I like everything about Best Buy, love all variety of televisions, great variety of computers to choose from, great Cellphone promotions, appliances and not forgot about clearance section, they have great sales and they willing to match any price but last time that I visited them I didnt like how the personnel at the front treat me, first a girl asked me what was my visit for and when I told her, she said have a nice day I thought shell indicate where to go and the personnel at the floor they were doing their own business and not asking me if they can help me with something, Im the one ask for help walking to the other department bcuz where I was nobody was there and finally someone helped me out at the time to do the payment I asked where to pay bcuz I didnt see any cashier open, the one was available it was for online orders so I asked where I can pay an a employee showed me the online cashier when I went there the girl who was in that area told me that she only attended online orders then I asked where I can pay, she told me to wait, so I waited until she finished that she went to open the other cashier and until then I was able to pay, for a moment I was thinking to leave; theyre very disorganized and the employees were not professional, they dont know if you in a hurry bcuz you have another important thing to do; they need to be more ORGANIZED and have two cashiers open for online and shopping, I didnt like my experience this time, please pay attention to costumers if you want business otherwise youll lose costumers bcuz I not sure if I want to go back, Im disappointed 😔

Best Buy has superior or quality products for sale and great brands. It is the ideal merchant/store to purchase from if you need an item immediately or that same day. However, if u dont need an item ASAP do your homework and research your needs. There is a high probability that you will find it cheaper on internet or another store.Best Buy does inflate prices and their customer service is not of a high caliber.

Had a bad experience when I came into the store. went directly to pick up my item that I order and no one was at the pick up section so I. decide to wait until 20 minutes had pass then deicide to look for anyone to see if some one was working at Best Buy. found out that they were on their phones. Was not happy with the people that work at this Best Buy store.

The first thing I asked was do they have open boxes for sale for TVs he said no.He asked me if I had a Best Buy credit card and I said yes but I dont charge on it. He didnt let me know that you get a discount if you use it I found that out later and was told it was too late for me to change and use the card.Later as I was leaving I saw that there was open box TVs for sale.

I will never shop online with Best Buy again. We bought a refrigerator with the description and specifications stating there were a glass shelves including the freezer shelf. When it arrived it had a wire shelf in the freezer. I contacted the support team who gave me a choice of bringing me another fridge with the glass shelf in the freezer and picking up the other one or $100 off the price. I chose to switch and get my glass shelf. When they brought the replacement, there was a wire shelf in it too . He said none of them in the warehouse had the glass in the freezer. So he left and we called them. They were so flipping rude, they refused to honor the $100 off and denied they made the offer, but refused to let me hear the recording of the call,(made for quality purposes). They refused to put me in contact with the main corporate office. It seems to me like this company doesnt back its products or its word. Only walk in the store on this one!

First time in this best buy. Honestly the racks were void of allot of good things. People must be snagging them up, but if thats the case then why not come over a new supplier. Came in for a charger but its tool almost an hour to find what I was looking for because I was waiting for the single associate in cell phones to help. Honestly I saw least a dozen employees just chit chatting amongst themselves, or doing absolute nothing. Still in got what I was looking for and the girl working at smartphones is awesome. I give Best buy one star because for the first time I did an on line purchase. And when I received it it wasnt what I expected. So I did a returned immediately. In 15 days later they had still not acknowledged my return even though online it was saying it was delivered to them 15 days ago and when I made a call the representative said to me that when the merchandise get back it has to be inspected before we refund and after we inspected the refund takes from 5:00 to 7 days so I waited another 10 days I called back the representative said to me will your refund has just been approved and itll take 30 days for it to appear on your account so the whole refund process cake from 30 to 45 days with Best buy and that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever ever heard I will never buy anything from Best buy not online.

Buying appliances at Best Buy is very simple The problem is getting it delivered Best Buy offers the worst delivery service I’ve ever had they lie to you and give you the runaround as well you can not speak to a supervisor the delivery service that they used claimed to knocked at our door, are security cameras show that they did not knock at our door so obviously they were lying instead of getting it delivered the next day it took an additional three days. Be careful while using this Best Buy delivery service

Horrible!! Had a warranty in my Ps4 controller, customer service decided to give me back a store credit. For what? The controller is not available in the store and online so what was I supposed to do? I went back to get my controller from customer service I had to talk to a manager to do that and the answer was you just made it under the 10 minutes return policy What 10 minutes policy? I was still inside the store. I did not want to get stock with a store credit. Unfortunately just purchased a washer and dryer not long ago if I could ill return everything. Best buy is no longer in my list. Ever again!!!

I ended up finding a better one however the only downside is I wanted to finance it/make payments (the laptops I was looking at are between $1100-$1700) and they only finance thru their credit card. So back to the drawing board because I dont qualify for their card.

They need to label things correctly and have an easier way to find things. I tried to buy two 50 foot cables that were labled wrong after searching the wifi and pc cable section and not finding any cat5 or cat 6 cables. Fun to walk around in but frustrating to buy in.

I have an credit card with Best Buy and did not have my card on me which doesnt matter because they can still look up the account and charge my card. WELL that wasnt the case on this day. They couldnt find me in the system so I had to call customer service only to find out THEY have my name backwards in the system! My last name first and first name as my last. Ummm how convenient is that? I ended up paying cash for my merchandise.

Well I will give you a Superstars on the 6th of April I went there for the first time and purchased some item salesman was great actually four gentlemen to carry me but after that I was a female it was the worst experience I experienced in my life for the first time buyer at this particular place I personally dont recommend it but you know you can do what you want is your life I know Im not buying anything I went there today to get a price what they wanted to sell me and order the my TV will be able to receive the signal from my receiver the cables they come out they should be able to fit the use of most of the televisions but this new models are coming out that you have to buy something additional to make a long story short the addition that I needed to buy for my Sony TV get what I mean you should wait to make a book personally speaking whatever cables come out of your receiver it should be able to fit on the back of the television nothing should have changed it used to be universal I will not recommend it

During the week the line outside is not too long, but on the weekend can take 10-15 minutes to get inside. I went on Tuesday and the person who helped me was extremely helpful and I got a great computer. Also helpful to have gotten 12 month interest free financing on my purchase.

20 minutes and 3 employees telling me they would get someone to help me and got a Manager names James who was not very pleasant just to tell me an item wasnt in stock. The website said the item was available and when I called to verify the recording said they werent taking calls. 2 families left waiting for someone to help them with washer and dryer. They were already there when I got there and were complaining that employees were just walking by telling them someone was coming. Just very bad service.

Sells out of every car stereo under 400 dollars, puts up no signs, and has no employees in the section, so you waste 25 minutes of your life making a selection and 5 more finding help only to be told LOL SORRY WERE OUT OF EVERYTHING. But customers should be able to contact store directly instead of being transferred to a telephone center when I asked a question about a product price in that store. The call center customer service could not give me an answer. Based on the Best Buy website, products can vary from store to store.

Bought a dashcam, took almost a month to arrive. Also bought the wire harness, installation cost and extended warranty. When it came in I was told Id have to wait 2 months to have it installed. I made the mistake of buying a big screen TV at Walmart in tehachapi. The TV was too big for my stand. So, the 40-in was all sold out at both Walmarts in tehachapi and Lancaster and I tried Best buy. Best buy had a sale on the size on type of TV that I wanted for $179. Therefore I returned the TV to Walmart and was very happy with Best buy. The purchase was really quick In-N-Out no lines. It was a great experience.

Terrible service. My girlfriend and I went in yesterday to shop for earbuds. We checked online reviews on some and decided to get Sony brand. I went to the front of the store and asked an employee that we needed assistance over at the Sony earbuds area and she called in on her radio for help. I told her Ill be waiting in that area. So we wait for 10 minutes and no one shows up so I head back, meanwhile other employees see us but move on to whatever theyre doing.Im a bit frustrated so I walk back to the front and I see the same lady earlier notice me and tries again on her radio. She gives me no update, nothing at all, walks around a little. I walk back to my girlfriend thinking that maybe someone will come now because of the employee. We wait 5 minutes and Im even more frustrated, this whole experience is just weird that were not being helped and theres no urgency on helping us since weve been waiting for a some time.I walk back to the front and the lady employee is gone, replaced by her lead Im guessing because he was wearing a black shirt. So I walk to him and ask if I could get some help. He said sure and then a new customer came into the store so the lead employee told me to wait while he questioned the new walk-in customer. I say okay, Im feeling disrespected, I have been waiting for service and now I have to wait longer after someone who just came in? The lead employee notices this so he stops questioning the new customer and starts to ask for my name. I give my name and then he asks for my phone number. I didnt have my phone on me at the time because I left it at home, I didnt want to be bothered by it because it was an evening just for my girlfriend and I. I didnt tell him I didnt have my phone, only that I didnt want to give him my phone number. He says how are they going to find us in the store. I say weve been waiting at the Sony earbuds for 15 minutes and he proceeds to tell me to calm down. His assumptions and lousy customer service has me frustrated but I say nothing more since it seems hes trying to talk over me and not help me. All I want is the Sony earbuds.He begins to describe me on his radio in a rude tone, I keep my mouth shut. He said someone will come help I say OK and leave back towards my girlfriend. I update her on what happen and we wait for a couple minutes and then I walk back to an area so that he can see that Im still waiting.An employee comes up to me, I saw her come in the store while I first started talking to the lead employee, and she proceeds to help us. Im tired of this experience and just want to go. We purchase the earbuds not noticing the box is dented. They are supposed to be a gift so Ill be returning it today.This staff needs retraining. I understand that times right now may be hard but treating people like human beings should be standard. I work at the canteen in the hospital of Veteran Affairs in West L.A. and Ive my fair share of frustrated people on a daily basis but it doesnt give me any right to treat them unfairly.Beware of an older age employee wearing a black shirt with white hair in a ponytail.

Not a great experience tonight. I wanted to purchase an HP laptop they had on sale. Not available, but was told I could order it, and have it shipped directly to the store. Nope, the associate provided me with the wrong information. He even offered me help if I didnt find what I was looking for. I placed an online order of an item this location had in stock. I was promoted pick it up curbside the following day. The next day, however, the order kept saying it wasnt ready and that they would let me know when it was. I was pretty patient and the day went by. About an hour before they closed they updated the order saying it was delayed and that it would be a few days. Even though it is in stock. I was a little annoyed, but I figured I would just go in the following day. But then they updated the order again and said it was ready literally three minutes before the store closed for the night. I am at least five minutes away. I understand its the holidays and the pandemic hasnt made it easier, but it feels like there was a severe lack of effort.

Had my wife pick up an order for me and they wouldnt let her take it because her name wasnt on the order. So for those that are ordering stuff online make sure you add the persons name on there. It doesnt matter if they have the order number and are married to you. Best Buy is dumb.

Went there to return something I bought by mistake. I needed some stuff for a new stereo and an employee stayed a little past his clock out time just to lead me to where they keep the car stuff. Guy working in the car parts area of the store on August 28th was really nice when helping me choose parts and even explained how to do the wiring for a stereo. Didn’t catch their names but those two guys really made my day. Overall had a great experience at this store.
