Awesome store. They got tons of cool electronics and accessories. They have a bunch of open box stuff but I personally felt like they should be discounted more. Most items that were 2 or 3 hundred bucks new would only be discounted like 22 dollars. I did notice some open box car audio, where the box was nearly destroyed or non existent, had a decent 25 or 30 percent off.

A terrible experience turned amazing with one person. I came in to Best Buy to purchase a laptop. Many employees were either busy helping other customers or too busy on their cell phones. One young lady at the counter, Stephanie, saw my frustration and helped me choose the best laptop for me. This young lady made my experience so much better with her knowledge of computers and her willingness to help me. Whenever I go to Best Buy, from now on, Ill only go to her. Thank you, Stephanie.

Not one person came up to ask me if they could help me. I looked for someone and they were all congregating with themselves which is very poor customer service and I was there to get something but I didnt have anyone to help me find it so I left the store and I will never go back I give them a number one for keeping the lights on

I love Best Buy but this one is just not for me. I feel like there is racial profiling going on everytime I walk in there. Ive been followed around multiple times by multiple employees and they dont even ask if I need help, they just kind of hover in my space. Its not like I believe them same guy works in them video game section, the section for televisions, headphones, and appliances and he had to be in all of them at the exact time my family and I were walking through all of them. That was one account but there have been multiple and it keeps me from going there most times. I usually opt for online because I dont have to worry about being profiled there.

We came in to buy a watch at 7 on a Saturday and it wasnt really busy at all but all the staff were very busy. It took about 10 minutes to get a watch, and then 30 minutes to get someone to open the case to get a screen protector. Everyone was very nice though, and the store was clean.

The selection at this store leaves a little to be desired. The shelves are pretty picked clean. The prices are pretty high. The store associates are very friendly and helpful, though. Its nice to be able to see products in person to determine if you actually like them or not. I was also able to find some items here that I couldnt find in other places.

Not much computer tech in stock which is to be expected due to the silicon shortages. However the reason for 3 stars (2 1/2) in my book but u cant do that on Google, is they are selling a GTX 1660 Super for 579 dollars!!! That is completely obsurd and vastly over MSRP.

Brought in a exchange for someone. I explained that I drove 70 miles one way and had checked to see if they had the item in stock. Did a prepaid pickup and also decided to pick up a couple ethernet cables. Both went very smoothly. Impressed by a senior employee training an obvious new hire. When I interrupted them to inquire as to the location of the ethernet cables, the trainer set an excellent example by using the opportunity to address my needs while training the new hire on where things are and why they are where they there. He got up and led me and the newbie across the store to show both of us where the products were. A best practice. He could have just pointed to the far wall from his perch in the center of the store, but he didnt. He got up and walked the customer to the product and showed the newbie how to provide customer service at the same time. Good job Best Buy !

Charles with the installation department is as good as they come. He shows up on time without excuses. He is polite and does a great job! I wish there were more Charles out there. Took my computer in for a repair after an accident. The guy, a geek squad employee, took my computer and said that they would have it fixed in 2-3 weeks and that the website would keep a track of updates on the computers status. two weeks go by and there were no updates other than that the computer had arrived to a place in Kentucky and the status hadnt changed for over a week. after 3 weeks I called best buy to personally get an update because there were still no updates on my computer. The people who answered hardly spoke English and just said that it would be done in forty-eight hours. 5 more weeks and several more identical non-English speaking only 48-hours more phone calls later I get a text saying its back in the store. When I go in to pick the computer up the geek squad employee just sits there while I wait and I had to go get a manager to get my computer back. Highly disappointed in Best Buys Geek squad and their customer service people.

We had a terrible experience with another local appliance company, and decided to order a washer/dryer unit from Best Buy based on recommendations from locals and store reviews. We were hoping our experience with Best Buy would be easy, customer-friendly, and better than what we experienced elsewhere. We were very wrong - I will NEVER order an appliance from Best Buy again. Our initial experience was okay, we had to wait several weeks for the unit to be in stock (not Best Buys fault), to have it delivered. The first delivery went well, and the delivery/install technicians were very friendly. Unfortunately, the unit that was delivered was defective as it kept leaving oil stains on our laundry - again, not likely Best Buys fault. HOWEVER, the process to get a replacement unit was PAINFUL, with many phone calls, long wait times just to be transferred again and be put on hold again. Eventually, I was able to speak with someone after hours and hours of attempts to schedule a delivery of another replacement unit. I had to wait WEEKS for their availability to deliver, although the unit I currently had that they delivered was defective. Finally, delivery day of the replacement unit arrives and the window for the technician to arrive was between 8am-11am CST. After 11am with the tech being a no show and no contact, I called Best Buy just to be transferred, have another long wait time, and be told they are unable to contact the technician and get an ETA. I was told I was the next customer on the route, and that he should be there definitely by 1pm. They supposedly left him a message to call me asap. Well, after another hour still no contact from the technician, I have to CALL AGAIN (and wait again to speak with someone), just to be told the same thing - I was next on the route but they were unable to contact him to get an ETA. They supposedly left him a second message. Well, it is now 7 hours PAST my appointment window, still no call from the technician OR Best Buy regarding my missed appointment, so now I am at the mercy of calling Best Buy back, rescheduling my appointment and going thru this very difficult and disastrous process AGAIN. I can only hope this doesnt happen next time. Once the replacement unit is installed, I am DONE with Best Buy. BUYER BEWARE!!!!UPDATE: Best Buy was another no-show for my SECOND appointment for the replacement unit, without any explanation as to why. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times, and received a rejection each time that no one was available. I asked for my case to be escalated with NO CALL BACK, we emailed the regional manager in PCB for assistance with NO RESPONSE, and of course the local store is not accepting phone calls. The Customer Service reps for the National line are incompetent and clearly ill-equipped to handle customer issues. I am filing a charge back claim with my credit card company for a full refund and am filing a complaint with the BBB. Please save your time and stress and DO NOT order an appliance thru this company! They are TERRIBLE!

UPDATE: Once all was straightened out the Geek Squad tech was amazing!!! He repaired things that had been giving me issues and before I left the shop made sure I got hooked up to Bluetooth and did a quick run through of the features. The Geek Squad turned a bad experience into a better one. He deserves a bonus!!Two weeks ago I ordered a car radio and scheduled an appointment for installation. My account was authorized for the full amount. Then the amount for the radio was given back. Then it was authorized again, then taken off AGAIN! I got 6 emails total that the radio was not available, then was available then out of stock, then available and please schedule an appointment. I’m sorry...what??? Called the store and no one picked up for 20 minutes then when a rep did I was put back on hold. All my contact information is in my account, don’t I deserve a call explaining what is going on for $428.00??? This is my first and last time doing business with this store.

The employees were friendly, and they helped me get from point to point, showing me where the specific items that I was looking for were located. I cant say that it was a bad experience but as I went into the store I walked over to the area where the product that I was looking for was located. Weaving through aisles and rows of products I was able to find what I was looking for. After finding the type of item that I needed (wifi range extender) now I had a decision to make because I didnt know the difference between the brands which one was better and which one had more options. So I proceeded to look for a salesperson to give me some advice on what would be best for my needs. Well I must say all of the employees must have smelled the need for help on me because they all scurried to their little holes. I totally understand for the ones who were genuinely busy with customers I wouldnt dream of asking them to stop what they were doing just to help me. So I headed to a couple employees who were sitting at their desks in the middle of the store and how fast they got busy all of a sudden they had urgent phone calls to make as I was walking up. I know the I dont want to be bothered look so I did a bout face and headed for the counter to buy one of the products and hope to God that this is what I need. Like I stated before I dont want this to be a negative review but I think that the employees could have done a better job at customer service and I could be wrong and I have been known to do that here and there.

They don’t let the fact that they’re the only dedicated big box electronics store in town weaken the friendly service they offer, and I really appreciate that.I love the way they’re handling curbside during the pandemic also. I miss the friendly employees inside that are awesome help when they aren’t overwhelmed with how crowded it can sometimes get. Hopefully the world will calm down soon so I can go back in there and see them.

The speakers that I had wanted for some time went on sale in the recent amazon promotion. I like Best buy and checked the same items on their website and they had already matched the discount price. I have always liked Best buy for their quality and price and always prefer to do business with the local store. I ordered online and drove there and they immediately brought my stuff out and loaded it for me. As always a good experience. If you can find what you want there Best buy is the way to go.

I order a washer and dryer from them and payed for haul away services and set up services. Due to me living on the 3rd floor and having a small set of stairs in my apartment they would not. Haul away or set up new equipment. They were late getting here and only here for 20 minutes. Went outside to call their manager and was told they didnt have to do it. It was one small set of stairs and now we still have no washer and dryer. I was told they can sit it at the door but me and my 14 year old son would have to figure out how to get the old ones out and the new ones in. Im a single pParent if I had the help I would not have paid extra for their services. Best buy needs to rethink their policy and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Bought a $300 set of speakers after the salesman lied to me multiple times. Got them home all set up and the one would not work because it was Bluetooth only ask the salesman repeatedly if it could be used without Bluetooth he said yes absolutely its like a regular speaker that was a lie. Multiple problems with this location salesman need to learn about their products. If you have to use Best buy just go to Destin itll save you money in the long run

Ordered a part for my PC because it was next day delivery only to be notified it was delayed. When I spoke to a rep he claimed it was because of covid. Because it was processed they could not cancel the order and it was scheduled for two weeks from the purchase date. Terrible customer service.

Ive shopped here for years never had this happen. I bought a wacom digital display bamboo sketch pad for my computer it broke a month-and-a-half later. I blame the manufacturer but whenever I went to bring it back to Best Buy they didnt refuse to take it they outright lied and said they dont sell it and when we tried to show them the spot where I bought it they claim that the exact same model was actually a different model when the model numbers matched up. So I guess that means I cant go to them for them to honor the two-year warranty I have on it. Im not at Best Buy anymore and Im going to be sure to tell everyone I know not to shop there as well.

CAUTION - make sure to take your charger if you are getting service from Geek Squad. Today, after driving 1.5 hrs to the closest Best Buy (23rd street, panama city) we learned that Geek Squad does NOT have a charger for a Surface Pro..... We understand we were the ones that didnt bring the charger, however, Best Buy themselves was out so we couldnt buy another. Wal Mart and Target both out also. No one we could find in Panama City area stocked the charger, so we wanted the trip. Fairly unbelievable to me that a service provider would not have means to keep power to unit while servicing. It would not have been as bad if we could have bought another charger. Obviously, not a thing we can do, so just wanting to share with everyone an example of some of the poorest service weve experienced in some time!

I bought a pc for only about a week later the psu goes out then I take it up there to the store for an exchange but they are completely sold out and I am unable to do an exchange so they say I can get a refund or a different pc around the same price but I would be downgraded a pc if I chose that option and I bought the pc with a credit card so I would only be out of a pc or downgraded so I ask for a psu replacement and then about after 20 minutes of standing at the counter waiting for someone to give an answer they bring me a replacement power supply that they can only do half off of and I still have to pay 40 dollars for them to install it only for me to take it home and the rgb case fans not work so I have to take it back the next day because they where closed and it stays there for a few days until they call me saying they forgot to put in a wire from the psu and tell me to bring the box for it back up there now it is three days since I brought the box to them and it still is not ready

The absolute worst customer service ever. Lost all of my information on my extended warranty for a 300$ watch that was less than 4 months old. The lady that sold it to me originally no longer works there? I can only wonder why? She did not enter ANY of my information into the system there fom I have no recourse. They are even unable to check the serial number and cross check ttheir inventory. Long story short Im out 300$ and theymare incapable of making a simple decision in order to remedy it.
