customer requested?Unless they can somehow show me that I will have a better customer experience next time, not going back. Waste a huge amount of my time and created lots of unnecessary stress to not do the job as we had agreed upon weeks before appointment time.

One of the best Mr. Tire Ive been to in Baltimore. Manager Joe and the crew are awesome! They get the job done right and the price is always reasonable!

Came here a week in a half ago to get my front passenger tire fixed due to a slow leak . They put a patch it in and told me a patch is better than a plug . In that week in a half I had to pull over in the side of the road to put air in that same tire . I bring my vehicle back up here today so that they can fix my tire because they didn’t fix it correctly the first time . I leave my vehicle comes back 2 hours later they fix the wrong tire . They tells me I had a slow leak in my rear passenger tire which I already knew but that is not why I bought my vehicle up here for . So I fuss and tell them to fix the tire that was supposed to be fixed . They tells me that the same tire had a nail in it in the same spot so I tells them to take a picture of it because at this point I don’t believe them . So he shows me so I ask where is the nail, now they saying it’s no nail just a small hole . At this point I am angry and calling corporate on them . Instead of apologizing for not correctly fixing the tire the first time they are trying to dress up this problem. As many times that I have been here I will never come back to this place again

Very slow service. I went for a simple oil change, they told me it is 1 hour wait, but took a good 2 and half hours! Take your business somewhere else if you appreciate your time!

I recently took my car to get a oil change and get transmission fuel. Brandon and the tech are the absolute at what they do. The customer service was excellent!!! It was speedy, they were attentive to all the needs of my car and made sure I left satisfied. From now on I will be going to see Brandon for all my car needs FIRST!! I told my friends and family the same thing!! They’re the best....HANDS DOWN!!!!

My friend asked for a specific brand of tires that she was told they would have to order when she arrived she asked if her tires were in and was told they were. However she was given another brand and need up buying a tire warranty for the two tires bought and they ended up disposing of her one tire that was ok when the one needed to be replaced. Check your service before paying your bill.

After changing a flat tire in the 90 degree weather, laying down next to the fast lane, I thought my day couldnt get more challenging. I called so many places looking for help to patch my tire but no one could accommodate. I called Mr Tire on Joppa road and spoke to Brandon who assured me he would get me taken care of whether it was a patch job or a new tire I needed. My tire wasnt repairable but he quickly found me a new tire and had me out the door in 30 mins. He even organized my trunk, cleaned my rims, and before I pulled off got the cicada guts off my windshield! I will now go to this Mr tire (Joppa Road) for all my needs because anyone who is that dedicated to their position is the type of business I want to do business with!

I cant say this reflects all Mr. Tire locations, but this was my most recent experience at this particular one.On August 6, I was driving home and my tire pressure light came on. I pulled into a store along Joppa Rd and saw my drivers side front tire was almost totally flat. I put the donut on and drove to this Mr. Tire. I knew I had purchased the tire there, along with the road hazard coverage. The puncture was in the tread so I knew it was able to be patched.When I arrived, I explained the situation to the front desk guy. He looked at the tire and proceeded to write up a price quote of somewhere between $30-$40. I asked him why I was being charged since I bought the road hazard coverage. He checked my records and confirmed I had coverage. He told me they would take the tire back, and *if* the tire was fixable, they would fix it free of charge (not really free since you pay for the coverage).About 15 minutes later, he comes out and tells me that the tire only has 2/32 of tread left and cant be fixed, that my other front tire is in the same condition, 2/32, and that the back tires are 4/32 and all need to be replaced soon. So, they couldnt patch the puncture, and I had to be a brand new tire.While it is true that tires at 2/32 or below cant be patched, I learned later on that I was lied to about the condition of my tires. I just went to the local auto parts store and bought myself a $3.99 tread depth gauge. The front tire (the one they claimed was 2/32) is somewhere nearly 7/32. The back tires are even better. What is more, the tread wear marker should be flush at 2/32 and its nowhere near that.So, if you purchase tires from here, either opt out of the road hazard coverage (theyll scam you into buying a new tire) or carry around a tread gauge so you can periodically check your tires yourself so they cant lie to you to sell you a new tire you dont need right away.

Came in the other day and had new tires installed. Branden and Keith were great, very professional and did wonderful work on my car. Will definitely be back for any future needs as well as recommend to friends/family!

They charge $40 just to install a tire. Thats outrageous. Every other shop in the area charges between $15-$25. Mr Tire will charge you $25 but only for their own tires. If you bring your tire it is $40. Every MR Tire seems to have different prices btw.

I purchased all new tires. The service itself was basic, no problems. The customer service was lacking. When I arrived for my appointment, there wasnt anyone at the counter to greet me. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I was told by another customer that the person who assists people at the counter, had went to the work area. I waited for another 5 munites, then went to the work area door and asked for someone to assist me.The clerk never apologized, but came right out. I was disappointed that the online price was not the same as the out-the-door price, which turned out to be $100 more than what I expected to pay. The company may want to consider updating prices online, so customers know this up-front.Also, apparently, (as I was told by the clerk) at this location, that has a small parking lot, you cant park your car near the work area of the shop because the parking lot towing company tends to tow peoples cars. This doesnt make sense and should probably be worked out between mgmt and the towing company.

I love this shop. The workers are friendly and very thorough. They get the job done and they go the extra mile to let you know what’s needed for your vehicle. With Mr Tire you get service with a smile. The best manager there is named Chris. He gives great friendly service and is very knowledgeable about his craft.

Wonderful service at this location, they took good care of me and my car. When I came in the manager was disinfecting the chairs in the waiting area, making sure everything was clean and sanitized for the customers. They have been fantastic to deal with during this pandemic.

This is second time we have made appointments and when you get here the appointment has been changed and the guy at counter makes you feel like you have made a mistake but in all honesty showed up twice for the time I was told. And now my wait is longer. I dont think its fair. Also while sitting here theres bugs. Took pictures to prove it.Not happy with my experience with this location.

So with all the crazy going on this location was open and clean. The manager Jim made me feel safe, social distancing was encouraged, and he allowed me to do a key drop without coming in the store. I have immune deficiency so I am at risk for the virus. But he made it work so I didnt have to have contact with anyone. It was great and he was very considerate. Will return again

The most anti-customer service auto service that I have encountered. I had a tire emergency at 5pm on Wed. (which apparently was really to blow out and I was headed for the highway next) and needed to find an auto place that could diagnose the problem. It took 3 places to get this done and with the 2nd place, Mr. Tire, actually providing anti-help. The Mr. Tire front desk service was actually deliberately unhelpful. I told her that I was willing to wait until after all appointments, and that I did not feel safe driving my car. *As I also have physical disabilities, this could land me in further unsafe situations if something happened on a highway. I was told to deal with it myself, with an insincere “sorry.”I stressed that I was desperate and worried about driving in my tire in that state, and her response was to call my insurance to see if they had any towing options. I politely asked for towing services available in the area, and her response was, “Oh you have to figure that out yourself.” Okaaaaay.... Any help here? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?I think I would have been better off with this person taking a fake sick day, then at least I might be able to find something on the desk with a phone number to call. It is worth mentioning that this person did not TRY to call anyone else who works there to see if anything could be done. I understand appointments always take priority, but emergencies happen and I am a loyal Mr. Tire customer of over 10 years (if that means anything). I was willing to wait hours for a couple minutes of a service (really safety) consult. The response offered was a big F-you.... actually more like a *Go F yourself.End of the story: NTB took me in immediately (which shocked me because I expected to wait a couple hours), and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in LESS THEN 1 MIN. Apparently a minute of Mr. Tire dealing with a customer is a minute too long. NTB was sincere, took my concerns seriously and I have them to thank immensely for bringing me (and my car) home safely. I had never been there before and I was FLOORED they went so far out of their way to reassure and help me - and NTB welcomed me back ANY time. Wow. Such a difference.

Marc and Joe took care of me so well, I will most definitely be coming back to this Mr. Tire location for my next set of tires. These guys really took the time to help me find an all new set of tires that fit my budget and my needs. The price was also very fair. Thank you guys, again, for putting the effort into genuinely helping me out.

Chris and Marcus were absolutely wonderful, they went above and beyond for the brake service on my car. not just once but twice. This is the best Mr. Tire, the staff takes care of their customers and they make sure the work is completed properly.

A tire was loosing pressure slowly, so we called for an appointment. Great phone skills, extremely professional and responsive. Booked a convenient appointment and Mark was even understanding when I called to say I was running late. From the time I arrived until I left was 40min or less including identifying the screw in the tread and repairing the tire. I would definitely go back! Mark was very fast with the paperwork and checkout too! (It was a rental car)

I expected to put some money into it. My first visit was for an emergency tire repair over a year ago. I was addressed immediately with a smile and a patient ear. Fortunately my emergency fell on one of their light days...So, my tire was repaired immediately. They are fair, honest and considerate that everyone doesnt have a unlimited credit line. Ive been back for all my tire service since. I highly recommend this location to my friends, family and you! They have received the same level of care. Professional, friendly service

Just wanted to drop a quick note on how helpful this particular Mr. Tire was when we needed tires for my sons car. Marc did all he could to tell us exactly what was needed and the work was done in a timely fashion. They even helped with the insurance since his tires were slashed from vandalism. Thanks Marc!!

Went for a trail run in loch raven and came back to a flat tire. They check if the tires were in stock and even recommended a tow company. 4 tires done in just over an hour with no appointment. Made my day.

I have been using this store for awhile now. I went in yesterday and I was helped by Dave. This guy is a fire cracker! So energetic! So up beat! It’s a breathe of fresh air to see someone that clearly loves their job. I asked him about it, and he said he gets up each day and loves what he does. That’s outstanding! I feel like I should of paid more with the comedy show that Dave and the other employee gave me and the other lady in the waiting room. They had us both laughing the whole time. I’ll never go anywhere else for any automotive needs.

Ive been coming to this Mr. Tire for years for oil changes, new tires and brakes. They do good quality work, they are always courteous, and they explain whats going on with your vehicle and your options without being pushy. Kevin and Marc were awesome on my most recent visit.

Mark is one of the most polite and accommodating people I’ve met in the Tire service industry. Every time I take my car in, he fits me in no matter how busy they are. He recommends services but never pushes them on you. Quality work and always the best price!
