So my son is a huge fan of exotic cars and I wanted to bring him to the Ferrari dealership of Tampa. I have to say I was impressed and grateful that Allison and Reed welcomed us to their dealership. My son was so happy, it’s beyond words. He got a poster of the Ferrari F8 and was able to have a seat in the driver side of theFerrari F8 Spider. Absolutely recommend visiting this dealership. The staff has always been very friendly and I received great customer service from Ryan and Blake (manager I believe) while viewing several cars at the dealership. Even after making it clear that I was not making a purchase that day, they proceeded to answer any questions I had and gave me a tour of the different models on the showroom floor. These guys are very personable and even Jack the general manager greeted me in the showroom floor, making sure that I had been attended to by one of the associates. No doubt my future purchase will be done with the exceptional team at Ferrari of Tampa Bay.

Went to this dealership for my Ferrari Part, spoke to the man in part office ( A tall guy with the beard), He said he can sell it to me for cash outside the dealership for half of the price but there is no warranty, I told him Thanks and walked away then contacted the Ferrari of Central Florida and got what I wanted!

I recently purchased a Ferrari 458, from Ferrari of Tampa Bay, and the word “excellence” best describes my experience.Jack, the sales manager answered my phone call and promptly got answers to all of my questions.Matt R., my salesperson is someone you should really seek out if you are buying a Ferrari. He is always 2 steps ahead, prompt and knowledgeable. I inquired about a 2016 488 GTB through the dealer website. Jack reached out to me on a Sunday but he was talking to me about a Challenger car which I didnt even ask about. I had to clarify which car I was specifically interested in. Despite assurances - not one ever called me about the 2016 488 and its been over a week. I did get a call from Ryan about - once again - the Challenge car. SMH. Not even a follow up call or email from JACK. Horrible Customer service.UPDATE: JACKs response is inaccurate and libelous. I was advised by Ryan that he would call me back after reaching out to the sister store in Orlando. I was never contacted again. Phone records will support.

I want to start by saying that ALL high end car dealerships should function like the Tampa Ferrari dealership.I am a 22 year old college student, so of course I am not in the market for a Ferrari. However, I am a car enthusiast who appreciates talking to anyone who loves cars.I was a little nervous to head inside, as I figured I would be ignored and seen as an annoyance. Thankfully, my experience was anything but that.As soon as I entered, three different employees politely greeted me and offered to help me in any way I needed.I ended up speaking with Randy for 20 minutes. I had a blast talking to him as we shared our passion for cars. He was friendly, professional, and personal. I cannot speak highly enough of him.My experience at the dealership was beyond pleasant, and changed my opinion on the brand. I always expected Ferrari dealerships would be filled with men who thought they were better than everyone else, but instead I walked out of that dealership smiling, and with a new opinion on the classic Italian brand.

I purchased a 2019 488 Spider in Houston on October 24. The car had 480 miles on it when got it. As I was driving it home to Ft. Myers the check engine light came on and it went into a reduced power mode. I contacted Ferrari of Tampa Bay about the issue on October 28. It took them a week to pick up the car. I had to call the dealership after a week as they didnt contact me. They said one of the turbos broke and metal fragments got in the motor. They said they were in contact with the factory to determine if they were going to replace the motor or try to repair the damage. After 3 weeks in the shop, I still never got a call. I called them only to learn they still dont have an answer. When you spend $300,000 for a car you would expect better service.
Purchased a 488 GTB. A great sales experience with Ryan my sales representative and the General Manager Jack who was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this dealership and look forward to doing business again with FTB.

I am going to give this place one star I would give it 0 stars but that isnt an option I asked Tony Palmer if he drove a Ferrari and he told me that they dont pay him enough to own one. So how can I buy a Ferrari from someone who doesnt even own a Ferrari. That is step one to the eighth steps of success by Andy Albright. I told Tony Palmer they need to at least let the top sales person drive a Ferrari. Even though he was quite rude and snobby towards me. So sorry about the one star review on your dealership but I am giving Tony Palmer 5 stars even though he was snobby and rude to me.

First Id like to state I didnt end up getting the vehicle I wanted from Ferrari of Tampa Bay. However, the experience was refreshing and professional compared to what I experienced in the past. Prior to engaging Ferrari of Tampa Bay (FTB), I interacted with a dealership that tried to sell me a lemon. Thankfully, I managed to escape a potential $12k bill when I had the car inspected by a trusted mechanic. I saw the same vehicle at FTB and this led me to meeting a gentleman by the name of Tony Palmer.Tony was calm, respectful, patient and a pleasure to interact with at the dealership. He was never forceful and empathized with my prior bad experience. I was demanding and full-out skeptical, but Tony did his best to abate my fears. I would highly recommend anyone visiting FTB to ask for Tony Palmer. As someone whove bought a lot of cars and trained to decipher misleading tactics, you will be pleased to know that Tony is a breath of fresh air. He absolutely tried his best and I do mean his best. He answered or returned my numerous calls and texts.Overall, I will definitely keep FTB and especially Tony in my phonebook as a potential seller in the future. Hence my review because in a world full of bad people, its good to see a genuine person but even better to recognize them for sticking to their morals in a business to which it is seen as a weakness. You want a Ferrari? They got em. Pretty much any new Ferrari you could want, even the ugly Panamerra looking ones, ack. But seriously, their showroom is packed with dozens of beauts looking for the open road and a good home, preferably mine... The staff is great and the place is basically a car museum with a gift section too if you just want to browse the beasts, they let you.

Service was excellent.I was in the market for a Ferrari 458, and wanted to see one up close without having to talk to a salesperson. I walked in there during a party they invited me to, so I could wander around at will. A few of the other guests were kind of unfriendly, but thats not the dealerships fault.Im also a car photographer so it was a great place to shoot a few nice examples of Ferraris, Porsches and Maseratis.Ive been to a dozen Ferrari dealers all over the world, and I have to say this was one of the best experiences Ive had.
I got unmatched service at this Ferrari dealership. This is a long story but it need to be fully explained to realize what an exceptional place this is.I have a Ferrari I bought in North Carolina where my primary residence is. I know I will be spending more time in Florida and so I had stopped by the dealership in September to get some familiarity and see if it would be a place I wanted to do business. I talked to a salesman about a new model that I am interested in. Very nice looking facility, like all high end dealerships all the people very friendly and accommodating.As it turned out the demo was not available to drive and I was not in town long so they followed up and stayed in touch via email. The salesman told me to let him know and he would make sure I could drive the car.Well I am back down here in late November and I contacted the salesman, he had moved to another dealership, he called me to let me know he had passed my contact info to another salesman. That salesman, Henry Hasbun, called me shortly after that and invited me in to take a look at the new car. I was unable to go on Saturday told him I’d be in touch for something soon.Well I took my car out for a drive, late afternoon on Saturday, pushed the button to put the top down and it started its process but stopped mid cycle gave me an error message. Well I tried reversing the operation it got the top back in place but not fully closed, driveable but the trunk lid was stuck in a partially open position.I sent Henry an email saying I would be in on Monday for sure since I need this fixed and explained the problem. On Sunday, not a work day for him, Henry called me and tried to help me clear the problem out by some reset procedures, nothing worked. He said he would get with the service manager on Monday morning to see if they could squeeze it in on their service schedule.So on Monday morning I get a call from the service manager, Anthony Gemmellaro, he said if I would bring the car in he’d see if they could take a look at it and if they could get me back on the road. So while I was test driving the new car with Henry, they took it in and when I got back Anthony handed me the keys back and said there was a sunshade in the trunk that had gotten caught in the mechanism and caused it to jamb.They rearranged the stuff in the trunk, put some loose items in a Ferrari Rosso Corsa storage bag and when I asked where do I pay he said no charge, just a thank you would be sufficient.AMAZING SERVICE. And by the way, the new Portofino is a great car, comfortable and fast as lightning. If I decide to buy one it will be at Ferrari of Tampa Bay.

Worst Ferrari Ive ever been to. They only have 2-3 cars for sale there. I was looking for a used Ferrari f430, the guy took my e-mail address, but he never sent me anything. I was going to the beach in Clearwarer and was wearing shorts and crocs sandals. The guy probably didnt liked it. If youre looking to buy a Ferrari, please go to another dealer.
