Had been to Home Depot for a new washer and dryer, it was gonna take almost 3 weeks to get it! Went to the Appliance Center and they had EXACTLY what I wanted/needed (LG❤) Gotta give God the credit but he worked through these guys! Thanks so much🙏🏻❤

I certainly hope their products are better than their personnel. I was cut off in traffic earlier today by a driver of theirs who felt it was neccessary to flip me several middle fingers in response to me honking. When you nearly run me off the road, a simple honk is merciful. I called three times to report said driver. The frist two times, my call was magically cut off. The third time I got the answering machine, and it appears that following up with me is not a priority at all. If this is how they like their company to be represented, then giving them your money is surely a bad idea.

Excellent customer service. I have purchased several appliances here and cant say enough about their people. Doris communication is amazing and she worked with Mark, the store manager to get the products to me as fast as possible. Hunter did the installations and he went above and beyond as well, even sweeping and cleaning up all the way out the door! Highly recommend this local business-they delivered to Okaloosa Island within a few days, where the big stores couldnt even figure out whether they had appliances in stock! Call these folks-you will be glad you did!

We ordered a refrigerator weeks ago. Paid for it in advance. The refrigerator did not arrive when we were told that it would be. After many attempts of calling them and no answer, along with leaving multiple voice mails and no returned calls, we had to drive an hour there to check on our order. When asked about an arrival date, they were unsure. We continue to call for status update and they will not return our phone calls.

I have been very upset with the overall lack of customer service from this company. We purchased a home and needed a washer and dryer. I should have read the reviews first. I will never make this mistake again. We walked in and were ignored. I should have walked out. The older sales guy was forced to help us. I should have walked out. We settled on a washer and dryer set, paid and had delivery set up. It was delivered and when the delivery guy took it off the truck i noticed the washer was not in a box but the dryer was. I asked why and he told me “you bought the floor model”. I told him i did not i bought two new items. It gets worse. I called and the sales guy that didn’t want to help us that had to and to top it off, can’t make any decisions and he can’t remember to return your phone call. About 4 to 5 days and that many phone calls and i was told “that’s all we had so we sent the floor model”. So they tried to pull the wool over me but i caught them. Let me add it Had scratches all around three sides. I should have sent it back. My second mistake. I was offered $50 and i finally got a $100 refund of which i had to call back three times to get. None of this has set well with me because my whole point was to “shop small”. Every call i made was never returned. I always had to call back to get anything done. I’ll go to a new Google Review to tell you what happens next. I’m so sorry i didn’t do my homework before i walked in their door. Everyone else in PCB has been fantastic.

I did not choose this place, our builder did. We had a dishwasher that came with our brand new home it was riddled with mold within a few months—it never dried the dishes since we got it. Our dishwasher looked like it was 800 years old with the amount of mold in it that also ruined lots of our dishes. Their initial tech tried to tell me it was because I used plastic ware—are you kidding me? I basically had to demand it be replaced. The techs that came the second time were nice, but the “new” dishwasher arrived with a giant dent in the door. I’m not sure if I believe their products are truly new or refurbished. They did say their manager will replace the door. But it is just frustrating they don’t even inspect their products.

Men here were very helpful and knowledgeable. The price we paid here was less than even the big box stores in the area. Deliveryman was quick and polite. Going here First next time!!!

Needed a microwave and refrigerator replacement quickly in a beach rental. Big box stores had nothing in stock...or if they did, delivery/install was two weeks out. These guys had what we needed and delivery/install in 3 days. Thanks so much!

After numerous issues with contractors since the storm, it was refreshing to have someone answer my call, schedule the service, show up on time, and properly install my new appliances. Thank you! We moved into our new home on a Monday with no fridge or washer and dryer. We went to two of the big box stores only to find that their ads promising next day delivery are meaningless (they are closer to the next day we want to come, and thats after the ten days it takes for us to get the item....). Anyway, we ended up going to Appliance Center in the hope we could find a local business that understood what they sold and could give you a reasonable delivery date, and that is what we found . The manager had to order the fridge we wanted, and then offered to deliver the washer and dryer the next day along with a loaner fridge while we awaited delivery of our new one! We declined the loaner, as everything was to be delivered and in place within three days - and it was. Good service, local folks, and prices that beat the box stores: whats not to like?

Bought 4 appliances for my remodel. My whirlpool fridge only lasted 1.5 years. Bob, at the appliance center, will not do anything for me. So much for supporting a local business. The have no honor.

Be sure to go with your hubby, dont assume they know what they are selling to you. Prices are better than Lowes. Also have used. Bought a used stove recently. Great price and they delivered it and took old stove away! You must ask to see their used appliances back room.

I could not be happier with the duel fuel, double oven stove I bought from the Appliance Center and with their service after the sale. I accidently put my ovens on demo mode and that made me unable to get the ovens to heat. After trying to figure it out, I asked the Appliance Center for help and they sent some to fix it right away. He had it fixed in just a few minutes and the house call was covered. We live in Port St. Joe. The Appliance Center has earned all my appliance business!

My wife were in desperate need of a new washer and dryer. The team at The Appliance Center answered all of our questions and helped us make the right choice for our family. We choose to have it delivered and installed and the guys did a thorough job making sure we were all hooked up and everything was functioning properly.

Over priced, and sales guy doesnt understand, when you say you have a package price deal and we ask what is it, just says well its what you like, no info on brand of the package deal and what we are getting in this deal?... sales tactic 101 when he say you have a package deal you going to say hey I got this Whirlpool set for this price you get these three items or I got this price of LG etc thats what a package price deal is you give them the option of name brands not just sit there and just keep saying oh I got a package price starting at this price range and it goes up. So does that mean I pick any refrigerator or microwave of any brand I want and its going to be always this price versus the sticker price its kind of confusing when you say you have a package deal price. And dont do any kind of info on brands that price range I will be buying from.

These guys are GREAT!!! As a result of things seemingly ALWAYS breaking down around our place, I have had to call these kind folks upon more than one occasion. They arent just selling parts. Rather, they took the time to walk me through the troubleshooting phase, as well as, explained in detail how to replace the necessary and defective parts. These days, there are FEW companies around that demonstrate this degree of patience and superb customer service. I cannot say enough good things about the good folks at the Appliance Center! Cool place to visit if looking for appliances. The only problem we had was having to track down the sales person for answers regarding a fridge that they didnt normally carry.

Have given these guys first crack at my business over the years instead of the big box stores but today, all that was obviously forgotten. I experienced deplorable customer service. Went in looking for a microwave, was told they have plenty and then the lady tried to pass me to one of the older guys in there. He got upset with her, letting her know he was busy with something else, the other old guy sat there with his head down until the lady jerked his chain and by then Id seen all I wanted to see. Ordered on EBAY with free delivery and vow to never take my business there again.

If I could post negative stars I would!!! This place is RIDICULOUS!!!! Me and my boyfriend bought a Kenmore elite washer and dryer set from here about 2 months ago. After getting home and repainting the set due to scratches and appearance flaws we hook them up to find out that the washer needed the drum to be balanced out, so then we call them to tell them about the problem and they told us due to us living so far away they could only meet half way which was fine for us. We just needed a time range due to the fact that my bf is in the airforce and doesnt get home until 3 or 4 depending on traffic and would have to load up the washer. Well after that they told us that they would call us the next day to give us a time and place to be and Oh my word did we get the run around. The next day we didnt receive the call as said then we spoke to mark and he had us get in contact with the delivery guys. And when we spoke with them we still did not receive the needed information and at the time had errands to run. So on our way to mobile we got the call and turned around and when we got home the guy decided he didnt want to wait and wouldnt answer any calls. And that was around 6 after we waited ALL day. Well by then my boyfriend is pissed and I calm him down and then speak with Mark myself and schedule the pick up. It was picked up a week ago and i asked for it to be returned in good condition due to me spending my time and extra money to fix up, but today when we met to pick up the machine I looked it over to find is WAS NOT taken care of at all!! It has glue all down the side and all the work I put into it was screwed and was all scratched up after I specifically asked for it to be taken care of bc they would expect the same. And not to mention we watched as the glue was coming off and the door would have fell. So glad I didnt take it home!!! I would NEVER recommend this place!!!

New in town. Bought a counter ice machine, microwave, trim kit and paid for installation. Microwave poor quality, trim plate far less attractive then the existing plate (should have been advised to buy another GE Mongram microwave from another retailer or online). Within 30 days tried to return icemaker as it does not store ice .. must be emptied immediately after making like 20 little cubes or they melt. Went to store - only person who could help was busy, said they would call. No call in 3-4 days, called store - fellow still busy, would call ... no call one week - ten days later, called again, and you guessed it, fellow still busy. Not poor customer service, customer service non-existent.

Bought an entire set up kitchen appliances from them based on their recommendations. The dishwasher quit working properly after 18 months.The service department people did not know what they are doing and do not follow up on what they say they will do. When they finally called back on the problem they said it was simply cleaning a sensor and they would deliver the dishwasher that day. We finally had to call them again and were told it was now some part that cost us $273. They certainly dont seem trustworthy or seem to really know what they are doing. I would never buy from them again. We wanted to buy from a local company but they have nobody to blame but themselves when people go to the big chain stores.

Very very rude employee. Upon entering the store, I was never acknowledged as I entered and walked past the staff. I was, after making it to the rest of the store, asked how I needed help. I asked him about used appliances. He said, check back next week but then remembered, maybe one. He took me to it, where there were multiple but not checked out. So, I asked a few questions about them. Each awnser was very vague. I felt like I was a bother to him. The last two awnsers were told as he was walking back to the showroom. He left me in the area, not the other way around. My family has done business with this classic place for years, but I will never nor will I recommend them. I will take my business elsewhere. Maybe there is a business that actually needs the sales.
