Our Home away from Home. Weve ordered A LOT of items from this store..Delivery on Garage Doors was MUCH longer than stated BUT the product and Installation was great. The new outside doors were expensive. Installation was LONG and they dont close like they should..some things you think will get better after settling in..Nope..

There are some workers who are extremely wonderful and others who make you feel like they hate that you are talking to them. Overall everything thing seems clean and well organized so no complaints there.

I like this Home Depot, I remove two star because the people who rent out the equipment were talking about immigration and the border wall and how Biden letting them all in. Mind you Im a brown Hispanic listening to this while being check out. I felt uncomfortable and wanted to look for a manager. Two older white dudes, could have left that locker room talk during break not when most of your clients are Hispanic and can hear you. Otherwise great Home Depot and it always has other great customer service.

I run a home repair company so I usually go here a couple times a week normally I find everything I need or already know where its at good place to get your home improvement needs.

The service was excellent! I asked questions Of 2 different people because my husband was going to one department to buy And I was going another. Both people were so friendly! And when I checked out, Zoe saved me $45. She was the most pleasant Checkout person I have had in any store in probably years! She was gracious, she called me by my 1st name, she was helpful, and so sweet and said thank you to me! With such genuine inflection. I will be choosing Palmdale home depot before other DIY stores in this Valley. Congratulations to management. Oh! And the flowers and plants they had in the garden centre, they were beautiful and lush looking.

Awful customer service. Was asking where I can find item. They did check it on their phone and told me to search this area (couple rows of very small items). I spent 1,5hrs and I did not found it. After that Im was waiting 30 minutes for guy who will cut my lumber . So i was in the shop for 2 hrs and did not find what I was looking for. I bought one piece of lumber in 2 hrs. One star is too much for this people who work there. Waste of time.

After going to a different major name store for a water heater this Home Depot gave me some relief. Angelica in plumbing was so nice and very helpful and knew exactly where everything I needed was and walked us to them to ensure we made the right purchases! As an employee I have to say I am very blessed and appreciative of the opportunity to work with such awesome knowledgable people from all backgrounds and cultures. I couldnt imagine nor would I want to even have a thought of where me and my family would be if this employer and team would have turned down my application. As a customer I have always been treated with respect. The store is very clean and the surrounding area is the type of enviroment that I strive using every ounce of energy in hopes to allow my children and wife to hopefully one day reside in. They dont carry a filter for the evaporative cooler I bought from them last year.The 2 gentlemen in the paint department were very nice, informative and helpful

Home depot in Palmdale has the same products as the Lancaster store. I called to check on a item because my favorite Home Depot in Lancaster was out of stock on decomposed granite. I called the Palmdale store and after 20 min of continuous transfers and then finally was transfered back to my original person I called, who then put me on hd, I decided to drive to the Palmdale store from Lancaster all while still on hold. I walked in grabbed a cart and found what I was looking for, still on hold. I will never go to the Palmdale Home Depot again. Customer service sucks. Shame on you management.

I was there to look at top load washers. I asked the sales associate in the appliance department how long would I have if I found I disliked the washer. His answer 48 hours from purchase. 48 HOURS. If it broke there is a 1 year warranty. I was shocked! Who would want to invest 100s of dollars in a washer and only have 48 hours from purchase to evaluate its performance? Its not like one can see the appliance in operation at the store? The HD sales associate was knowledgable and helpful. Needless to say I will NOT be buying ANY appliance from Home Depot. What odiot at HD dreamed that unfriendly policy up? What I did find out from the Lowes associate is that LG is a Korean company. Therefore the parts must come from Korea. So if your appliance needs parts it must come from Korea. Also the LG warranty company left the AV and is now located in Burbank. So you have an additional extended wait for service. Whirlpool and it family of appliances are AMERICAN made so there is not the extended wait. Also, LOWES has a 30 day return policy on their appliances. So guess what store in now in my consideration for purchase? What a learning curve.

Its great to have a home depot near home. They have a very good selection of products along with an even larger selection online. The staff is not always knowledgeable but they find someone who is and they answer your questions which is a big plus. With COVID, they have also taken the necessary precautions to make sure thay our shopping experience is safe. This is my go to place for any home improvement projects.

On this particular visit there was no waiting. Of course we went early in the morning. Only dealt with one employee and she was friendly and helpful. Found all items easily. Even though we live in Lancaster we prefer the Palmdale stores.

Nobody there to help you nobody wants to help you they walk by and pretend they dont see you you ask him for help and they say oh I cant help you in this department horrible place

On December 21st I took my family to get a Christmas tree and every Christmas tree farm was closed or sold out. The Home Depot in Palmdale had a pile of at least 30 trees in the parking lot they were going to throw away. They wouldnt sell any more trees even though I offered full price to just take one off the top of the pile. I was speechless with my 5 yr old and 2 yr old next to us and they refused to sell a tree. I will never go back because of the way they just didnt care. It was so disappointing.

When to Home Depot in Palmdale with my Helen and I have to say this time they had what we was looking for in stock.Going to the car Lot person Mark ask us if we needed help he came over and put it in the car for us. I mean, its Home Depot. Got all the goods for inside and outside the house. All in a one stop shop. Im just a jack of all trades but a master of none. So if I feel the need to redecorate, or my thumbs feeling green, I go here. For all my residential needs. Typically the prices are low but that doesnt mean you shouldnt shop around. I go to the Home Depot anytime I need material for one of my projects. Great inventory of building materials and paint. Generally the employees are very helpful and willing to assist me. On occasion they would rather talk amongst themselves than do thier job. Most of the time all is good and never a problem with the cashiers. Huge paved parking lots and of course parking is free.

Was able to verify item was in stock at the store by checking the website then drop by and pick it up quickly.Im grateful for the ability to save wasted trips and calls trying to get a hold of someone to check stock over the phone.Thank you for the convenience and the customer service.
