Put them out of business and then they will probably know how to treat potential paying customers. ZERO STARS ALL THE WAY.

I came here to read reviews before I decided to go there. The negative reviews almost discouraged me but I decided to take a chance on them. Believe you me, my experience was amazing. I called in first and the owner’s wife ( I believe she is) answered the phone. She politely spoke to me which definitely brought some relief. I proceeded right away. I got there and they acted so professionally. Their service was nothing but excellent. I’m indeed a satisfied customer and I would certainly recommend this autoservice to anyone. You won’t regret it one bit.

Terrible experience. People input wrong info on title and charged me way too much for title and when I tried to take my title back and go somewhere else they refused to give me until I paid them. Dont ever bring your car over here or try to get title done. Terrible staff hardly speak any English as well. Had to repeat myself multiple times to them

The absolute worst auto repair company ever. They charged my son for work they never completed. Took the car to another repair shop and they showed us a video of all the damage that was caused by this shady company. Headed to civil court now. I called to see if we can work things out on atleast a refund on some of the failed services and they hung up and refused to talk. DO NOT GO THERE!

Went to get my car inspected, process was easy, wait time is close to 2 hours after performing repair service on site at reasonable price. Service was great, can get tags there as well but recommend going to mva, needless to say I passed inspection.

ZERO STARS! Don’t take your car there for inspection.

DISREGARD THE STAR...I HAD TO SELECT ONE TO POST THIS COMPLAINT!! After making me wait for 4.5 hours they failed my inspection. Citing that I had a nail in my 3 day old tires and needed an alignment (which I just had done). They also said I had a bad wheel bearing and needed a rotor...the brakes were just done a week ago by Mercedes Benz. These guys are CROOKS!! I will be reporting this to the Atty General. I paid them $80 and took my car. This BS has to end...any suggestions???

I dropped off my 2002 Golf TDI at 11am, which I had made an appointment for the previous day; they said it would only take an hour or so. They never got back to me or called me back. I called them at about 7:20pm to see if my car had been looked over, and they said no, but it was being pulled in the shop right then. However, about 10 minutes later they called me saying their mechanic did not want to deal with it because, it goes wob wob wob too loud,. Its a diesel - they have a different sound than a gas car. When I went to pick up my car this morning at 8:30am they were not open, even though their posted hours clearly state that they open at 7:30am on their website. I have called a few times since then to make sure they are open before going back over there. Theyre just now open at 9:30. They open whenever they want with no regard for their posted hours, they dont keep appointment times, they are obviously inexperienced if they dont know what a diesel motor sounds like, and they might just refuse to work on your car after youve left it there all day. The only upside is they did not charge me for using their parking lot.

Arrived at 8:10 (information, [EVEN POSTED] says open at 7:30) however, not open. Called both public phone numbers, no answer. The phone lines dont even offer a voicemail option, which leads me to believe that this place is no longer open.

Very reasonable place with integrity.

8:12 am, nobody is here. Do not waist your time, just go somewhere else!

I can’t even understand them and they hang up on me.
