Always get my home improvement supplies here. Love the new rug we got there. I always find what I need. Only complain would be that, for some reason most of the time, the app does not work inside the store. I dont know if its some strategy to force people to get help from employees. It is not the internet since other apps work fine in the store. But other than that, nothing else. The locations of the product in the store are pretty accurate. As long as I pull it up before going in the store. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products and their location. On top of all, they have military discount. I would say that the should have some sort of account connected to your phone number and to you military discount. Anyway excellent service and support.Side Note: pictures are products or from some projects with supplies from Home Depot

Waited over an hour to get mulch loaded on my trailer, I could understand if I wouldn’t have called the day before to schedule the pick-up. The staff that loaded me was friendly and helpful, but whoever runs their scheduling for pick-ups and loading of materials just seemed like they had no clue on how to run that department. I am at Home Depot probably 3times a week for odds and ends, in no way do I deserve any better treatment than the next man, but when my company spends somewhere between 50-75k a year with them, you would think they could at least get me in and out when I schedule ahead of time. Overall the selection and friendly service will continue to keep me as a customer

I do a lot of remodels and The Home Depot was my preferred place for building materials .then I noticed the help lacking knowledge and having lack luster attitudes.. especially the younger set. I am aware that the younger set may not have building experience but I do expect the employees of a world group enterprise to be eager to follow policy and have a good attitude towards customers (after all we are there to spend our money ) I find they project the well known feeling of just trying to push a dismal day that in turn slows down and derails my train of thought in getting ALL I need .I enter the store happy to get my buying finished but sometimes leave unsorted and incomplete.that is a DISMAL day to a contractor.. I also find that a lot of products have to be ordered and not ready to grab off a shelf.; of which to me, is the purpose of the trip I still shop at The Home Depot but now I brace myself before entering and allow more time for myhunt.

I went in for a special order slider door, the rep was very nice, we sat for about 15 minutes trying to make sure the door was right. All I have to go go on is what I wanted and discussing it with her. I put trust the rep understood the ordering details. Unfortunately, we get the door and it is not the door I asked for. When I called the first time, I was told that size door couldn’t have the feature I wanted. After this call, I went to tur manufacturers website and was able to see that the door in the size we needed coils have the feature requested. I called the store back and then I was told that even though I could see the product on the website that it doesn’t mean Home Depot is authorized to sell it. Since it was a special order, there are no exchanges or refunds. My main concern is that I was not given all this information up front, paid a large amount for a door that is not what I discussed with the rep. I do not feel the rep was trained in the ordering process for the manufacturer or just didn’t inform me that they couldn’t sell all products and I could get the door I asked for elsewhere instead or ordering a door that is not what I went in for.

We ordered windows back in the spring through home depot. They were supposed to be installed July 21, but they never showed. Then they October. Lets see if they actually get installed? I will NEVER use Home Depot installers again. Ill forever be a Lowes customer because of this. So disappointed in this store and their customer service.

I hope the store manager can see this - the code on my receipt to complete survey did not work. Patrick from Garden Dept and Yoko from Customer Service literally made my day!! 2wks ago I purchased a product from a different Home Depot location and part of it was defective - when I went to exchange it this other location told me they didnt have any more of this product, after calling daily to see when the product would be coming in and getting a different answer every single day I gave up on that store and came to Panama City Home Depot where you had the item in stock and fixed my problem within less than 5min. Excellent customer service and so kind/helpful!!! THANK YOU :D

I walked into Home Depot and I was completely beside myself. My husband sent me with a list of items he needed for a job. Most of the stuff was in the hardware department. A wonderful woman by the name of Tarra asked me if I needed help. I said to her I know nothing about any of these tools and what they are for. Ms Tarra took the list and I followed her as she should me where each item was. The she actually took the time to explain to me what each piece was for and how it worked. If Tarra wasn’t there to help me I don’t know what I would have done. She was kind, patient and VERY resourceful. Tarra is gonna be my go to girl. When I need help in the hardware department. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Thank you Tarra

My go-2 big box hardware store. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. There have been a few occasions where the customer service could have been better and the associates more knowledgeable, but overall Im satisfied with the products and services offered.

Dont order appliances from home depot. Bought a washer and dryer on July 2nd. Only date for delivery was July 23rd. Got the email like we were supposed to, with delivery between 12-4:30. After 4 we started calling the 1800 number. Saw it was out for delivery, just running behind. 4 more call and we receive a call saying the appliances would be delivered until September 15. Went to lowes had the same washer and dryer in a week. WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT AGAIN!

I prefer the Panama City home depot. The products were available. The staff helpful. Got what I needed quickly and got checked out quickly

Ive been about 3 times now, and every time the employee responsible for the hardware/ power tools section has no clue what a tool even is. Asked if they offered a 3 pack magnetic impact bit attachment, and showed her one inside a drill bit kit and she proceeded to say the only thing similar to my desired product was a magnetic nut driver which is not even the same product. Wont be returning to this home depot.

I must say that I have never had good experience with Home Depot and going there today I was expecting the same. But something strange happened where all of my past experiences went wrong was I could never get any help from anyone. So I walked in the store looking for a permit box and not knowing where it was located but I wasnt looking for anyone to help either. But as I was standing in the middle of the aisle th iui a lady walked up to me and asked is there anything I can help you with. I must have looked like a teenage girl who was told that she looked pretty because I was smiling from ear to ear. Who would have thought that something that small could have such a big impact. So I explained to her what I was looking for and she took he right to it an she asked if there was anything else she could help me with which I told her no and I thanked her for her help. After finding the product I went to purchase it and I needed to sign up for tax exempt and the cashier he didnt know how to do it so he called for someone who did. Now I must give a salute to Rachel because she was so nice and patient with me she went above and beyond the call of duty. Even after she got me signed up for tax exempt and I purchased what I needed I realized that I was forgetting something and I asked her where it would be located she didnt just point in the direction but she took me to where it was located. This may sound like a trivial and average experience to most but for me this was monumental because I never had a good time shopping there. I must say that Rachel and the lady who helped me may have changed my mind on how I feel about going to Home Depot.

I like home depot they have nice people working there. Its much like other places right now at times hard to find someone that works there as it seems they dont have enough people working. Everytime I have gone in there t has been nice and clean never seen workers blocking anyones way unless they are using the machines.

Ive been a regular customer for years.with a small business.i believe in a fair voter system.so I do all my business at Lowes now .I will never do business here again.my advice is to stay out of politics.miss Debbie.

Purchased a side-by-side refrigerator to replace my broken one, & was told it would be delivered in 5 days (13 Apr). After closing hours on Fri, I received a robot call, stating it would not be delivered until 28 April. I called the store manager, and was told (basically) that the call came from outside his store & he could give me a refund.GREAT! I WENT TO BADCOCK FURNITURE & WILL BE ABLE TO HAVE FOOD AGAIN ON TUES!I knew there was a reason I rarely went to HD...now I remember...

I cannot even shop here because the employees are always in my way. Ive walked out many times without what I needed because they were simply in my way for too long. I shop in Dothan whenever Im visiting family now or shop at Lowe’s (not much better). Also, the curbside delivery never works and by the time I get through customer service line, I could have picked the items myself. Employees are always nice.

I have been a customer of this store for years but, more and more I am going to Lowes across the street, I went to purchase a washer and bring home that day, no one was around to help myself or other customers who were looking for help with products and questions, I requested a manager 3 times whom never showed, finally after help from other department associates I finally got answeres only to learn I wasted over an hour waiting for the manager to not be able to purchase the washer of my choice due to Home Depit no longer carries in store inventory on washers and dryers, all purchases were a 3 week advance ordering for the product of choice but they did try to sell me a broken washer that I still had to wait for the new part to come in.I went to Lowes were I wasnt surprised to see the same customer from Home Depot there making their purchases as like myself was about to do and I did, I still got the same washer for less money and got to take it home that night, thank you Lowes who wants to wait 3 weeks for what you want now.

The online app doesnt do well at tracking inventory and if youre going to offer military discount it would be nice if it was like Lowes and you could apply it online while going through the ID. Me website that make sure you are veteran because with covid Id much rather do store pick up from the curb

Whenever I visit this store, I have been fortunate to find someone to help me or they will ask someone to assist me if they cant. My phone calls to the store are always answered. I am able to talk to a person and gather the information I need.

We went to Home Depot because the website told us that they had in stock get it today washers and dryers.There was no help on the floor and there was a stock person running around and I asked him if there was a manager or a supervisor that was available to take care of us; we have been waiting for 45 minutes for someone to help us waiting to purchase a washer and dryer. He called and got one of them to come and take care of us. His name was Carlos and he was not very happy about being called on to the floor to take care of a customer. I explained to him that I would like to purchase the GE washer and dryer set and that I would like to take it home today.He told us that he does not keep any washers and dryers in house. I said that according to his website that they have to get it today option. He said he didnt care what the website said he does not having in house.Needless to say I am not a very happy customer.1. I was not treated very kindly by the manager because he was not happy about taking care of a customer.2. The website is either totally inaccurate and blatantly lies which is false advertisement or the manager lately lies. Honestly cant see why the manager would lie. Which means false advertisement.3. There was no trying to make me happy by no means. but truthfully at that point in time theres nothing that could have made me happy except getting washer and dryer.So what I have found out about Home Depot in the last 3 months is two things.1. The Home Depot company is owned and ran by Nancy pelosis husband (no wonder for the false advertisements and the lies).2. And Home Depot has no problems with false advertising.Off to Lowes we go.

Parking almost all ways at a premium but good service and large selection

Items in different places that should be close together, like fence post wood and wire are at the opposite end of the store. So if you need fence post and you need wire you have to literally go from one end of the store to the other one and then back to the register

Customer service has not been helpful. Paint department spends several minutes with some customers while being dismissive to other customers. Both times i’ve been there i’ve had to stand in line multiple times to get paint and stain. Other customers get the walk through experience. When getting paint, they acted as if it was an inconvenience to get thee color samples. We paid $23 for the paint samples. Asking for help selecting a fence stain that would match the front door was too much. I was referred to a pamphlet that was a larger version of the pamphlet I already had in my hand. Back in line. Employees seem uninterested in customer service for all customers.
