Staff is very eager to help. One young lady that was helping me had answers to all of my questions. Not once did she seem unsure of any answer to a question I asked about. A friend of mine was looking for a lap top. I was just along for the ride but I enjoyed window shopping for Google maps. The young lady never seemed annoyed with me. Thank you guys keep up the Great work😉.

Gigi was such great help I went in to buy a TV and she went above and beyond to help me from start to finish. She answered all my questions even took the time to help me with my application. I expressed to her I was new to the area and she recommended places I should visit and places to eat she also gave me flyers to pass out at my job about their sales they got at the store. I will definitely recommend my co workers and friends to go see her. Watching her manage a full store with customer and answer phone all while taking care of me was impressive not once did she stress she made sure everyone was taken care of all while keeping a smile on her face. Such a great worker with a great attitude! If I could give her 10 stars I definitely would.

Gigi was super friendly and helpful! The process was fast and any questions we had she answered. We even had our order delivered within 2 days of being there! Definitely recommend!

This company is straight trash!!! I have never been so disgusted by humans in my entire life. I contacted the corona virus and was out of work for almost a month. I got TWO WEEKS behind on my stuff because I just couldn’t afford it at that moment from missing so much work and just asked for more time, and instead they came and took what I have been paying on for almost a year now. Didn’t care that me and my family was sick. Didn’t care I wasn’t working atm due to the PANDEMIC!! And took my couches and washer and dryer that I have paid well over 3000$ for already. I hope you get shut down or lose business! Absolute TRASH!!!!!!!

We went into RAC after a long day of driving to set up delivery on our stuff. GIGi was the most wonderful employee I have every meet. She answered everything an even walked us throw putting in our orders cause we live 3 hours away right now. She is the only reason we came back to the store and will be the only person we see when we get the rest of our house set up..

They were eager to help me while I was in a bind and salvaged a family vacation for guests at our condo in PCB. Thanks so much! This kind of customer service is frequently hard to come by. I absolutely love the Rent a center on 23rd street. All of the employees are always very nice and are willing to work with you in any situation. I have gotten my furniture, bed, deep freezer..etc. from them and will continue to do so!! Definitely 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is not a friendly store they do not care bout their customers and what u see online u can not get.. I got a set and I put up with the set for 7 months I finally said enough is enough and send their products back to them

I just wanna say I love this Rent-A-Center in this location they have helped me so much with my computer and just giving me the best prices and just all-around amazing people here Mr. Frederick was able to fix my computer after my kids messed it up and they have just been a blessing.

Went to the ReGrand Opening. The store looks fantastic and the staff were very nice. Jason explained the rental program to me and I was very pleased with the washer and dryer we selected. The delivery was on time and the guys were super nice and very cautious during the delivery and setup. I highly recommend this location.

Jason is a great guy to deal with. We ran into an issue with paperwork and he fixed it quickly and professionally. Really happy with their service!

This is the best place to rent the manager jason goes above and beyond to get the best deals and nicest sets you can have. He even helped deliver our items. He is always friendly. The other man, whos delivered twice for us now is on time and an amazingly hard worker. This is the best matched team and we highly recommend this location.

If I didnt need the furniture or washer and dryer set I would send it back. Never again will Rent-a-center receive my business! First problem is I picked out a couch set which was brand new and didnt have previous owners. Before it was even delivered they left it out on customer floor where a kid broke the back to my couch. So I had to completely pick a new set. Like how does this happen?!?!?! Then they delivered my furniture 2 days after it was supposed to and the person dropped my sofa in the mud just before my front porch. Lastly I am never late on my weekly payments and paid the morning after it was due and get assessed a 20 late fee. This is the most insane thing I have ever experienced!! I will never again be using rent-a-center and I highly suggest you go elsewhere!! Dont even waste your time with them.
