John was so helpful. I originally wanted a new Terrain but there was none in inventory. John suggested the Buick Envision and I loved it! After the initial test drive meeting, in which John was very conscious of my time, we communicated primarily through text which worked great for my schedule. He even stayed late (after closing) the night before so I could see the truck in person before purchasing since I was coming from out of town.

My salesman, Genaro, was great. Courteous, knowledgeable and he listened to what I was saying. Meeting Doug Norris was also a reason I decided to buy my car from them. It meant a lot that he came into the negotiation at the end and explained how he does business and I felt like he was honest with me and was willing to have the conversation rather than sending someone else over. He explained that they aren’t putting premiums on vehicles now because of the shortage like other dealers are, they don’t hide fees and was willing to show me the numbers and the number he gives you for your trade really is the best he can do. The thing that meant the most to me was that neither Genaro or Doug tried any of the high pressured lines like “You better buy now this won’t be here for long or you can look around but no one has better deals or inventory is tight if you leave now you won’t find this type of car anywhere else”. Doug told me he would love the opportunity to earn my business and he encouraged me to continue my search if I wasn’t comfortable with what he was telling me. That meant the most. He told me the best he could do for me and was willing to let me walk away. The personal touch meant a lot to me. After dealing with high pressure, 1980’s like sales tactics and astronomical premiums at other dealerships this was a great experience. I respect the way Doug and Genaro do business. I will be recommending this dealership and Genaro to anyone who asks. Thank you for a great experience!

When Buying a brand new car nothing should be wrong with it. It should be put under a full inspection before purchase. My car was not and I was unable to use the car fully until bringing it all the way back to be inspected and fixed. Not a good experience at all!

My service experience has traditionally been good with your dealership, but that completely changed during my last visit. After dropping off my truck, I was given an approximate completion date and time, which continued to slip and move over a two day period. Michael Chango, my Service Agent, was responsive and did the best job he could to keep me in the loop. I appreciated his honesty as he continued to inform me that “scheduling circumstances out of his control” were delaying my service, specifically unscheduled oil changes that took priority over my truck’s scheduled service. Essentially, my mechanic was being pulled to work other priorities. To me, that suggests, “we have your truck and $2.1K in the bank and we have other unscheduled revenue to make.” That business decision provided a very poor service experience and ultimately a overwhelmingly poor net promoter score. While I realize labor is in short supply, that is no excuse for my scheduled appointment delay - someone makes the decision to pull a mechanic off a scheduled job, which is a very poor choice.I look forward to your follow up to discuss more.

Drove 1 1/2 hours to look @ a used Ford Truck they had for sale. I was in contact with a salesperson about the vehicle. Drove an Hour and a half to look at the truck. A different salesperson handed me the keys as it was pulled up out front. Started the truck and the check engine light immediately came on, and the engine was vibrating at idle! Shut the truck off and went back inside and gave the keys back. Hard to imagine nobody knew the check engine light was on, Waste of time and long drive!

9/3/21 5:30 on a Friday stuck at work. The trucks check engine light is flashing and the Traction Control light. The truck is running rough with smoke coming from the exhaust. The truck is not fixed. Called and left message with the service manager. Waiting for call back to see what he would like me to do with a broke truck again. Id like for Mr.Norris himself to get involved to help me figure out this situation please.I traded my car in plus down payment for a truck on the lot. The trucks engine failed and dropped a afm lifter exactly 7days later. The truck was towed back to the dealer. The dealer confirmed cylinder #7 was the problem. The dealer used the warranty company to fix the repairs and make more profit and the service advisor TAMMY GOWER told me the dealer would cover the deductible. I wouldnt have to pay it. The truck was a day late for pick up. No big deal . When I go to pick the truck up I was told I would have to pay the deductible and TAMMY GOWER was no where to be found. The manager DOMINICK CONIGLIONE laughed at me, then pretty much called me a liar said she would never say that. He then told me it is what it is .I had to pay or not get the truck back. How is that fair?

Overall, the experience was very good compared to other dealers in the local area. I felt that the Sales team and Finance Manager were transparent and didnt play games when I came to purchase vehicle using a GMS discount. Recent tire rotation went well. During the same visit I was able to make an appointment on-line for my radio for 3PM the same date. When I arrived at the dealership I was advised that electrical issues are only addressed if the appointment is made for 10AM or earlier. This was a surprise as the website allows me to make an appointment at that time for the issue. Very disappointed to discover when I arrived...expecting to have a repaired radio when I departed. My expectations were definitely not met.

It was okay. Went in for an oil change tire rotation and full service inspection all complimentary since that was my first time visiting the dealership. However when asked if they could wash the vehicle she mentioned they normally do not do a complimentary detail even though I did not mention that I wanted it to be complimentary. Long story short the detailing center was closed at 3 pm. Services took about 2 hours.

My recent experience with the service department went as expected. They provided me with a loner while my car was inspected for the fifth time for transmission issues. I was kept abreast of the progress and the communication that they were having with GM Detroit. Although I am not comfortable the outcome long term will prove effective, right now my vehicle, 2019 GMC Terrain, is running OK.

I put a 2 star because the financial person was absolutely amazing, the sells person not so much I got a 2021 Yukon Denali did I get to test drive it before absolutely not I ask the sells person and he said not before you buy it!! I was stunt I bought before cars in others dealerships never had this happen to me before, I also ask if they could show me how to work things out because I have a Silverado Chevy truck which is very different. they never bother to show me how to work OnStar neither they show me anything from the inside like the technology or about the points rewards I did ask several times never happen. I was also shock that most of the employees don’t wear mask but I’m from Tampa so maybe it’s a different protocol??Si Habla Español Por Favor No Venga Aquí

I always feared going to the dealer thinking I would pay high cost for repair. My 2016 was having issues and dropped it off and with in a few hours they advised me of the issues and couldn’t believe how honest and affordable it was. They even looked into having some issues covered under warranty and they got it covered. Who knows I might consider buying a car from there soon !! Awesome service!!!

I made an appointment by phone and the service perso,Lenny, De Marco was great as usual. My waranty on my 2017 regal is about to expire and I needed to have the car checked out, regular service and a Platnium detail, inside and extrior. All in all they did a fabulous job. They also provided a loaner car. Why would i go elsewhere? That was Wednesday, two day later I took my wifes 2015 Buick LaCrosse in for the Platnium detail and it looks better than fabulous.AND they provided a loaner for this service too.

I took my 2004 Century in with a list of service I wanted performed on it. After check in and the mechanics evaluation, Max went over some items they felt were not necessary and a couple they felt should be addressed. I let him know which of those to do and those not to. The work was completed when Max said it would for less than quoted and I could feel the improvements when I got my Century back out on the road...

My 2021 GMC was taken in for a new windshield due to the Heads UP system not working the car was to be there for the day and it turned into 3 days/ I was given different stories from the salesman, sales manager and service department as to why it was taking so long. I finally had to drive down to get the car myself even though I was told it would be delivered to me. While there I encountered Mr. Doug Norris who was so rude that I would never buy a car from this dealership or even bring it there for any future service.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with my car and how the dealership has no power to remedy the situation. My family has bought many Chevy vehicles, but the Cruze has turned out to be a nightmare.GM knows exactly what they are producing in the Cruze and has done nothing to listen to its customers.

I was very impressed with Jareds immediate response to my inquiry on the GX I was interested in. He contacted me timely, was knowledgeable about the Encore GX, including the improvements Buick made since the 2016 model, I traded in. Everyone is very nice and courtesy. My only issue is I am sent discounts promotions ( i.e. $10 off next service), but they are never applied. Other dealers do not do this, if you are not going to honor them dont market them. It creates ill will.
