Arben and Ron are amazing!! They treat you like family when you come in. Such a great experience, they listen to what you are looking for, and the best part is they let the cars speak for themselves. I walked in thinking I really want the Honda Civic. But I I have wanted to get back into an SUV for awhile now and fell in love with the Sport HR-V. It completely suites my personality. Highly recommend!!! All the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

My wife and I just had an outstanding experience buying a Ford Explorer here, we were impressed with Sheila Borzomatis professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle, even though it wasnt a Honda.A couple of days after the purchase we had an issue with the car and Sheila helped us to fix it even if we didn’t have a warranty in place. I can’t say enough great things about my car buying experience here! I was looking for a specific color and trim in the new 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring. I reached out to Alvin (dealership manager) and within a day he found one and had it ready to go in a week for pick up! His sales consultant Kevin reached out to me to answer any questions I had before and the day of pick up. He was so nice and extremely patient answering all my questions. Peter in the finance department was also so nice and very thorough. Alvin continued to make sure I was taken care of well and got the best deal! Honestly, everyone there was extremely nice to work with and I’ll be sure to recommend.

Had 740pm appointment. Service agent left his area to help a sales person with a service issue. I know because he came to the front where I was sitting waiting for my car to get an oil change. He must of been talking to the couple for a good 20 minutes. Anyways I decided to get up and look to see if my car was done because If he’s not at his desk the mechanics only leave the keys and their remarks on what they found, who is going to notify me the cars ready. Overall Courtesy Honda is a great place but my experience this one time was horrible. No car wash was done and they filled my windshield wiper fluid with sulfur water again. I use my own so I dump theirs out. What are you guys doing to have your windshield washer fluid? Are you mixing it with ground water. Noting is worse then the smell of sulfur coming through your AC vents when you decide to wash your windshield. Manager did call me when I told them the issue and he sincerely apologized. Nicholas is amazing. Mike not so much. Better luck next time Mike. Time is money and you wasted my time. Nothing against the dealership. They are top notch and will do business again

I had a coupon for an oil change and I decided to get my tires rotated as well oh, and these guys took great care of me and my car in less than 40 minutes. I did not buy the car, bought it at Brandon Honda and Im sure I would have to wait an hour and a half for the surge the same service. You requested my feedback on my current service. You are not going to like this. Arrived 25 minutes early to a scheduled oil change. My car sat in the same place for 45 minutes indicating to me that they havent even driven the car into the garage where they change the oil. I spoke with the Honda rep in charge of the paperwork for my service. They said theyd call to see what was happening. Poor service for me, I drove off. If I were to speculate, there was something going on in the car service area they didnt want to share. There was one other time they upset me. During an oil change they told me my battery was dying and that I needed a new one. When I told them: that is a new battery, they said: sorry the mechanic made a mistake.

Every single time I come here for my services, they always take so long like at least 2-3 hours. Never less! All I needed to do this specific time was a rotation for my tires and the difference fluid change. Showed up at 9:45 and still seat here write this review at 12:25.The lady who checked me in said it was gonna take 1:30 mins to get things done and send me to someone else. So I was trying to be very patient about it until it passed 2 hours. I understand they are busy but at the same time, I gotta get going back to my work and kids at home too.I have to keep coming up to ask them when it’s done and my answer was “almost” for several times. They seemed careless and not even a word of apology.The only reason why i came back here because of i bought my car from them and i feel “safe” to have them take care of whatever needed done. But not everyone will have that kind of time to sit and wait like that.This will be my last time visit.For those who plan to come for services here, make sure to take your whole day off. Have your kid’s babysitting until whenever you can go. And if you have appointments somewhere else, oh make sure to cancel it.No doubt.

I was stranded during a 9 rain that fell at 5pm on Tuesday, 6/29/21. The tow truck arrived finally at 7:30pm. Dealership made it easy for me to leave my Mini for repair with assurance that it was safe to do so. Adjustor finally got to dealership on Friday, 6/25. Once engine was replaced, they called me to pick up my car on Tues 7/6/21. Very quick turnaround, and everything was perfect. Matthew and the Service Team are highly professional! Thanks, guys!

If you are looking for a Honda, I highly recommend giving this dealership a chance to earn your business. Alvin Santana, the general sales manager, was very straight forward and gave us detailed information in writing on their offer before we set foot in the dealership. While many dealerships are inflating the prices during the chip shortage and trying to get way over MSRP, Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda did not to that. The price was fair given the limited supply of cars and there were no games played. Once at the dealership, the car was already prepped and cleaned. Tarah, our sales person, was super friendly and very detailed in showing us how everything worked and taking my wife on a test drive. The process was streamlined and relaxing. This was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had from a traditional car dealership.

I took my car for service at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda last week and paid $957.00 for parts and labor. It is an old car and I was hopping to keep it for a few more months and not have to rush to buy another vehicle. I was hesitant to invest this kind of money in an old car but was convinced to do it because I was offered a 12,000 miles/1 year warranty on the service. They provided me with a comprehensive multi point checklist stating the problem I had was the only thing that needed attention, everything else passed the inspection. One week later the same problem happened again and I took the car back to have it fixed. They run the multi point inspection again and found another part to be replaced for an additional $400.00. I have the same car with the same problem and the initial service warranty was not honored. I m very disappointed, was offered many apologies but ended going home with a barely drivable car because I refused to pay twice for the same service . I trusted a certified Honda service and now I feel cheated by a brand that should regard it self in a higher standard. Everybody was nice and apologetic, Im sure I will received another apology after this, however, my car is still not running. Will never go back, will never recommend.

I just recently bought my car from courtesy palm harbor and thought itd be best to get it serviced through you guys. i brought it for an oil change saturday and there was no sticker to let me know when my next oil change was due. also, when i check the vehicle status it says i need an oil change in 180 miles. is there a reason it wasnt reset and a sticker left to let me know when the next oil change was due? i guess ill be taking it elsewhere from here on out.

I asked for full car detailing. inside the car was good. however the outside was horrible and it looked like it was only taken for a wash. spots everywhere. i called the rep to show him the stains and dirts how was still arguing until he saw areas with large stains. he took the car back for 2 minutes and returned back saying done.the car remained filthy outside. they obviously did detailing inside only and just washed the car outside for an additional $100 dollars.i was even planing to do other things but was very hesitant to do so after what i saw.very unhappy with the experience and would never recommend it.

This dealer is legit. While I didn’t ultimately end up purchasing the vehicle I looked at, I had a great experience. Specifically, I worked with Arben. Try to use him if you can. He was really understanding and informative about the process. His communication was excellent, even contacting me outside his working hours to keep me informed during the process. He pulled strings for me and held a vehicle longer than usual while I was at Disney unable to pick up the vehicle yet. He really just went way above and beyond to make it a good experience and easy for the buyer. He knows his stuff and I hope he finds success. As for fees, nothing ridiculous from this dealer. No reconditioning fees and bogus charges. Straight forward and transparent. If you need a Honda or any car for that matter, go to this place and ask for Arben.

Took My 1993 Del Sol in to have the seat belts replaced, supposedly they are warrantied for the useful life of the car, NOT TRUE. So much for their warranty promises.I decided to have a CERTIFIED service center do a diagnostics so that I could head off any potential problems, after all it is an older car. After three hours of waiting, I was told that they could not warranty the seat belts only the latches. They were will to replace them at a cost of over $1200.00 for the two seat belts. They reported that I need a speed sensor as well as an oxygen sensor, and could do both for just over $800.00. I decided to check with my regular mechanic since parts cost about $150.00, and I thought $650.00 was high for labor. Total cost through my mechanics is less than half.The inspection they were paid to do indicated that they had checked my exhaust system and found it to be in good condition, which I knew was incorrect. Upon a later inspection with another Tech, the holes in the muffler were obvious.When they told me my car was done, I could not get the emergency brake to release, I was told they did nothing wrong and that OLD CARS just have those sort of problems. Strange that it had never happened before, until I took it to the dealership for service. The tech and his manager both were very defensive, telling me time and again that they had done nothing wrong, when they should have been saying We will look into it and see what the problem is. Finally after I insisted they took it back into the service area, and checked the brakes again. A minor adjustment was made to the tension on the cable which took the play out of the Brake Handle.The bright spot in all this is that I want to give a shout out to TLira, Great customer service from start to finish, the boys need to take lessons. I can not recommend Courtesy Honda in Palm Harbor for vehicle service, they cut corners, over-charge, and do not stand behind their products warrantyTerald Thompson

Out of the 12 dealerships throughout Florida that I worked with, CPHH offered us the best price out the door, and the best service. Other dealerships tried to hide fees, unnecessary packages and more.I worked with Tammy Rivera and Brian Dudley and they were awesome. I bought a new Honda CR-V EX-L in January 2021. Courtesy Palm Harbor had the lowest price out of four local Honda dealers; over $2,000 lower.The manager Brian Dudley was courteous enough to give me a final quote via e-mail before I even stopped by in person. The manager of Tampa Honda refused to do this, insisting that he would only give me quote in person. They eventually refused to match Palm Harbor’s price. Westshore Honda and Brandon Honda simply refused to come down to Palm Harbor’s price as well.The sales associate, Tarah Meyerowitz, was incredibly polite and helpful. She never once put pressure on me to buy, which is something anyone who’s ever bought a car can appreciate. She answered all of my questions in a very honest and straightforward way. Tarah went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable.Only a month after buying the CR-V, my wife urgently needed to buy a car, as the transmission on her old Nissan had to be replaced (not worth the cost). She decided on a used Toyota RAV4. After searching online for multiple local dealers, we saw that once again, Courtesy Palm Harbor had the lowest price listed.Once again, the manager Brian gave me a final quote via e-mail. Having had such a wonderful experience with Tarah, I reached out to her and scheduled a time to come in. My wife, just like me, had an awesome experience with Tarah. On top of the already low price, Tarah gave me a neat further discount, as this was the second car I was buying from her in less than a month.After taking the car home, my wife noticed that the power outlets in the RAV4 were not working. We immediately contacted Tarah again and she quickly had the service department fix the issue at no cost! Leased a Honda Passport today, 9-18-21. We dealt with Yana Simon. She was very helpful. She had them run some initial numbers and we asked her to see if they could do better. She was going back to speak with a sales manager and tried very hard to get the numbers down to what we felt more comfortable with. The sales manager - Mark was also very helpful. After some minor negotiation they were able to get us in a brand new Honda Passport for what we felt was a very good deal. I come here when they send out coupons for an oil change. You can usually find them for $29.95. I go back and forth between Courtesy and Auto Nation Honda depending on price. I prefer AutoNation Hondas customer service. Courtesy isnt bad, I just feel Auto Nation goes above and beyond to answer any questions I have and go out of their way to help.

I bought my 2020 Accord from this dealership almost a year ago, the people are overall friendly, today I came in for an oil change, and etc.Im disappointed because I remember when I got my oil changes with my last honda theyd always top of my fluid..... And Now they dont. Im disappointed, I just spent a lot of money to have my car serviced and the fluid cant atleast get topped off, but its listed on my service report that the fluid is low. I feel like they use to offer so much more for your money and they have strayed away from it recently.Overall though my service advisor was very nice, and he didnt haggle me into anything I didnt want to do, he kept me up to date on my car. I would recommend mike to anyone who needs to go get there car serviced. I would go back to him again.

Check in and check out was efficient. the time spent there waiting was good. the inside of my car smelled like gasoline when we got in after service. i had the mail coupon for the oil change and tire rotation. my tires were were determined to be in in very bad shape and needed to be replaced immediately. i chose not to get the tires at the dealership. since they knew i needed to have the tires replaced within the next few days, i thought it was wrong and a poor decision for your technicians to go ahead and rotate my tires and charge me for that when they knew that i would be getting new tires within the next few days. it just made me feel like youre not looking out for whats best for me and you would rather have that extra $20. i think this is bad form for your service department.

Unnecessarily gruelling. This policy of checking the current status of your drivers liscense, caused a great deal of drama, mistrust and an emotional rollercoaster of frustration on both sides of the transaction, for what should have been a simple, pleasant,one hour, cash buy. But then the surprise claim of me having a suspended liscense came up. My info check came back unrestrictrd and valid, directly on the DMV website, which they also claimed to use Coming from a 2 hour trip from Orlando, this caused me an extreme amount of stress on a friday evening, that nearly and woyld have ruined the deal, had I not already cut a cashiers check for the vehicle. I would not be able to drive the vehicle off the lot, so I refused to handover the check, until I could. My original plan to use Greyhound to travel down the next day, which I had arrange off with my boss was rudely squashed.A simple matter turned into a very complex nightmare, because of this stupid policy and I had already drove the vehicle off their lot when I test drove it. They didnt have an issue then. The only person accountable would have been me, cause the vehicle wad paid for and my responsability and not theirs.Luckily I found a solution the next day and made it back home safely.

Extremely fast service.Contacted Jim (sales rep) initially for a sale and got a ridiculously good price on a brand new 2021 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring.The car was great, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. Barely spent any time from coming in to seeing the vehicle to signing the documents to pay and leave off the lot the same day.James (sales manager) helped a ton with the price of the vehicle to better suit our budget and Andre (financing/business manager) was extremely courteous the entire time and helped us make the document signing a quick and easy process.Would definitely recommend coming here and will definitely be returning for future vehicle purchases!P.S.
