Joel was one of the kindest most honest car sales people we have ever dealt with. We went to 3 other dealerships before we landed at Suncoast and the difference was amazing. We were buying a newer work van for my husband. The owner got a real winner when he hired Joel. Oh and we kept Joel late on a Saturday so his son was graciously waiting...we could clearly see Joel is an amazing Dad too!! We will be back!

If they offered negative stars I would have selected it.Selected van, signed contract, put 4,000.00 down and applied for the additional 10k. with my bank of 20 plus years.Due to Covid 19 I told sales rep it would be 1 week to 10 days per my bank before my loan was approved.Talked to rep daily to make sure there was no problem. 10 days later when I returned with check for the balance, sales rep said his boss sold it that morning and he handed me a refund check dating two days prior.I was assured more than once that the sale was firm and they would wait for my bank decision.Be very aware of these people

I did not do any business with this company, but yesterday I was driving south bound on US 19 and got a flat tire. I pulled in the the closest safe place off of the road which happened to be this business. A man came out and asked me if everything was okay. I apologized that I had pulled into his business, but i have a flat tire. With no hesitation, this man grabbed an air hose and jack. He took off my flat tire, put on my spare tire and blew up the flat one to determine where and how bad the hole was. Its good to know people like this man still exist! He had me on my way within 10 minutes and didn’t ask for a dime! Thank you so much!

I purchased a used 2002 van from this dealership at the end of Jan. 2020. I realized the van was used and i was not looking for a creampuff. My mechanic said the vehicle was mechanically rigged to run. That didnt bother me, nor did the immediate $1000 I had to drop into it to make it operational. The $78 more for plates did bother me, although they had given me a paid in full invoice. In my attempt to resolve this, their office couldnt help, but that paled in comparison to the owner Tom, who was insulting in my one return phonecall to him. Very poor customer service and unprofessional. Extremely disappointing. Tom told me on the phone to not call him again....dont worry Tom, I wont.

Mostly know for their white work trucks, we have purchased two family cars from Tom. One a Tahoe and the latest a BMW 7 Series, the transaction was easy and he was awesome to work with!!
